9. The resumes sent to your organization will remain the asset of VERVVE CORPORATE SOLUTIONS until: A. The candidate(s) has not left his/her present employment and continues to work in the same organization, which stated in his/her resume, sent to you by VERVVE CORPORATE SOLUTIONS. OR B. Period of 12 months from the date of resume(s) sent to you by VERVVE CORPORATE SOLUTIONS, whichever is later. 10. You shall provide us with the Details/Reasons of the Rejected Candidates, within 3 Days from: a) the date of receipt of the CVs OR b) the date of Interview held as the case may be, respectively. 11. You shall give PROPER UPDATION to VERVVE CORPORATE SOLUTIONS on Regularbasis about the candidate(s), those short-listed by your company, from the beginning till the final selection/rejection of the candidate(s), as the case may be. 12. The annexed Requisition Form forms an integral part of this T&C, which may be furnished for each position preferably through mail.
