Management Consulting Analyst, Accenture; New York City, NY October 2010 to Present Supply chain / operations and strategy focused projects within various industries, including: U.S. Luxury Retailer: Built Excel model to track inventory levels during procurement & production. Developed new global operations strategy with supporting NPV calculations. Assisted in making end-to-end Mass Merchandising Calendar to consolidate key milestones. All deliverables presented to CEO and CFO. Fortune 500 Mass Retailer: Assisted with major Product Lifecycle Management system implementation to reduce turnaround time of new apparel items from 12+ months to <5 months. Involved in every phase of process: gathering requirements, organizing requirements in Data Model, configuring out-of-the-box system additions, testing, and assessing business impacts after each phase. International Apparel Retailer: Conducted detailed demographics research and analysis to identify three countries for store openings in phase one and two of international expansion plan. Business case was developed at the regional, city, and country level and included recommendations for store size, product offerings, and primary marketing materials. Financial Analyst Intern, Amazon.com; Seattle, WA June 2009 to December 2009 Produced income statement, balance sheet, and other international financial statements for the 10Q and 10K using Oracle Financials Hyperion. All reports were reviewed by CFO. Significantly reduced error rates in my departments reports by developing a new, automated number-checking format in MS Excel.
