Each player creates an army of 4000 points, as well as a single Planetstrike army which is 1000 points, with the force organization chart of: 3 HQ, 8 Troops, 5 Elites, 5 Fast Attack and 5 Heavy Support. 2. Each player is randomly assigned a starting position, with the red locations indicating their LZ. 3. Each player then secretly writes down what units will begin in which zone. 4. A single tile may never hold more than 1500 points of one army. 5. At the start of each turn every player secretly writes down what their armies will do for the turn. 6. Armies may be split or reformed in any way with the exception of rule No. 4. 7. If 2 armies meet, a battle is fought out on a board, to decide on the mission you must first roll a D6, on a 1-2 you then roll on the normal mission chart, otherwise you roll on the 6 mission types in the battle missions book for the 2 armies playing. 8. Tiles in contact with the ATTACKED tile may reinforce their side, arriving as reserves as per normal rules (no outflank, deep strike etc). This may lead to 3, 4 or even more players in a single game. 9. Once the game has played out, the winner takes control of the tile, and the loser moves his remaining forces onto a nearby friendly tile, if there are none the army is wiped out. In the event of a draw, both armies remain on their original tiles. 10. There is an option to retreat during battle, you must declare this at the start of your turn, and all your models will count as having moved this turn for the purposes of shooting, even if they did

not move. The enemy will receive one turn then to deal as much damage as possible, and then the retreat occurs, the exact same as a loss for the retreater and win for the other player. Armies remain as they are after a battle, losses are not immediately replaced, keep a record of the changes to a force. At the end of every turn any units below their legal size CAN if chosen, be turned in for requisition. At the beginning of each turn you may replace/add 100 points to an army for every tile you control, with the center yellow tiles giving 300. However you may never go over your 5000 point limit (normal 400 point armies and 1000 from the Planetstrike army). You may choose to spend 200 points on an orbital bombardment, which may be used in any battle where you are outnumbered points wise. It is a Str 9, AP 3 Large blast which scatters 1D6 if a hit is scored, and 2D6 if an arrow is rolled. This can be fired during any of YOUR shooting phases, but only 1 per shooting phase. Victory of the campaign is decided upon whom has more Tile Points at the end of 8 turns, with normal tiles counting as 1, yellow tiles counting as 2, and LZ tiles counting as 3. The Planetstrike army may be chosen to be deployed at the start of any turn in the normal movement decision phase, but cannot be used in the first or second turns. When this army is used, you may deploy it attacking any position on the board besides LZ and the yellow zones. This battle will be played out as a Planetstrike mission, but after this the army acts normally.
