Class Updates & Changes: *Deep Stretch Yoga Dates are May 14th & 31st. *The 4 Week Challenge ends May 4th, lets get those final weigh-ins! *Starting Tuesday, May 29th, we will be closing an hour earlier each day. Closed at 9pm on Tuesday. *The green writing is paid group training sessions, $10 per person to join in the fun! Keep watch for additional TRX sign up sheet at front desk for a sessions with Jean. There may be morning sessions added as well as evening. *Chris's TRX morning session has shortened in time.

We're open ~ Monday-Thursday: 5am-10pm. Friday: 5am-8pm. Saturday: 7am-5pm. Sunday: 9am-4pm.

Dont be afraid to try all these great classes. Just do want you can. Work at your own pace and enjoy some good company in your workout!
Body Blast- a simple athletic based workout that strengthens, tones, and defines every major muscle group in your bodyideal for beginners to experienced exercisers. It is the workout for EVERY- BODY. Core Need we say more? This class is geared to work your abdominal, back and glute muscles which are so important for our everyday functioning. Plus, who doesnt want abs of steel! Kickboxing This class combines athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. A high calorie burning class; one-hour of punching, kicking, jabbing and jumping allows you to achieve a total body workout. Pilates Lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body through balance and core work using just a mat on Monday and on Wednesday you can add a stability ball. Get a total body workout. See a flatter stomach and better posture within weeks. Simply Stretching Just what it says. After a long week of workouts, whats better than a relaxing half hour of stretching! Spinning - Diversified has three awesome spinning instructors that are ready to give you a great workout. Spinning is an exercise program that utilizes a specially designed stationary bicycle and a series of cycling movements that provide the participant with both a physical and mental workout. The spinning bike is designed to mimic an outdoor bicycle ride with the added bonus of core and leg exercise to tone while you burn. In Spin & Strength weights are added for additional work on strength. Step- Step is a simple, motivating program that can help to kick you fitness enthusiasts into high gear. This class takes you back to basics with motivating music in an energizing setting. Stretch and Tone- Stretch and Tone class shows you basic movements with a simple routine thats easy to follow along. Use your level of weights, stability balls and your body weight to improve balance while building muscular and core strength and endurance. Stretch and Tone is safe and appropriate for all fitness levels and a great workout to do three days per week. TRX Suspension Training This is not a free class, but and opportunity for group training, basically personal training at a cheaper rate. The TRX utilized your own body weight at different angles & positions to work you out in a whole different way. Some benefits of this workout are increased core stability and muscular endurance. Extended workout duration builds aerobic endurance and burns fat for a lean, strong physique. Yoga-A revolution in mind/body training that will change the way you feel about your body forever. You will stand straighter and feel stronger, while becoming more flexible and physically aware. Yoga is designed for all fitness levels. Zumba Fitness- is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic and exciting fitness program. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve cardio and muscle toning benefits. Zumba is fun, easy, and effective. Anyone can do it! You dont need to know how to dance to succeed!
