OBJECTIVE OF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM

This project is all about knowing our customers need and providing them with the right service at the right time through right channel 24*7 day a week. Being electronic, it not only provides its customers with faster and better facilities, it also reduces the manual overhead of accounts maintenance. The following are the objective of the proposed system: USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE: Since main interaction of the system is with the user, the user interface is attractive and meaningful. MINIMUM EFFORT: It ensures that very less effort is required for the site and generation of report. FLEXIBILITY: It provides maximum flexibility to the Administrator in maintaining and modifying the information about existing modules and functionalities. ACCURATE: Accuracy is the main concern of the proposed System. RELIABILITY: It is the main objective so as to win the confidence of the user and to provide information on which he or she can rely upon. SECURITY: Since the information entered is of vital importance to the bank and the user of the application, it is made to allow only the authorized person to manipulate the data. FAST: The system is fast enough to give the user of the system the feel of using the best online system.

Project Description
When a bank chooses to use the Amicable Prepay, the application will always be available at the Home Banking Site. There are seven modules in the project: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Bank Homepage APW (Amicable Prepay WebApp) OAM (Online Account Management) RABA (Relationship Advance Business Application) Analytical Engine Vision Plus Bank Database

The conceptual flow of the Amicable Prepay is as follows: 1. Customer must have a valid user ID and password to login to the system. 2. After the valid user logs in, the system shows the present balance in that particular account number and the link for Access/Apply AP. 3. When account holder clicks the link, he/she interacts to OAM (Online Account Management). 4. OAM is the front system to the account holder. Account holders interact with the OAM. 5. The APW (AP Web application) application work as intermediate between OAM and Web banking. 6. APW Application is optional system provided to the premium bank. It provides a platform to the users who have more than one Qualified Bank account. It is intermediate between the OAM and Web Banking. This page is skipped if the account holder has only one qualified Bank account. 7. OAM can communicate with both RABA and VISIONPLUS. 8. RABA (Relationship Advance Business Application) is a central point of the system it takes request from the OAM process on it with the help of the logics available in the Analytic Engine and sends back response to the OAM. 9. RABA updates the records of the Bank Database system as well as VISIONPLUS. 10. Analytical Engine contains the business logics and algorithm which are used by RABA for processing. 11. VISIONPLUS is connected to both OAM as well as RABA. It provides the records to RABA and OAM on which they process. Its record are updated while each transactions.

Methodology
In our project we will be using Prototype Model in our project design. Here software projects are generally broken down into eight stages: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. Project Planning Requirement Definition Design Prototype Review Refine and Enhance the Prototype Design Development Integration and Testing Installation and acceptance

Determine basic requirements including the input and output information desired. Details, such as security, can typically be ignored. The initial prototype is developed that includes only user interfaces. The customers, including end-users, examine the prototype and provide feedback on additions or changes. Using the feedback both the specifications and the prototype can be improved. Negotiation about what is within the scope of the contract/product may be necessary. If changes are introduced then a repeat of steps #3 and #4 may be needed.
