i have been on to paypal and tried to offer a partial refund of £10. but it won't let
me as you payment is being 'held' and so it will take 7-10 workin days to add
funds from my bank account.
if you close the dispute i will transfer the £10 instantly and if i dont you can open
the dispute again which will take my balance away, i wont even be able to
transfer it to my bank account for 3-5 workling days so you have a guarentee.
Let me know what you want to happen please as soon as you can so this can all
be sorted

No i havent totally conned you at all, as explained earlier my item was
misdescribed and i have offered a full refund so that doesn;t warrant negative
feedback, if i do recieve this i will be reporting you to ebay for this and also your
indescribable use of language (you fucking moron). I have spoken with someone
on ebay and paypal and they have both confirmed this.
Also you are not entitled for me to pay for the return postage and so as u are
playin it like this i am no longer paying for that

then i would have bought some second hand ones, i will be leaving negative
feedback for this transaction as you have totally conned me

I will check the rulings on ebay but a full refund of the item and then refund of
your return postage providing you provide an invoice detailing your postage back
of the item. Which will be under £9 as i paid less then that to send it to you and
the item is already packaged.
I dont mind loosing that money as i certainly know these lights are worth alot
more than 29.99 especially after using perspex cleaner on them.
