Introduction
Shelving accessories are designed to offer interchangeability across our shelving and cabinet range. Colours are standardised, ensuring stock is readily available.

Shelf - slotted
Along the shelf, divider holes are punched at 75mm increments. These holes can be used to accept the slotted shelf divider, or binning dividers. This shelf is suitable for use with wrap around shelf dividers, suspended and shelf filing racks. Load carrying capacity of the shelf can be increased by incorporating shelf stiffeners.

Shelf - plain
For a smarter look, shelves are available with no slots. This shelf is suitable for use with wrap around shelf dividers, suspended and shelf filing racks. Load carrying capacity of the shelf can be increased by incorporating shelf stiffeners.

Shelf - mesh
Uniquely profiled mesh deck supports for superior performance. Suits all shelving sizes. Light, medium and heavy duty mesh shelves available.

Shelf stiffener
Shelf stiffener is used to reinforce a standard shelf in the longitudinal direction when increased shelf load capacity is required. One or two shelf braces can be used on all shelf depths 300mm and above.

Shelf support bars

Shelf support bars are fitted front to back between the beams to increase the load capacity of the particleboard shelf. Particleboard must be continuous over supports.

Divider - binning
Used to sub-divide the shelf into smaller compartments. The divider is secured by four pins that fit into the oval holes along the top and bottom of the shelf. The lower pair of pins are shorter than the pins at the top, these shorter pins fit through the holes in the face of the shelf and the longer pins into the shelf above.

Divider - slotted shelf
Shelf dividers locate into the front and rear pre-punched holes of the shelf to create a vertical steel panel 140mm high.

Divider - wrap around

Steel clip-on style shelf divider suitable for use on plain shelves.

Divider - mesh
Pre-welded clips on mesh decks, enable dividers to simply clip on. Advantages being that they are fast to install, flexible and easy to adjust. Ideal for order picking and bulky retail applications, and provide better stock organisation and identification.

Mesh binning
Improve efficiency and flexibility by increasing the number of available pick face locations. They are easy to install and reconfigure at any time and no tools are required. Suitable for small parts of all types.

Filing rack - suspended

Suspended wire racks are suitable for use on all storage levels within the shelving bay or cabinet. Note that the top of all TD cabinet feature a formed recess to retain the rack at the top.

Filing rack - wrap around

Wrap around wire racks are suitable for use on all shelves, but are not suitable for use at the base of the cabinet. The bottom storage level in a cabinet should use either a suspended wire rack, or alternatively slotted shelf dividers.

Hanging file chassis
Accommodate lateral hanging files within the system.

Coat rail
Incorporate a coat rail within you system to assist with the hanging of garments or other items suspended from hooks.

Bin fronts
The bin front can be fitted to the front or the back of a shelf to prevent smaller items falling from the shelf.

Roll out - file frame

Accommodate suspension filing within the system.

Roll out - media drawer

Accommodate a wide range of digital media within the system.

Roll out - reference shelf

Provides a pull out stable work surface.

Bins
Dexions range of shelf, hanging and stackable bins allow you to sort small parts any way you like. Maxi bins come in six sizes and five different colours. They can be stacked, hung off louvered panels or incorporated into other Dexion storage systems. There are literally countless combinations.

Index holder
Index holders provide a labeling mechanism for shelving rows.
