    X--------------------------- ------------------------------------X MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL COMES NOW, the undersigned accused and unto this Honorable Court most respectfully alleges: That I am the accused in the above-entitled case and presently detained at BJMP, Calapan City; That the bailbond recommended for my provisional liberty is Php 12,000.00 That the undersigned is financially hard up and could not post bail in the amount of Php 12,000.00 but maybe if, the same be reduced to Php 7,200.00, and with the help of some of the undersigned friends and relatives. That the undersigned is most respectfully requesting this Honorable Court that the bailbond be reduced from Php 12,000.00 to Php 7,200.00. WHEREFORE, it is so prayed. Calapan City, 2 June 2011.
