NOTE:
It is for the 0.6m high performance antenna. Antenna installation requires qualified, professional personnel to operate, strictly based on the requirements of the installation manual. During antenna working course, in order to ensure optimum status of antenna, professional personnel should perform inspection and maintenance periodically (once a year).

4 Antenna Adjustment
4.1.3 Fine azimuth adjustment: appropriately loosen top and bottom fixed bolts on the azimuth axis and two nuts of fine adjusting bolt and bolts, and then move adjusting nut slowly forward and backward to make the antenna fine adjusted. Then lock the above standard accessories. The range of fine
adjustment is 15.

4 Antenna Adjustment
This section describes how to adjust antenna azimuth and elevation by using hanging bracket. Take the antenna right installation for example, and adjustment method of left adjustment is as the same. 4.1 Azimuth Adjustment 4.1.1 Large-scale azimuth adjustment: appropriately loosen four nuts on the clamp of the antenna hanging bracket, as shown in figure 21. Rotate antenna softly with human force, then the antenna can be revolved 360around the mounting pipe. 4.1.2 Azimuth coarse adjustment: if opposite antenna can be reached by eyes, we will apply eyeballing to determine coarse azimuth. Conversely, if opposite antenna can not be reached by eyes, we will use a compass, according to circuit design, to confirm coarse azimuth, and then lock part.
2 Antenna Installation
2.1 Hanging Bracket Assembly 2.1.1 Loose the bolt on the azimuth adjustable screw, and move spring washers and flat washers, see figure 2. Hanging bracket is assembled as instructed in figure 3 when leaving factory. Fix the screw to the hanging bracket, see figure 3. Loose the two M1040 bolts, rotate the hanging bracket azimuth adjustable pedestal, and then remove a nut and a flat washer on the azimuth adjustable screw, see figure 4. The nut and move spring washers and flat washers will be used in Section 2.1.2.
2.1.2 Insert the azimuth adjustable screw into the hole of hanging bracket, install the nut and move spring washers and flat washers mentioned in Section 2.1.1, see figure 5. Adjust the two nuts on the azimuth adjustable screw, with the distance stretched out of 70mm-80mm. Finally lock the two nuts and two M1040 bolts.

2.1.3 Please loose the nuts, spring washers and flat washers on the four M10 120 bolts, and insert them into the holes on the azimuth adjustable pedestal. The nuts, flat washers, and spring washers will be used in Section 2.4.
2.1.4 If the left installation (see figure 9) of hanging bracket is chosen, please move the elevation adjusting bolt, and install it at the symmetrical position. This procedure is not needed in the right installation (see figure 8).

The output and shape of the real feeder may be different with
that shown in the drawing, according to the difference of antenna types. But feeder Polarization Adjustment will not be affected.

2.2 Antenna Installation Manner
This section introduces the installation of antenna, which has two manners: left installation and right installation. User can choose one manner based on the installation site and circuit design. The right installation is shown in figure 8, and the left installation in figure 9.

2.3 Anti-fall Clamp Installation
To ensure the safety during the processes of antenna installation and adjustment, user should install the anti-fall clamp before the antenna installation. 2.3.1 Loosen the two bolts M695 of the anti-fall clamp, see figure 10.
2 Antenna Installation
2.5.3.2 Select connecting holes 1 and 4, and the antenna elevation angle is set at 10 up, see figure 17. The range is +25 -5.

2.4 Hanging Bracket Installation
Two manners for antenna hanging bracket installation are available: right installation and left installation. Figure 12 shows the right installation, while figure 13 shows the left installation.

2.5 Antenna Installation
Only antenna right installation is introduced herein. The left installation is similar to the right installation. 2.5.1 In order to make antenna installation easier, please before hoisting install one of the two bolts M10X40 to the antenna, keeping the distance of 20mm, and another one on standby, as instructed in figure 14.
2 Antenna Installation
2.5.2 In antenna hoisting, please hoist the antenna, and the bolt in antenna will move down into the groove of elevation adjuster, see figure 15.
