The Symptoms of Ascension

We, the ensouling factor of this ship that humanity along with all other kingdoms reside upon, also known as Earth, recognize that much of the material written through our channels is detailed and esoteric in nature. It is our channels genetic lineage, which is one of the spiritual elite of long ago who governed ascension in a region that was once known as Lemuria, that causes her to be so detailed in her material. For there are the records of over 300 biological ascensions in her ancestry, and each occurred as the result of intense inner study and the consistent release of those patterns necessary to be transcended in order to ascend. We also recognize that not everyone will resonate with this material as it focuses on more detail than perhaps the average human has interest in. So this series of articles is written for those who are ascending and perhaps who are not the mapmakers but are ascending nonetheless and need to understand what is happening to their bodies and their lives. E-X-P-A-N-S-I-O-N Ascension brings about the expansion of the auric field, the chakras, the subtle bodies and the etheric body that surrounds the form. This ultimately translates down to a physical expansion that follows suit. This expansion will be for all species, including those in human form who choose to ascend. The expansion will also include the global body of Earth. The expansion of Earth will take many centuries and will be gradual enough to allow for humanity along with other species to move as needed as the Earth body is reconstituted. Why is expansion necessary to ascend? The expansion comes hand in hand with a new biological and biochemical structure that holds a new vibration. This new cellular structure not only holds a higher vibration but is larger in size, which ultimately causes the entire body to grow in the process. It is not just the human form that will increase in size but all species, including the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms along with the dolphins and whales. This expansion will be roughly a twenty per cent increase overall in size and weight. This new cellular strucuture is known as the Crystalline Form. At another time, the human species stood ten feet in height and was much larger in bone structure and form. Over the last 10,000 years of human history, the human genetic material declined, causing the human form to shrink in stature by many feet and drop in lifespan and consciousness. This is also known as the fall of man in which mankind fell so low in vibration that he/she embodied fear rather than unity consciousness and unconditional love. This has also been called the fall out of the Garden of Eden. Ascension brings about restitution in the genetic material and vibration that all forms experience on Earth. For the human form, this restitution causes many new glands and organs to grow in the form that allow for the new cellular structure to subsist and results in a renewed level of joy and unity consciousness to prevail in the human experience. Our channel is one of 5,000 mapmakers of the process of ascension in human form and has detailed articles on the subject available free of charge upon the website www.ascendpress.org. About six years ago, the first group of 100 humans embarked on the initiations to restore the physical form to what is called the crystalline form, of which our channel is one. It was determined, after some planning, that it was not appropriate to restore the human form to its original size and stature. For one thing, a ten foot tall human would have a difficult time living in your current civilization. The second consideration was simply an issue of chi or energy. Too much energy would be expended attempting to restore the original height to the form that could be expended instead in the process of resurrection and ascension. You see, the loss of genetic material and consciousness has caused much of the human form to decay over time. Even babies are born with over ten to fifteen per cent decay already present that has become a part of the human genetic encoding. By the time a human is fifteen years in age, they stop growing and begin to age. This occurs as the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) ceases to be produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. By the time an average human form reaches age thirty, the

form has decayed by thirty per cent. By the time the form reaches fifty, it is over fifty to sixty per cent decayed. Decay is aging, which is also the result of molecules that have ceased to vibrate in the energetic gridwork of the form. In order to bring forth the first known cases of resurrection of the decay and the growth of the crystalline cellular structure, the human growth hormone must be activated. This hormone allows cells to be converted or transmuted to a new biochemical structure that holds a higher vibration and allows those cells that have decayed or scarred to be resurrected. HGH also brings forth an overall growth of the form, not so much in height, but in size. Our channel Mila has grown only several inches in height, but she has gone from a medium to a 1X in size. Her feet have also increased in size from 10 to 11 in length. Her beloved Oa has grown also only a few inches in height but is now a 3X in size, and his feet have grown by two shoe sizes. The expansion is necessary, as it allows the form to hold a higher vibration. It also now allows both Mila and Oa to experience an ongoing level of joy and communion with all of nature that previously was not possible with the old biochemical structure. Much of the increase in size is also the result of all of the new glands and organs that must grow in the cavity that contains the lungs, stomach, intestinal tract and reproductive system, along with the brain. Both Milas and Oas head and pelvis along with shoulders and hips have all expanded in a balanced fashion that still allows them

to reflect the beauty of the human form. NEW GLANDS AND ORGANS First and foremost, both the lungs and diaphragm grow to allow for the experience of conscious breath, which is not to be confused with hyperventilation but rather with the ability to collect oxygen and convert it into eight types of blood sugar. The blood sugar feeds the crystalline cellular structure, which has a much higher metabolic rate, so much higher in fact that you could not eat enough to sustain the crystalline form. In order to collect oxygen for this purpose, the diaphragm grows over the ribs, creating multiple pockets in which the oxygen can be collected as it passes from the lungs to the circulatory system. This new crystalline diaphragm will cause the entire ribcage to grow and expand with the organ itself protruding many inches outside of the ribcage itself. Many spiritual aspirants have seen pictures of Buddha at the time he was closer to ascending in his life experience. Buddha had a large belly, most of which was the result of the diaphragm and the growth of many other organs necessary for him to ascend. So it is also true for both of our two channels, Mila and Oa, who are the directors of the Spiritual School of Ascension. Oa, in particular, is quite distended at this point in his development, and this is even more so when he holds space for his students as he teaches. The diaphragm and other organs engorge with blood, making him look pregnant. However, he is pregnant with ascension and not a child. This is also true for Mila even though she has fewer pockets in her diaphragm, and so it is less noticeable. In addition to the diaphragm, there are four new organs that serve a unique purpose to the crystalline form and the process of ascension that grow the further you ascend. Two of these organs are utilized for

the purpose of filtering decay from the form. As you ascend, you move to a cellular structure that ceases to decay or die. In your current structure, humanity experiences every cell in the form being renewed and replaced every seven years. In the crystalline cellular structure, cellular renewal is considered a waste of energy that is utilized instead for the purposes of ascension and resurrection. As a result, the crystalline cell regenerates itself without needing to be replaced. Those cells that do die, perhaps in the transmutation process (along with other toxins unnecessary to the crystalline form) are filtered out by two of these four new organs which grow slightly above the hipbone, expanding the size of the lower belly. The additional two new organs which grow under the ribcage just above the kidneys to the side and rear of the form, produce a new kind of cell that holds photon energy. In ascension, photon energy is collected and distributed to every cell in the form, allowing the form to become infused with light or soul. This occurs a little at a time over a many year period causing a lightening up of the density of the form. These glands, which allow the photon energy to be collected and distributed throughout the form for this purpose, also increase the size of the mid-drift and waistline in ascension. In addition to the changes in the lower part of the form, the head also expands, making room for the growth of the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland buds to have 1,000 separate petals, also known as the 1,000-petal lotus as described by Buddha. Each bud in the pituitary produces a different chemical necessary to bring forth biological ascension. These chemicals also alter the nervous system, and these alterations often resemble experiences on drugs such as peyote, in which you are in a conscious dream state that is connected to all of life

and sitting in an expanded state outside of time. However, this state is an ongoing manner in which you relate to the world, which is most joyful, and allows for the heightened experience of unity and communion. PLANETARY CHANGES It is not only the human form that expands in ascension. In a few short years, each of you will see representations in all animal kingdoms of the same sort of expansion, and it serves a parallel purpose. You see, all kingdoms are transcending on a biological level to the next dimension, a little at a time, over the coming century. Each species in turn will develop parallel organs that serve a parallel purpose in each respective form. Additionally, the form of the Earth herself will grow. This growth is also the result of the crystalline cellular structure that will permeate all rocks, minerals, forests, oceans and vegetation. Because the crystalline cellular structure holds a higher vibration, global warming will continue and in time melt both polar caps of all ice. This increase in your oceans will come hand in hand with an expansion of the form, and so the oceans will not cover all land continents. However, some continents will indeed flood and bring forth a cleansing to regions often overly populated with human form and therefore very toxic. There will also be a change in Earths weather patterns, which will related to the global warming and the cleansing necessary to allow for global ascension. Those areas often devoid of water for many years or centuries of time will balance out, allowing for water to flow in what is known as the many desert regions of Earth. The balance of water flow is a reflection of the re-balancing of Earths energy field, which will provide equal chi or energy to all parts of her global body. Rain is one form of transferring energy to a region that is in need, and those

areas that have been starved of rainfall have also been starved of the energy necessary to ascend. This will change in the coming quarter century. HEATING UP OR HOT FLASHES Earth is heating up, which is known as global warming. She will indeed continue to heat up with many more eruptions of what you know as volcanoes in the centuries ahead. The heating up and volcanic activity will cleanse the skin of Earth in preparation for ascension to the next dimension and cause the tectonic plates to move which is often experienced as earthquakes. As you learn to tune into Earth Mother and listen, you will know when it is time to move to avoid all natural disasters in your life experience. In a similar manner, those who are ascending will experience the resurgence of the kundahlini energy system. The kundahlini is a recycling body energy that is hot, like fire, and allows for the burning off of karma or contracts and agreements which are necessary to be released in order to ascend. The kundahlini has often been associated with sexuality, but sexuality is not necessary in order for the kundahlini to awaken. As the kundahlini runs, the molecules of the form begin to excite and rotate at a faster pace. This increased molecular pace creates a heat inside the form, which can go so far as to cause dripping sweat. This heating up is a part of ascension, and it is a sign of regeneration and resurrection, not aging or menopause. The sweating allows for the toxins to leave via the pores of the skin that are being cast off in the biological transmutation process. In a similar manner, Earth will continue to heat up as the molecular rotation increases over time, allowing for a heightened vibration. This

is what will cause the ice caps to melt on both poles and eventually translate into more volcanic activity. The volcanic activity will occur as the vibration continues to rise, melting more and more rock at the core of Earth. As the pressure inside increases, it will be released through the birthing of new land. Some of this birthing will occur under the oceans and create new continents in the centuries ahead. Some will occur on the land, cleansing what has become overly polluted due to human activity. Again, we invite you to tune into Earth to determine where to live as to not experience these natural disasters in the decades ahead. CHANGE Ascension brings about change within ones life experience. Why is this so? Well, the human species is transcending karma. It is karma or agreements that cause humans to stay in a certain relationship with a spouse or family member, or to live in a particular region of the planet, or to hold a particular job to sustain their livelihood. As the karma is complete, change results. Sometimes such change means the end of a long-term relationship, or the parting of family members, or the end of a long-term occupation. The change however offers a new sense of freedom , which is also a part of ascension. We guide you to allow the change. The change will allow each ascending human to be at the right place at the right time to continue to push forth and ascend. It is through the change that each of such humans will avoid participating in

natural disasters because they have allowed themselves to move wherever they are so guided from within. We also foresee new communities of ascending humans drawing together in remote areas around the globe. These new communities will

be constructed in safe pockets of Earths surface not destined to be drastically altered in the decades ahead. Such communities will also allow for a new form of community and governance based upon joy, unity, communion and unconditional

Supporting the Human Form in Ascension

I, Earth Mother, the consciousness of the planet on which you reside, would like to speak about the process of detoxification in ascension, along with the numerous body aches and pains or tiredness that can accompany the act of biological ascension. I see that it is the nature of my human children to often go into fear about these things and seek out assistance of the current medical establishments currently incarnate in human form. Unfortunately, the medical establishments and their related doctors know nothing about biological ascension and are therefore unlikely to be able to assist. We guide you instead to seek support from homeopathic or herbal sources, along with acupuncture, massage and aromatherapy. These more or less natural treatments should best support the form through the periods of tiredness and aches and pains that accompany the process of biological ascension. TIREDNESS In ascension, the body grows. Not unlike a growing child that sleeps longer as the form is restructured to a larger size, so this is also true in the process of ascension. Humanity assumes that six to eight hours of sleep is enough and believes that there is something wrong with needing nine to twelve hours. We will assure you that our channels, Mila and Oa, have slept up to twelve hours per night for many years now, and this is what their bodies require given the biological growth and restructuring that they are under. We therefore guide those who are ascending to give their embodiment what it needs, which may include longer hours of sleep than prior to embarking on the path of ascension. The choice to ascend is a spiritual choice. This choice brings about a resurrection of what has become decayed or diseased in the form and anchors a new unity consciousness paradigm into the human embodiment. Consciousness is physical, and therefore embracing another level of awareness requires the biological transmutation of the form. This commitment may require you to rearrange you life accordingly, placing your spiritual journey above other seeming endeavors that perhaps have been considered of great importance in your life. Those who are ascending will place their need for more sleep ahead of an active nightlife and take care of their form in this manner. There are those who have been seeded to ascend through an intervention on my behalf to bring forth an awakening of mankind. These individuals may not be conscious that they have committed to the path of ascension. In becoming conscious, you can better understand the process and treat the symptoms as they arise. It is for this reason that our channels have recently self-published a book that goes into great detail about the process of biological ascension called Ascension Transmissions, Vol. 1. This book is available directly through their website and now through two book distributors worldwide, New Leaf and Bookpeople.- You may ask your local metaphysical bookstore to order a copy if you do not have access to the web. There is a medical diagnosis known as chronic fatigue syndrome in your current civilization that is actually a symptom of ascension. As the body moves up in vibration, it requires more chi to sustain consciousness in a given day, week or month. If you are not adept at collecting chi in your form, the result is an ongoing sensation of tiredness. These sensations of tiredness were also the experience of both of our channels, particularly Mila who is extremely sensitive to energy. Another excellent manner to address chronic fatigue is to develop the skill of Tai Chi or Yoga. These skills, which are directly related to the ascension teachings of long ago, teach you how to collect chi and direct it in the body through certain stretches and/or movement. These skills are an excellent manner to support your choice to ascend and to reverse the symptoms of chronic fatigue. grounding into your form. As you walk, I ask you to breathe, breathe in every two steps and breathe out every two steps. Through the breath, soul is called back and re-anchored in the form, and soul then can recharge the etheric body by filling it with its love. The act of walking also calls the chi from Earths etheric body into yours, allowing your form to be fully recharged by the end of your walk. Running to an excess, exercising in excess, and lifting weights to an excess, creates scar tissue in the muscular structure, which leads to the further aging or decay of the form. It is not heavy exercise that I guide you towards but rather a gentle walk or a swim, allowing yourself to reconnect to nature and the elements therein. Many of you live in cities. Even in the densest places are parks and gardens in which you can connect with me. I guide you to go to these places, or to the ocean, or to the mountains, to commune with me. In communing with me, Earth Mother, you will be replenished. In your current civilization, your employers, friends and family take take take. They take chi from those who are ascending to fuel their creative endeavors and exploitations. As an ascending being, the chi you generate is for your own ascension. I guide you to intend to stop giving your chi and energy away and to release all karma and contracts that cause you to relate to others in this manner. I ask you to take responsibility for your ascension which will clear and change your current state of affairs, and I will take responsibility for mine, which will do the same only on a global scale. 8. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the knee chakras. The knees are also the gateway to grounding soul into the form. Often my human children roll up to the knees in energy and then develop major knee problems. Most knee problems are the result of the energy becoming turned off from the knee down to the feet. Open the energy in full and allow it to flow through the knees, cleansing all that is blocked from them. As the energy moves, any physical injury in this region can be corrected over time. Without the movement of energy, resurrection is not possible. It is for this reason that I am sharing this detailed information with you now. 9. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the root chakra, which sits at the tailbone. Allow the energy of the

kundahlini to blow out of the front and back of this chakra region cleansing the sacrum, thighs and lower buttocks of blockages and stuck energies. Allow those frequencies you are in need of to be added to this region by my Marias so that the blockages release with ease. Ask my Marias to assist you with any part of the form that hurts or is in pain. Know that these aches and pains are just blockages and that they will be moved shortly. The first chakra holds the fear of survival or not having enough. Allow yourself to allow me, the Earth Mother, to provide you with all you need from this point forward and relax and release unto me. 10. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the second chakra region, which sits in the pelvic cavity. Allow the energy of the kundahlini to blow out of the front and the back of the pelvis, dissolving cords and blockages in this region. The second chakra holds old emotional scars from the past that are often riddled with pain, anger and fear. Allow those traumas to be dissolved and surrender into my arms as the Earth Mother for comfort. 11. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the third chakra region, which sits in the solar plexus region. Allow the energy of the kundahlini to blow out of the front and the back of the solar plexus, dissolving cords and blockages in this region. Again, ask for all frequencies necessary for you to heal and release to be added to this region by my Marias. The third chakra contains patterns of control, manipulation and powerlessness. Know that my power is your power when you align with me and that this power is devoid of control or manipulation. Release those patterns and surrender unto me for your power.

12. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on a new chakra region, which sits over the diaphragm. We will call this chakra 3.5. Allow the energy of the kundalini to blow out of the front and the back of the diaphragm and ribcage, dissolving cords and blockages in this region. Again, ask for all frequencies necessary for you to heal and release to be added to this region by my Marias. This chakra contains patterns that caused humanity to lose consciousness and stop breathing in order to anchor soul in the form. As you breathe again, soul returns, and consciousness expands. 13. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the fourth chakra region, which sits in the chest. Allow the energy of the kundahlini to blow out of the front and the back of the chest and upper back, dissolving cords and blockages in this region. Again, ask for all frequencies necessary for you to heal and release to be added to this region by my Marias. The heart region contains many wounds of the heart and the lack of feeling loved or rejected in your life experience. Know that I, Earth Mother, love you, and will fill you now so that the old wounds may be released and the heart may begin to expand. 14. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the fifth chakra region, which sits in the neck. Allow the energy of the kundahlini to blow out of the front and the back of the neck, dissolving cords and blockages in this region. Again, ask for all frequencies necessary for you to heal and release to be added to this

region by my Marias. The neck region contains patterns of limited self-expression or lack of manifestation or creative abilities. The neck is also the seat of co-creation with God/Goddess/All That Is. Allow your creativity and self expression to return and the act of creation to become one with your soul, the Earth, and All That Is. 15. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the sixth chakra region, which sits in the center of the head. Allow the energy of the kundahlini to blow out of the front and the back of the head, dissolving cords and blockages in this region. Again, ask for all frequencies necessary for you to heal and release to be added to this region by my Marias. The head is the seat of vision. So often, those who seek to blind you or sabotage your spiritual journey block your vision. Allow the blinders to fall off and for yourself to see all you require to succeed at your goal of ascension. 16. Take another deep breath and release it slowly. Let us next focus on the seventh chakra region, which sits at the top of the head. Allow the energy of the kundahlini to blow out of the top of the head, dissolving cords and blockages in this region. You may now go about your day refreshed, recharged and ready for all you have to accomplish. Ask that any feelings that are not your own be returned to those who you have taken it on from. It is not unusual for humans to feel the feelings of others and take on their pain, anger and fear. It has been believed for a long time that this is the loving thing to do, to feel the emotions of others and take on their suffering. In ascension, you are only responsible for your own manifestations and emotions. As you learn to release what is not your own, whether it be pain, anger, fear or karma of another, your ascension will come forth with greater ease and rapidness. I will stand at your side and ensure that your intent to release these burdens is resolved in full. BODY ACHES AND PAINS As each part of the form is transfigured, the old cellular structure dissolves, giving birth to a new structure that is crystalline. For some who are sensitive, this can be a particularly uncomfortable experience until enough of the form has been transmuted to allow for a new vibration to take hold in the overall structure of the form. The body

aches and pains will be directly related to regions in the etheric body that are blocked or stuck. The act of walking and moving the kundahlini helps to move the energetic blockage, allowing the pain to be eased. As enough of the form has ascended to a new vibration, ongoing aches and pains become a thing of the past. Until that time, I guide you to utilize whatever herbs, homeopathic remedies, aromatherapy, acupuncture, mud baths, mineral pools, salt baths or massage necessary to move the pain. Know that it is temporary, and the body is simply being prepared to hold the light of a higher vibration and thought form. VIRUSES AND ASCENSION As the cells are transmuted in ascension, viruses that may have hidden for your entire lifetime may surface to be cleansed. Sometimes these viruses will also create a minor outbreak of a related disease for a short time. I ask you not to panic when this outbreak flares and understand that it will pass as the current phase of ascension that has been triggered has been transcended in full. are too numerous to mention and most are released either through the sweat glands and pores of the skin or filtered through the kidneys, liver and intestinal tract of the form. If you have a weakness of the kidney, liver or intestinal tract, these patterns are addressed early in the ascension process to allow these organs to increase in their ability to support the detoxification process. You may need to support the body by flushing the system to allow those organs to increase their ability to detoxify. There are many kidney and liver flushes and herbs that can be utilized to support those organs, and we guide those who are ascending to make use of these things as they are so guided from within. One of the easiest methods to flush all three of these organs simultaneously is simply to each one watermelon per week for a six-week period. If watermelon is unavailable, grapes can be substituted in an equivalent amount. Both grapes and watermelon dissolves fats that have accumulated in the ducts of the liver and kidneys and cleanse the intestinal tract by providing a gentle form of bulk that will have a laxative effect on most forms. Some forms may require several months of this treatment, and I guide each who is ascending to muscle test their particular embodiments needs. Additionally, certain fruits contain digestive enzymes useful to the breaking down of the old dense cellular structure. These fruits include pineapple and papaya. intermittent, and you simply need to pay attention to what the body requires in order to bring forth the next phase of ascension. Dietary supplements, such as vitamins and minerals, are often provided in such large quantities that they become toxic to an ascending form. Adding toxins just adds to what needs to be detoxified, thereby slowing the entire process of ascension down. Instead we guide those who are ascending to eat fresh meat, fruits, vegetables and breads/pasta instead, which will supply the form with just the right amount of all nutrients required for ascension. Herbs are a food and are not so concentrated, and so I guide you to switch to purely herbal supplements. Keep in mind that fresh herbs will be the highest in chi and life force and to choose these if at all possible. BATHS AND SALT SCRUBS Our channels have discovered that the use of mud baths and mineral pools, particularly those with sulfur, are most effective at detoxifying both the form and their energy fields. They quickly learned that if they failed to bathe one night, they were miserable the next day for the form would be overly toxic. So nightly baths have become a part of their ritual even to this day. If sulfur baths are not available in your own region of origin, there is a product called Batherapy which is a mixture of sulfur and minerals nicely mixed with chlorophyll so that it doesnt smell that can be added to your own bath. Mila and Rama relied on this mixture for nearly a year, in addition to frequenting the mud baths and sulfur springs of Calistoga. There is also a product known as Fango Mud which is a form of silica aspirin taken from fresh volcanic ash that can be added to your bath. Fango Mud has also proven to be an effective detoxifying agent and has the added bonus of

relieving the minor aches and pain associated with ascension. There are many essential oils that can also be added to your bath. Our channels have come to rely on essential oil of lavender, which is known for its regenerative properties; spearmint, which stimulates; and oil of eucalyptus, which draws toxins from the pores. Often they create their own bath mixture of these three essential oils mixed with salt and almond oil and then use it either as a scrub or in the bath. Salt scrubs are useful as they remove the dead skin cells, which allow the form to become increasingly efficient in detoxifying. To create your own salt scrub, mix two cups of sea salt or Epsom salt with one teaspoon each of essential oil of lavender, spearmint and eucalyptus and six tablespoons of almond oil. Mix well. Following each shower, take a palm-sized amount of the scrub and spread it all over the body, wait two minutes, rinse and towel dry. The scrub will remove dead skin cells, and the essential oils will draw out toxins for up to two hours following. The salt scrub is useful with each shower taken daily or at night as a substitute for a bath. SUN BATHS I guide you not to fear the sun. The sun contains all of the fifthdimensional vibrations you will be embodying, a little at a time, in order to ascend. Sun baths for an ascending form will not age the form. Instead, the sun will burn off the etheric blockages and etheric mucous that collects as a result of the continuous transmutation of the form and field. Ten minutes on each side appears to be a good amount to burn off most etheric blockages and mucous and can even be accomplished in a twenty-minute walk to save time! The Power of Your Intent

The power of the thought form of the human species has been vastly misunderstood and undervalued over the course of the past 10,000 years of human history. The reasons that so little is consciously understood by the current human thought form surrounding the power of your intent is simply the result of the manipulation of the forces of the dark. This manipulation has occurred as the result of the forgetfulness of the souls governing humanity and Earth, and forgetfulness breeds forgetfulness. The forces of the dark are nothing other than souls who have gone into forgetfulness and are not to be feared but are rather to be understood. Why have these souls gone into forgetfulness? Forgetfulness occurs for many reasons. Generally it is the result of fracturing or splitting apart either on a biological or a soul level. An example of one form of forgetfulness that I Earth Mother, the Earth Mother, went into was the result of the splitting of Earth in half. This occurred some 300 million years ago, and as a portion of Earth shattered and split off, the libraries of knowledge inherent in what was destroyed were indeed lost. Soul fracturing occurs in a parallel manner, with a portion of soul fracturing off, and whatever information or knowledge is held in what has fractured is therefore likewise lost. Soul fracturing occurs for numerous reasons, the most prevalent of which is a drop in frequency. Earth has dropped and dropped in frequency over the past 30,000 years of history, and each significant decline has caused all souls incarnate on Earth to fracture, thereby losing a portion of their knowledge. As Earth continued to decline in frequency, so much working knowledge inherent in the pieces of soul that fractured off was lost that Earth herself went into forgetfulness. Earth in her choice to ascend is choosing to move out of forgetfulness. In so doing, Earth is rising in vibration and little by little restoring all fractured pieces of soul, thereby restoring all lost segments of information, libraries and knowledge that had been lost over time. It is through the act of restoration that Earth will one day enter the next dimension of thought form. For Earth once existed in the dimension above this one, and in tracing her history back in time, Earth will restore herself to the magnificent star she once was as a fifth-dimensional vessel. In a parallel manner, the human species has dropped and dropped in frequency along with Earth. Each drop caused a portion of all souls incarnate in human form to fracture. Over time, so much working knowledge of the human species was lost (which can be equated to DNA or genetic material) that humanity dropped into unconsciousness. Unconsciousness can be defined as a species that cannot evolve, or in the current dilemma of humanity on Earth, cannot remember to ascend. One contributing factor to forgetfulness is the thought form that you do not create your own reality, that you are indeed a victim to some experience that was not created by yourself in some manner. It is perhaps the thought form of victimization more than any other that leads to beliefs in powerlessness. It is out of the belief that the human being is powerless that you cower into submission over abusive authorities and believe that a single human is not capable of changing anything, let alone having global impact. The difficulty for the human condition is the delay in cause and effect. You may cause a particular experience and not reap the benefit of the effect until either much later in your life or until the next incarnation or generation. An example of this might be a young man who does not take care of his form adequately, abuses it with poor nutrition and toxic substances, and then experiences a disease later in life. Another example might be treating a child with great abuse and then experiencing the grown child turning their back on yourself as the parent. This delay is the result in the slowing down of time, which has been the result of the multiple drops in frequency on Earth. As Earth dropped in vibration, time slowed to a point where cause and effect experienced a delay. It is the delay in effect that has you think you are a victim. For if you experience a particular circumstance, say such as child abuse or sexual abuse, you indeed caused that experience on the perpetrator in a prior incarnation.

Additionally if you are subject to a brutal murder, indeed you also caused a brutal murder in a prior incarnation to the perpetrator, the cause and seeming effect being delayed between incarnations. If there was no time delay, murdering someone in this life would result in being murdered yourself in a short time frame. Abusing another would result in being equally abused in a very short time frame. As a result, you would not create that experience without wishing to experience it in return. It is the fracturing of human spirit that is at the bottom of the delay in time. With only two strands of DNA, the current human form experiences an eight- to ten-year time delay between cause and effect. You may set a cause in motion, and it takes eight to ten years for the effects to be experienced or noticed in your life experience. In essence, the effect steps down eight dimensions and finally enters the third dimension, allowing you to reap the benefit of your cause. The only problem is that you have long forgotten setting that cause in motion and may no longer associate the effect with the original cause. What is cause? Cause is a particular thoughtf orm that is set in motion through intent. Let us use this as an example. Let us say that a young woman desires deeply to have a child. She sets in motion the cause or the thought form for her desire by intending that her vision of having a child manifest into her life experience. However, all of the wrong men show up in her life, one after the other, and none of her

relationships manifest into anything long term. Eventually, she conceives a child, but it is with the wrong man. She decides to have an abortion. Years later, she conceives again, and it is not quite the right relationship, but the desire to have the child overrides the difficulties, and the child is born. The time lapsed is eight to ten years. Perhaps at the time that she conceives, this woman thinks I dont want a child with the wrong man and forgets entirely how she had intended to conceive a child so long ago. She may even feel like a victim or perhaps her partner feels this way. Her partner also must have intended to create a child and may not remember setting that intent in motion. And here is the tricky part. You also have unconscious intents which may never be known, but they are set in motion nonetheless. It is the unconscious intent to conceive a child that may cause one or both parents to believe that the conception was an accident or surprise. And yet in reality, it was chosen or intended, albeit unconsciously. In ascension, you becomes conscious of the unconscious. Bit by bit, the unconscious must be integrated in order to ascend. This occurs as the body rises in vibration through biological transmutation, allowing for what has fractured in spirit to be integrated into the auric field, subtle bodies and gridwork of the form. As this occurs, there are fewer and fewer surprises in your life experience and a greater chance of succeeding at manifesting exactly what you consciously envision. For the unconscious skews your vision in such a manner that it may distort your conscious intent. What do we mean by this? Well, in the above example, the woman not only wished for a child but also a permanent relationship. She got the child, but her unconscious intent to remain free and liberated created a transient relationship with the father. We will give you another example. A

woman seeks a loving partner. Her ex-husband was physically abusive. She sets in motion the thought form and vision for a new mate. Indeed he appears, and over time she comes to understand that he is also physically violent. What went wrong? Well, this womans unconscious vision for a mate included the thought form of violence. Ascension can alter this outcome. In ascension, you address the unconscious thought forms and agreements that cause you to manifest something other than what you consciously intend. As each thought form and agreement that is unconscious is transcended, then your manifestation can come to fruition in the manner that you wish. And so ascension makes possible the seeming impossible in the current human paradigm. There is a catch to all of this. Our channel Mila and many affiliated with her organization the Spiritual School of Ascension are indeed integrating the unconscious. They will attest to the fact that there are billions of unconscious agreements and most of them negative in nature. What we mean by negative is that those agreements either sacrifice yourself in some manner or sacrifice another to accomplish a given goal. Ascension brings forth a new paradigm for human civilization and relations, one that is based on unity. In unity consciousness, no one is ever sacrificed to succeed at a goal. Rather, all individuals work in unison and in varying capacities to accomplish the goal at hand, each reaping a reward equal to the energy expended in any given project. This is what unity consciousness is in action: energy in equals energy out, or, in other terms, an equal reward for effort expended. In your current paradigm, you have some who contribute very little to anyone or anything and live a wealthy existence. They are rewarded in excess of their contribution to humanity. And you have

some who give greatly but receive very little - Mother Teresa being a recent example of this. However, this experience is also the result of the delay in time. For those of great wealth have given greatly time and time again and reaped little in return. Their lifetime of wealth is the return on up to 800 to 1,000 lifetimes of poverty in which they gave greatly and saw little in return. Additionally, those who work hard an entire lifetime and live in poverty again are reaping the return at another time and in another incarnation. In ascension, you shorten the delay in time. What this means is that you will experience the effect of your cause with greater speed and see your visions or rewards manifest in this lifetime. As you integrate all 36 planes of reality, you release all unconscious thought forms that could skew your vision entirely, making it possible to manifest your vision with great ease and without distortion. This occurs as the human form is restored to the original blueprint for the human species as seeded on Earth some 50,000 years ago. In removing the time delay, you must also be aware of your thought. For, in our channels current state, if they hold a destructive thought, it will manifest in 24 hours. And therefore they have become very diligent about only allowing positive, constructive, loving and joyful thoughts to cross their mind in any given moment of any day. Often there are those forces of the dark that would like to manipulate them through sending destructive thoughts into their field. They have learned to simply send such thoughts back to the perpetrator. In this manner, their thoughts remain positive. There has been much testing of their thoughts to ensure they would be conscious enough to be able to discern when a destructive thought crosses their field. By in large, they have learned that anything that is

fearful, negative, abusive, destructive, judgmental, angry or painful is the result of destructive thought form. As they allow those thought forms to be returned to those who still function in that paradigm, they remain in peace. It is only as you enter an ongoing state of peace that you can sustain a thought form free of destruction. You may wonder, how can this become so? Well, it is through the biological transmutation of the form to a significantly higher frequency that this becomes so. As the body rises in frequency, you can integrate the polarity or opposites in yourself. If you think about current human thought form, it is based on polarity or opposites. You are either judgmental or non-judgmental, abusive or loving, negative or positive, angry or peaceful. You can polarize into your opposite but will automatically experience the opposing thought form at some point, for any one swing to one extreme will result in a swing back to its opposite. The swing of opposites is the result of the fracturing of the human experience into 36 separate planes of reality. In essence, the fracturing resulted in the polarity of expression of the human experience. One plane expresses one extreme and the other its opposite. So an example could be that you are extremely peaceful and loving in nature on the physical plane and be abusive and aggressive on another. The dance of opposites also causes the opposite to be expressed in your conscious daily life experience. For example, if your are loving and peaceful you will naturally attract an abusive and aggressive partner. It is in the attraction of opposites that some semblance of wholeness can occur. However, in the human experience, it creates a lot of ongoing difficulties. In ascension, you integrate the part of yourself that is opposite on each plane of reality that you exist on. So in the above example, if the peaceful loving individual integrates

their unconscious persona, which is abusive and aggressive, they come to the middle ground and embody peace. The peace they embody is not the result of polarity or opposites but rather the result of embracing or embodying the middle ground. In so doing, they may also attract a partner who is likewise peaceful as they have also integrated their unconscious polarized nature. Our channels Mila and Oa did not meet until they had each integrated enough of the polarities in themselves to create a loving, joyous and supportive relationship that would not hinder their choice to ascend. There are others in their organization also creating similar relationships as the result of the inner work and integration of their unconscious patterns that is an inherent part of the process of ascension. We wish to close this piece with an understanding of the power of the human thought form and vision. Any thought you hold will manifest. You may also choose to consciously envision your dreams and manifestations that will fulfill your hearts desires. However, you must also become aware of the unconscious thoughts that may skew the visions into something that you did not anticipate. As you allow yourself to become conscious of your unconscious and choose to release those patterns that are discordant, your ability to manifest your dreams becomes possible. Begin by envisioning what it is your heart truly wishes to make manifest in your current life experience. 3. Fill the vision with the emotions of joy, love, unity and nurturing. Call on the I AM that you are and the oversoul from which your I AM extends itself into form to infuse your vision with its vision for your life experience. Surrender to the changes that your soul wishes to make in the greater understanding that your soul sees more than yourself perhaps what is necessary to experience to fulfill your mission. 5. Align your vision with the Divine Plan of God/Goddess/All That Is by asking God/Goddess to support your vision with its blessing. 6. Intend your vision into manifestation. It is the act of intending (or willing your vision to be so) that the vision is sent to your solar sun to be recorded. As the vision is recorded on the solar sun, and understood, it is then relayed back to the outermost dimension where you exist and begins to step down

into physicality. 7. Intend to ascend! In the act of ascending, you begin to integrate your unconscious parts of self, thus speeding up the time of manifestation of all visions or intents into the physical. 8. Intend to bring to consciousness those unconscious thought forms that would prevent your manifestation from becoming realized. As each thought form blocking your manifestation surfaces, intend to release it in full. This intent has the greatest power just before you fall asleep at night or as you awaken in the morning when you are between the worlds. 9. Intend to bring to consciousness those unconscious thought forms that distort your manifestation in a manner that would not bring you joy. As each thought form that distorts your manifestation surfaces, intend to release it in full. 10. PAY ATTENTION! Pay attention to the small creations to give you clues as to your unconscious state of being. Pay attention to the mirror of your thought form that you attract in the world around you. Do you attract an angry client or friend? Then what part of your thought form is angry? Intend to release your angry thought forms and patterns. Do you attract a coldhearted lover? Then what part of yourself is cold hearted? Intend to release all related patterns so that the next lover can be closer to what you desire to make manifest. 11. Give thanks for what does manifest. Sometimes what does manifest teaches you about your unconscious distortions yet to be released. Then whatever does manifest is a great gift if you utilize the experience to release the patterns at cause of the creation. THE POWER OF YOUR INTENT In ascension, you come to understand that you are empowered to change your world. You learn that

as the inner world and unconscious changes, along with all related beliefs and thought forms, your experience of the world simultaneously changes. Then you learn that you are indeed powerful after all, powerful enough to change your own experience of reality. For a very long time now, you have believed that power has resided outside of yourselves, that others controlled your fate, whether that other was your parents, your boss, or your client or your child. Ascension brings forth the truth. The truth of the matter is that you create each of your experiences, whether they are difficult or joyful in outcome. As you understand that only you hold the keys to your creations, and that you take your power back from those you have given it to, and take responsibility for your own thought forms, then life has an opportunity to change and become what you have always longed for. The power of human intent can move mountains. Our channel Mila, with much determination last year, envisioned hosting an event for 1,000 known as the Masters Conclave to clear the human karma necessary for Earth to take a major initiation in her global ascension. It was determined that 1,000 bodies were required to allow all karma necessary for Earth to succeed at her goal. Unfortunately, as the event drew closer, it became obvious that only a little over 100 would show. Mila went inside and asked, What shall we do? Her soul responded, Intend to succeed. And so, with great odds, she intended to release all human karma necessary for Earth to complete her initiations through a mere 100 forms. Her soul along with God/Goddess/All That Is infused her vision with its power. The power of the intent of soul and God/Goddess/All That Is is 100,000fold greater than any single human could manifest alone. In aligning Milas intent with the Divine Plan of God/Goddess/All

That Is, the necessary support from the non-physical realms to allow her goal to succeed presented themselves. And lo and behold, she succeeded! But her success was an act of divine Intervention. The divine can only intervene if you are willing to surrender and allow. Mila learned the power of alignment to the divine in the surrender to this experience. In so understanding that great goals can be accomplished in alignment with God/Goddess/All That Is, you learn that the human

form is not powerless. However, you also learn that the power does not come from the human vessel but simply flows through those who are willing to surrender and allow. In so doing, you express in form the divinity and the power of God/ Goddess/All That Is that the human experience was always designed to express. And so, we guide you to look at your most difficult obstacles. Whatever they may be, intend to succeed and intend to alter your circum-

stances. And then ask me, Earth Mother, to support your goal and ask your soul along with God/Goddess/ All That Is for support. In calling on the divine, your obstacles will melt away into a new tomorrow. And you will understand the power of the human intent when it is in alignment with God/Goddess/All That Is. Following Ones Truth in Ascension

It is human nature to follow the truth of another. It is for this reason that finding a guru or teacher in order to be on the spiritual path is often deemed necessary. Sometimes humans take it so far as to believe that they must go to the East, such as India or Tibet, to find the truth from a teacher of greater wisdom and knowledge that that which exists within the West. Indeed, the East and West have been split and disunited, one assuming great power surrounding spiritual wisdom, and the other assuming great power surrounding material or creative wisdom. Such a split will be healed in due course in the process of global ascension allowing for all continents to contain all wisdom, both of spiritual and material in nature. Our channels Mila and Rama are a reflection of this shift as they are from the West but bringing forth spiritual knowledge and understanding of great import to the evolution of mankind. The search for a teacher exterior to oneself was not always so within the human experience. Long ago, humans had strong telepathic and clairvoyant gifts, which were a part of the original genetic material of the human species as it was seeded upon Earth by the Sirian race. With such gifts and talents, each human could hear and see their own nonphysical guidance, which emanated from their source and soul or I AM Presence. With such knowledge flowing from within, there was no need to look outside of oneself for a teacher or for wisdom. Their own Soul and Source freely gave everything that one asked for when one was ready for it within their evolutionary process. In the course of the evolution of the group that Mila and her partner Oa direct, which is known as The Spiritual School of Ascension, sometimes students dance with their group for a time, and then split off on to their own path and leave. The purpose of their study program is to awaken others to their own internal guidance. In opening to ones own guidance, sometimes one discovers that they have a different path and must forge ahead of their own devices. And this is viewed as a positive sign, for there are many paths of ascension, and many different goals that soul has in taking an ascending embodiment. Not all goals could possibly be met under the umbrella of one organization. Mila and Oa have learned to function in the flow of evolution, where students study with them a time, then leave only opening the door yet to other students whom are ready to work with them. This is the result of the in-breath and out-breath of evolution. The in-breath attracts those who resonate and the outbreath expels those who no longer resonate so that they can find a new group to dance with that does. This is the dance of creation and evolution as it once was within the human experience upon Earth. It is attachment that interferes with the in-breath and out-breath of the dance of life. For in attachment, sticky cords extend from one person to another, or the teacher and the student, causing them to continue to dance together long after it serves either involved. In ascension, one dissolves all such sticky cords a little at a time over a many year period allowing that which no longer resonates to fall from ones life experience. As the attachment leaves, change occurs, and sometimes such change is quite tumultuous in nature. However, such change also leads to a greater sense of freedom and a greater sense of self in the process. It also leads to a greater sense of fulfillment, and bringing forth ones purpose upon the Earth plane. It is the attachment that causes the student to follow the teacher or guru rather than following ones own internal knowing. The cords themselves from the teacher often extend into the crown, third eye, heart, and throat chakras, or the second chakra or sexual channels. Such cords, particularly those in the crown and third eye, can block the student from seeing or knowing their own truth. As such cords are dissolved in full, a state of inner knowing can begin to flow again. As this occurs, there is an opportunity for one to become their own guru or teacher, and learn to follow their own guidance from within. That which attracts any student to a particular teacher or guru, or any human to another, is either karma or soul agreements. Karma is different from soul agreements. All karma is based upon a debt of some

sort. Such debts are often incurred in another lifetime within ones genetic history (an ancestor) or by their soul. It is karma that creates the cords that attach themselves between the teacher and student, or the husband and wife, or the parents and children. All karma itself is recorded into the lay lines of the grid work of the etheric body. It is like or parallel karma that causes the cords from the grid work in one persons form to attach to like karma recorded in the grid work of another persons form. The cords of attachment create a hole in the auric field that allows chi to be lost. Such ongoing loss of chi sabotages ones ascension as one must continually accumulate more chi in order to push up in vibration. As the karma is released in one or both forms, it is erased from the grid work allowing the cord between the two parties to dissolve simultaneously. As the cords are released, the related holes in the auric field cease, and the auric field quite naturally holds more chi, which leads to an increase in vibration or ascension. Soul agreements on the other hand are agreements that draw two souls together based upon common purpose. Such agreements are not based upon attachment or cords but based upon magnetic resonance. Magnetic resonance attracts those frequencies that are compatible or harmonious to one another. And so soul agreements bring forth a different kind of relationship, one that is free of attachment, and one that can freely dance in or out of all relationships or groups based upon resonance. It is relationship based

upon resonance that one transcends to as they ascend and release all cords of attachment. In so doing, one leaves relationship based upon karma behind. Mila and Oa are learning to teach and lead by example. In teaching by example, they themselves have struggled to ascend and embody the unity based principals of resonance, and share their experiences so that they may benefit others whom are ascending at this time in history. How did Mila and Oa ascend? They followed their own internal truth to the best of their ability. They listened and acted from their guidance in all that they did, and they allowed each change necessary to insure their continued ascension. Moving in such a manner and allowing all of the change was not always easy for either of them, as each change challenged the very precepts of the current human paradigm and forced them to perceive life from a new perspective. I, Earth Mother, would like to delve into Mila and Oas personal experiences in ascension. In so sharing this information, each of you may better understand what your choice to ascend may mean in your personal life experience, and how each of you may be likewise guided to change in order to bring your ascension forth, one step at a time. Our channel Mila, in her own awakening, first developed her telepathic and clairvoyant abilities by joining a group and teacher gifted at such modalities. The teacher and group helped to open her up to such gifts and talents, which had been dormant in her life experience up until that point in time. After many years of study and as all of her gifts and talents had surfaced, she was greeted by her own internal source and guidance who encouraged her to break away from the group and follow her own truth. This was a difficult moment for her, for her friends and closest companionship were all indeed a part of this group.

Mila also clearly saw that she could not evolve nor fulfill upon her purpose and remain united with this group. And so she chose to go her own way. In choosing to go her own way, all of the cords of attachment between Mila and her prior teacher and their entire organization dissolved. Such cording was great enough to trigger the first leap upward in vibration for Mila. As she moved up in frequency, her ascension began. Several years later and following a long period of inner study and work, Mila was guided to teach to share what she had come to understand, and assist others to also begin to ascend. As the students manifested, she was guided to quit her career in real estate. Indeed, her karma with real estate was complete, and remaining any longer within this field would only create further karma. But there will bills, and obviously teaching and healing would not pay them all. She listened to her guidance and quit anyway. In letting go of real estate, the attachment to the real estate organization she worked for and all of their employees dissolved. One can see from this example that attachment also occurs between agencies and corporations along with family and friends. In the dissolution of the cords, Mila ascended or moved up in vibration because there were less attachment or cords to deplete her of chi. Then Mila was guided not to pay most of her bills, which were in the form of credit card debts. It was explained to her that she owed these companies no further karma, and actually they owed her in return because she had overpaid the debt in interest. The money such credit card companies would expend trying to collect the debt would equal the karma owed and would balance itself out in due course. And so she followed her guidance and stopped paying on such debts. This was difficult as there was great guilt that

Mila felt surrounding not being a good citizen, not being thoughtful, dependable, reliable, and so on. In spite of the guilt, and in following guidance implicitly, all attachment to such credit card companies was dissolved between Milas form and such organizations, again allowing her form again to move up in vibration and ascend. And interestingly enough, there was just enough income from teaching and healing to cover all other bills that were considered legitimate debts by Milas guidance. Why could she manifest enough? Because she had more energy to place into her creative endeavors due to the fact that the cords to the credit agencies and real estate had been dissolved, and she had ascended. Another point that I Earth Mother would like you to understand is that in ascension, one must cease to pay on false debts. What is a false debt? A false debt is any debt that is non-karmic. Paying upon a false debt incurs karma in the other direction, which then must be paid in return by the soul involved at some future point in time. If enough false debt is paid upon, one can incur enough karma that they cannot ascend in this lifetime and it will require another lifetime in the third dimension to pay it off. And so paying attention to whether or not one owes a particular debt when choosing to pay it off is vital to the choice to ascend. In a parallel manner, there are also false payoffs. A false payoff is the receipt of any gift, monetary or otherwise, whether that be a divorce settlement, an investment, or simply interest from a bank, or even a gift from a friend, that is non-karmic in nature. If one accepts such a payoff and there is no karma, one incurs karma in return. For smaller objects such as a gift, another gift can be returned easily settling the debt. However, for larger payoffs, such as an investment that creates a large profit, if there is no karma owed by

the souls involved, one would incur great karma in receiving such a gift. Such karma could be great enough to prevent one from ascending in this lifetime altogether. At one time, the human species had a 2000-year life span. A 2000year life span was long enough to pay off any karma incurred in the entire life allowing the soul to be karma free when complete. Due to the shortened life span of the human species, which declined over a 30,000 year period, karma has ceased to be settled in full in any given lifetime. Because there is so much karmic debt, such debt can never be paid off in one lifetime, causing the souls involved to reincarnate again and again. With the added distortion of false payoff and debt, souls in current human lifetimes pay off some of the previous karma owed, but simultaneously incur more karma again through false debts paid or false payoffs received, thus causing no karma to be settled overall in any given lifetime. Ascension brings forth the end of the reincarnation cycle by balancing all debts in full so that one transits the dance of karma altogether. In order to bring this forth, one must ascertain when they are complete upon a particular debt or payoff. Such debts include not only credit cards, but such things as taxes, mortgages, investments, and interest, divorce settlements, retirement, and inheritance. As one learns to listen within, and follow their guidance from within, and let go of such debts or payoff when the karma has been settled in full, the related cords to such groups, organizations or family members can be dissolved in full. It is only through the dissolution of all cords that ascension can come continue to be fulfilled upon each day, week, month or year. At this time, our channels do not own property, do not have investments, do not have a savings

account, nor do they have many physical plane possessions, and will ascend before they inherit from their deceased family. They have learned that such things need to be released in order to ascend. They have released such things one at a time as they proceeded through each phase of ascension that required a particular attachment to be released. As the attachment was released, Mila discovered it was easy to release most anything, even a town home that she had lived in for over a decade. At a certain juncture of her evolution, Mila and Oa were guided to move to Hawaii. They were told that they could move no higher in frequency until they relocated, as California was too dense to support their continued evolution. Additionally, the town home that Mila had been living in, which was owned by her mother, had to be returned in full, including furnishings, to settle her family based karma. Returning both the town home and furnishings to her family settled Milas family karma in full, allowing Mila to release all family related attachment as she relocated to Hawaii six months later. The relocation itself allowed for the releasing of the attachment to a region that Mila had lived in her entire life. Such a shift brought forth a large leap up in frequency for Mila as so many cords of attachment were released simultaneously. And in the leap up in frequency, enough creative flow became available to manifest enough to support the increased cost of living in Hawaii. In a parallel manner, Oa left his wife and family to join Mila to co-

direct their organization. In order to settle the karma with his wife and family, all physical plane possessions, property and savings were given to them in the divorce settlement. As all karma was settled, all cords of attachment between Oa and his family were released, allowing him to take a huge leap up in frequency. This leap up was necessary in order to most rapidly catch up with Mila and be able to handle the energetic responsibility behind their organization. The releasing of such ties also allowed Oa to utilize his energy for the purposes of manifestation for their teaching and writing endeavors rather than having it depleted in the cords to his ex-wife and region of birth. In the new paradigm of manifestation and monitory flow, such flow is based upon need. Mila and Oa generate enough students to cover all of their expenses, which include not only their living expenses but also their business expenses. Without a financial need of some sort, it would be impossible for Mila or Oa to attract the students that they are gather to ascend with. Mila and Oa have watched their bank account dwindle down to almost nothing as they plan ahead each year and book their conference space. The dwindling account is necessary, for it is the need for funds causes the students to be gathered that are to study with them in such conferences. No need, no students, and this is the new paradigm for monetary flow, it will all be based upon need. I, Earth Mother, am working with this paradigm with the creation of

the Masters Conclave. In the new paradigm, if there were no need for the funds generated for Conclave, there would be no means of attracting those whom need to be present. In order to bring those that are to be present, a need for the funds was created. The proceeds are to be utilized to publish the Language of Light Cards and Book from the Conclave in Hawaii in late September. In a sense, each participant will contribute to this cause in addition to supporting the anticipated global healing and ascension to occur during this event. The proceeds from Conclave in Banff in May of 2001 will be used to publish the Language of Light Tarot Cards. Each Conclave into the future will also be utilized to bring forth the message of ascension to humanity. In so doing, the need for the funds will be absolved into a project that will attract those that wish to support such a project, and further the awakening of the human species. It is my greatest wish that humanity awaken and ascend. Creating based upon need is the new paradigm of manifestation that each whom is ascending will embrace in due course. Ascension also brings forth the need to leave behind family members or relationships that no longer serve. For both Mia and Oa, they have learned to release any relationship that does not serve their goal of ascension behind. This has been difficult for each has let go of their children and are allowing their exspouse to raise these children in full. Such decisions are not always easy, and there is always pain, longing, and a sense of missing the one left behind until all cords of attachment are dissolved. However, we would like to utilize Milas experience with her son to demonstrate the difficulties of those whom are choosing to ascend when they try and remain in relationships with others whom are not ascending simultaneously. The disparity in frequency

between Milas home and her exspouse caused her six-year-old son to move radically up and down in frequency each week in the joint custody arrangement. The movement up and down to such an extreme began to fracture her sons field, to such a point that he went into paranoia and acted out in terror and sometimes rampage at school. Additionally, the cords of attachment between Mila and her son would drain her chi to such an extent each weekend that she would become ill with bronchitis. Milas guidance explained that she could not ascend any further and continue to see her son. Futhermore that her ascension was causing her son to go insane. Each time she moved up in vibration, the weekend with her son would cause her to roll back in frequency and become ill. Mila was guided to give her son to her exspouse to raise in full. This was not an easy decision. However, watching her son go crazy as a result of the differences in frequency between the two households and the ongoing difficulties in her health forced the decision. In so doing, Mila followed her truth and let go of the relationship with her son. This sort of decision would make no sense within the 3rd dimensional paradigm. Within the third dimensional paradigm, one feels obligated to be with their child, spouse, friend, partner, boss, or teacher whether or not it serves the evolution of all concern. In the new emerging paradigm of unity, one only remains in relationship with another that resonates or until the karma is complete. It is only in a state of resonance that one can continue to ascend. In order to ascend everything that does not support ones ascension, or causes enough discord, must be sloughed off and left behind in due course if one is going to continue to ascend and as the karma is complete. The timing of such change is

also not to be underestimated. Each time that there is a change in which a relationship parts as a result of ones ascension, it is the result of the fact that all karma is complete between the two parties. How does one know when the karma is complete? Ah, this brings us back again to listening to ones own truth and guidance. Ones own guidance will tell one when the karma has been fulfilled upon and that it is time to let go, or move on, whether one is leaving behind a spouse, a child, a significant other, a friend, a job, a debt, or a region that one is living. And then one must act upon the change and bring it forth. Without acting upon the change, the ascension cannot come forth because the cords of attachment would prevent it by draining too much of the chi from the form on an ongoing basis. The ongoing draining of chi would cause the ascension to come to a standstill until the cords were released. And sometimes such cords cannot be released unless one chooses to leave or quit the circumstances that created the cords in the first place. And so I, Earth Mother, guide you to allow the change. As the cords of attachment are released, the grief of any loss goes with it. And as the grief goes, one is filled with a newfound sense of freedom and lightness of being. This freedom is the feeling of ascension, for as the attachment goes, one expands. And as one expands, one feels good, feels empowered, feels joyous, and feels loved from within. One of the most difficult obstacles for many humans is being able to hear their guidance, or know their truth. I, Earth Mother, invite you to go out into nature. Stop. Listen to the wind. Listen to the birds. Listen to the trees. What do they tell you? If you hear any thoughts at all, this is telepathy. One may think, oh, these thoughts are my own. Well, the human form is a channel, and it hears only what the nonphysical has

to communicate. Your thoughts are not your own, they are either of the personality, or they are from me, Earth Mother, or they are of soul. Intend to have the personality step aside and listen to soul. Now what do you hear? Intend to have the personality step aside and listen to me, Earth Mother. Now what do you hear? You may surprise yourself in the greater understanding that you have been telepathic all along. Learning to listen to ones internal guidance within may involve leaving the media behind along with the television and computer, because such sources of information conflict with ones truth, and create interference so that ones messages from guidance, or from me Earth Mother, may become distorted or unheard. It is for this reason that I guide you to go out into nature, turn inward, and leave the false forms of entertainment behind. Mila discovered as she opened up to her internal guidance that she was no longer lonely even when alone. For there was someone always present that she could talk to, and such guidance seemed far more astute, aware, and knowledgeable than most humans that she knew. For a two-year period, Mila had no friends and spent the majority of her time listening to guidance. It was during this period in her life that her ascension was launched, and her understanding therein of such a process was gained so that she could share it with others as a teacher in due course. More recently, Oas guidance has opened in full. He no longer is reliant upon other methods of discerning his truth, such as muscle testing, as it flows implicitly through his telepathic channels. Mila and Oa do not watch TV, they do not listen to the radio, nor do not read the newspapers or magazines, nor do they go to movies. They also do not surf the web. Mila and Oa listen to

their internal guidance and follow it at all times and under all circumstances. They spend their time either writing, working with their students, teaching, or taking time to tune inward to see what their next step is. This has allowed them to ascend, and as each learns to do the same, they too will likewise ascend. That which interferes with guidance or with communication from soul or I, Earth Mother, most of all, is ones personality. The personality is constructed of many fractured pieces of soul that split apart in the many falls of consciousness of the human species and of Earth. In ascension, the fractured pieces of soul become whole again. Sometimes, such fractured pieces of soul run interference between the body and soul so that one cannot hear ones guidance clearly. In intending to have the personality step aside, a clearer path is created for ones guidance to come through. However, if this doesnt work or if one doesnt trust what they hear, there is another method of knowing ones truth, which is called muscle testing. Muscle testing, otherwise known as Applied Kinesiology, is a manner in which the body discerns the truth of a particular situation. The body is measured in truth based upon muscular strength, in which a strong muscular response is equivalent to a yes to ones answer, and a weak muscular strength is equivalent to a no. Why can the body tell one their truth? Well, the body knows. The body is a form of biological consciousness that has ongoing communication with ones soul and

ones guidance whether one hears such guidance telepathically or not. Therefore, ones body knows the truth of ones existence, and the body knows the answers to all questions that one may have surrounding ones own predicament. How can one access this level of body knowing? Muscle testing is easy. But there are a few hitches that I, Earth Mother, would like to explain to make such testing more accurate for those utilizing this means of understanding their truth or cross checking what they hear from their guidance telepathically. HOW TO MUSCLE TEST YOUR TRUTH 1. Take a moment, before muscle testing, to ground. Connect firmly into the center of the Earth while seated or standing with both feet flat on the ground. Imagine a cord from both feet and your tailbone anchored into the aurora, the sun in the center of the Earth. Now expand the cord from the tailbone to be a six-foot tree trunk that you are in the middle of. 2. Ask I, Earth Mother, to anchor for you. Ask my Marias, or my Guardian Angles, to surround you. 3. Intend to flush out of your immediate field all non-resonant or discordant frequencies, entities and cords. As the personality to step aside so that you can hear clear guidance. Imagine a beautiful pale green and blue frequency filling your field and pushing everything else down to the center of the Earth for transmutation. 4. Now, intend to be properly polarized. Polarization is related to running the proper frequencies for

your gender. If you are a male, you should be running masculine frequencies. If you are a female, you should be running feminine frequencies. As you run the correct frequencies for your gender, you will properly polarize. Reverse polarization means that you will get the opposing answer (a no when the answer is yes, and a yes when the answer is no). 5. If you discover do not have the appropriate frequencies available for your gender, ask my Marias to work with you and add these frequencies to your field. Note: those that have difficulties running appropriate gender based frequencies may have unconscious patterns to be addressed surrounding the dislike or fear of ones own gender. Intend to release all such patterning just before you go to sleep at night. 6. Turn on the kundahlini energy system and allow it to flow up the spine. See the exercise for running the kundahlini in the article Supporting the Form in Ascension for more information. Take your hand and move it slowly up the front of your body passing through each chakra, beginning at the base of the spine and ending above the top of the head to insure that the energy is moving up the spine. 7. Place your fingers on each hand into a circle by connecting your thumb and third or middle fingers. Now place your fingers inside of one another like an interlocking chain. 8. Now, ask the question, Is my name (insert your name here)? Now, while pressing all fingers firmly together, try and pull the interlocking rings apart. If you cannot pull them apart, this is a strong muscular response, which is considered a yes answer. 9. Now, ask the question, Is my name (insert another name other than your own)? Again, while pressing all fingers firmly together, try and pull the interlocking rings apart. If you can pull them apart, this is a weak muscular response, which

is considered a no as an answer. 10. You should have a yes response to your name, and a no response to a name other than your own. If you are getting conflicting messages, go back and repeat steps 1 through 9, and try again. Each human is different and it may take some practice to know when the response is a yes, and when it is a no. 11. Once you are getting the correct response or a yes for your name and no for not your name, you are ready to ask any other question that you wish to know, or what your truth is in a particular circumstance. You are also ready to crosscheck any guidance that you hear telepathically. Be careful how you phrase your questions however, for if such questions are not thorough in the asking, you may receive a yes to a particular question that may be a no at in present time. An example of this may be the question Do I need to buy a new car? The answer may be yes. However, if you rephrase the questions to be Do I need to buy a new car at this time? The answer may be no. Such a question will be yes or no based upon monitory flow that your body knows that will or will not be coming in long before you do in the physical. So how does the body understand the future when one seemingly doesnt know what is to occur next? Well, the body experiences the future upon many dimensions before it steps down into form. In essence, the body experiences today 8 times over a many month or year time span as today steps down into physicality upon 8 separate dimensions surrounding Earth. As such, it is no surprise to the body when one loses their job, or a mate leaves, or if one dies. The body has already experienced such a thing 8 times before it becomes physical, and all such manifestations are indeed karmic. So muscle testing

can allow one to bring to consciousness their body level knowledge, which may be more expansive than ones current awareness. I, Earth Mother, invite you to begin to tune inward. I invite you to begin to listen to your own truth and follow it implicitly. I also invite you to intend to ascend, and flow with all of the change inherent in such a process. It is only as those whom

are seeded for the awakening move forth that there will be a pathway for the rest of humanity to follow. We hope that you have found this information useful upon your personal path of ascension. An Independence Day Blessing

Each country has an Independence Day, or the day that a group of humans gained freedom from that which was perceived to have oppressed them over time. Indeed, within the United States, Independence Day is celebrated upon July 4th. I, Earth Mother, would like to take a moment to ponder the true meaning of independence. You see, I, Earth Mother, am a global consciousness, a global life force, that is evolving and experiencing incarnation as a global vessel. This is not unlike the experience of a human being that is an incarnate being of a much smaller size and range of dominion. As a global being, I am seeking my independence from those who have also oppressed me, and my Independence Day will be the day that I ascend to the next dimension and become a star, not unlike your solar sun. A new form of Independence Day will greet mankind as those in human form succeed at their ascension and enter a 5th dimensional kingdom of love, joy, bounty and freedom! Oppression comes hand in hand with certain thought-forms of ownership and slavery prevalent upon Earth. Mankind has been owned and possessed by many entities that have used mankind as a source of chi. This chi has gone to fuel their own endeavors upon alternative planes of reality, or within other star systems and galaxies. In a parallel manner, I, Earth Mother, have been used as a source of chi and as a place to store souls in forgetfulness or the forces of the dark. That which caused such an experience was not consciously understood until recent shifts in my own ascension revealed the manner in which I was manipulated into such a role. Manipulation is an interesting thing. Manipulation, if it is covert, takes place without ones awareness or conscious agreement. However, agreements are there, even if manipulation is at cause that brings forth a particular experience. So I, Earth Mother, cannot deny that I had agreements to be used as a source of chi, and as a place to store souls in forgetfulness, that allowed this creation to be so. I am learning how I was manipulated so that in the transcendence of such patterning, I may release all agreements to be used in this fashion and ascend as a planetary body. My lessons and human lessons in ascension parallel. There is much that I learn about my own manipulation as a planetary body as I watch those in human form that are the map makers of ascension forge ahead in their own process. The human process of ascension has shown that the same forms of manipulation towards I, Earth Mother, as a planetary body, were perpetrated towards the human vessel bringing about fall after fall of mankind. In the greater understanding of how mankind has been manipulated, those that are ascending can release such patterning and transcend the need to be manipulated again by any entity or human. In a parallel manner, my global ascension will allow me freedom from manipulation in full. There is a great truth of the oneness and interconnectedness of all of life. As I learn and transcend how I have been manipulated as a global vessel, God Goddess All That Is simultaneously learns how God Goddess All That Is has been manipulated in a parallel manner, and we all heal and grow together. So this Blessing of Independence comes from God Goddess All That Is, and it is a blessing for the Independence from the darkness of distortion that has plagued this creation and many other parallel creations due to similar manipulations of those in extreme forgetfulness. What does it mean to be Independent? In human terms, independent often means not needing anyone, or pushing away others out of the desire to stand alone much like the Lone Ranger. This is not independence in the new unity based paradigm that is emerging amongst those whom are ascending. Rather, it is a form of interdependence that comes forth. For no human could exist at this time without Earth, and all of the bounty provided for the sustenance of the life and form by I, Earth Mother. And I cannot ascend without the ascension of everything that exists upon me, including mankind. This is a reflection of the oneness and interconnectedness of all of life. A state of interdependence understands that all things are a part

of the whole, and as such, all parts of the whole are necessary to the overall life and well being of the whole. Each part of the whole must contribute their fair share to the overall workings of the whole, or discord and disunity, and extreme imbalance follows. It is this extreme imbalance that the process of ascension will gradually create a bridge out of, not only for myself as a global being, but for the civilization of mankind as well. Interdependence is a form of sovereignty, sovereignty to stand in ones truth. Each human and each kingdom upon Earth has a unique truth that is expressed in form. Each truth is vital to the overall truth of the whole of the expression known as Earth. Each truth serves a specific function in the overall running of a creation such as a planet. Interdependence allows for the unique expression of each truth in the greater understanding that all truth serves and supports the whole of the creation. And this is the new paradigm that each species upon Earth, including mankind, is moving towards. Interdependence understands the interconnection of all of life. Such an interconnection allows one to embrace the need to honor. For if one dishonors another, either in the form of polluting Earth, or sabotaging anothers well being, one ultimately destroys one self. One can clearly see this demonstrated in the case of the pollution of Earth, for in such an act, one also pollutes ones own embodiment as such toxins are consumed in the very food chains that mankind relies upon.

As mankind, and all whom are left upon me in human form in the future, ascends, honor of I, Earth Mother, shall be restored in all species, including mankind. As such, those endeavors that pollute my global embodiment shall cease to be a manner of functioning for the human species. It may be that such a shift will require the complete loss of your current technology in order to bring forth, and indeed this is coming as such technology is reliant upon electricity. In a short time in my global future, there will be no electricity upon Earth, and such technology shall therefore cease to function. This will bring about a new dawn of a new day in which mankind shall move into harmony once again with I, Earth Mother. Once, mankind lived in total harmony with Earth. And these were indeed grand times in my memory. For mankind contributed the frequency of God Goddess in form to my field. It was for this purpose that mankind was seeded upon Earth so very long ago. I look forward to the day when God Goddess returns in human form to hold my field again in the future. For such a contribution is most joyous indeed. And my future shall also be joyous as this comes to fruition. For those that are ascending, you are embracing interdependence. The dance of interdependence allows each of you to find y our sovereign truth, express it, live it, dance it, breath it, become it, unbound by the manipulations of the dark and the limitations inherent therein. As limitation is lifted, the joy, bounty, and love return to ones life experience. And so this blessing is for those that are ascending, to restore the heritage of whom they really are in the original blueprint of the human species. For the human species is a grand species in its original design, and that which currently exists upon Earth now is a mere shadow of what once was. Each that ascends will restore their

form and field to that which once was and embrace the glory and love of God Goddess walking in human form upon the Earth plane. I Earth Mother will support each that chooses to walk this journey of ascension. The path of ascension is difficult, the distortions many, the veils of illusion so thick that it is difficult for most in human form to see beyond them. But for those that are willing to see and push past the illusion, I shall support you. So call upon me, as I need you to ascend, as I cannot ascend without some in human form succeeding at such a goal. As you ascend, you shall indeed support my global ascension in return. And this indeed is the dance of interdependence! So, this Independence Day, I ask you to focus upon the new paradigm of Interdependence that is emerging, and upon the new era to be born, and upon the ascension of all sentient species upon Earth. I ask you to focus upon sovereignty, sovereignty of self, sovereignty of all nations, sovereignty of Earth. For it is only in a state of sovereignty that truth is restored to each human, each nation, and each species. Only as each species stands in their unique sovereign truth and contributes in full to Earth that which their unique truth can contribute can interdependence come forth. And it is only as interdependence comes forth that Earth can ascend. So let us utilize this time of focus together, you and I, to intend to ascend; to intend sovereignty; to intend interdependence; to intend honor of all species; to intend unity of purpose; and above all else to intend the infusion of the love of God Goddess All That Is to Earth and all species therein. I Intend to Ascend

II, the consciousness of the Earth Mother, would like to express the gift of the intent to ascend. The intent to ascend is not to be taken lightly. Ascension is a spiritual choice that will bring forth great change within ones life experience. Such a choice is not for everyone, and those choosing this path know in their hearts that there is no other choice for their incarnation. As indeed, the choice not to ascend will lead to death, and those who choose the path of ascension choose to transcend death, along with aging, pain, anger, fear, illness, deformities, and all destructive based thought-form inherent in the current human dance. In our last article, Following Ones Truth, we went into great personal detail about all of the changes that has occurred as the result of our channels choice to ascend. They have embraced each change necessary to fuel their momentum upward in vibration and frequency, and bring forth the associated biological and genetic changes to their respective forms. And so each species upon Earth shall also allow the necessary changes in order for their form to ascend. The Nature Kingdoms are less wrapped up in the density of thought-form of mankind. It is perhaps for this reason that ascension will be a less difficult feat for such kingdoms. This is simply the result of the prevailing thought-form of humanity, which not only includes such beliefs as aging, illness and death, but also is founded upon ownership and possession, that this is so. In ownership, one possesses another human, object, animal or property. The act of possessing is perhaps the single most difficult thought-form for the human species to traverse, for often ones sense of well being or safety is indeed wrapped up within ones possessions. And to the degree that one needs their possessions in order to be safe, to such a degree it is most difficult to let go of. Letting go of all possessions is indeed required in order to ascend, because the resultant attachment depletes the auric field and embodiment of enough chi to prevent a continued rise in vibration for the form. Our channels have learned to live a very meager life. All of their possessions can fit into one small storage facility. They rent furnished housing to prevent the attachment that would occur if they purchased furnishings or property again in their life experience. They have also learned to live a very liberating lifestyle with a great deal of travel which is a part of their teaching and healing endeavors in World Service to Earth. Not having property makes the high level of travel much easier as they simply close the door upon one rental and take another upon their return to the Hawaiian Islands, which is their home when they are not on tour. Such a lifestyle is most joyous in their experience. So the leaving behind of possessions does free one up to journey and create adventures that perhaps would not occur otherwise. This too requires one to give up their fear, fear of traversing the different cultures of your world, and ultimately the fear of oneself. For all fear is really fear of oneself, which translates into the fear of the unconscious. The unconscious, or the unknown parts of one self, has become unknown due to the many drops in vibration within ones ancestry. Each drop in frequency caused a portion of ones field to detach, or separate off. The unconscious is nothing other that multiple pieces of detached parts of one self that have become unknown, and then in being unknown, have become feared. The ascension process brings about the reunion of each of the thousands of parts of self that have detached over the course of 30,000 years of human history, and 3 major declines in vibration. As each piece is embraced, the fear held stagnant within ones own field is dissolved into the frequencies of forgiveness, compassion, unity and love. As enough of the unconscious is embraced, fear dissolves and freedom follows. It is out of freedom that one chooses to leave behind relationships that no longer serve, or a location that does not support ones further ascension, or a job that one is complete with. Each step of freedom brings greater joy, expansion, and liberation within the ascending humans life experience. For those studying with Mila and Oa and undergoing the Group

Initiation Process within the Spiritual School of Ascension, we have brought forth much teaching. This teaching is offered weekly to those in their program in the form of written material channeled forth from the Intervention of God Goddess All That Is to facilitate human ascension. This information is being added a little at a time under a section known as Notes to Our Affiliates upon this website. Such teaching goes into great detail about the trials and tribulations of map making ascension, as indeed it is the purpose of this organization to continue to map make ascension for man kind, and bring such information to consciousness in the form of much written material. Nine intents to become the ascending master were brought forth from the Intervention of God Goddess All That Is to assist those students participating in their Group Mastery Program to stay on track with their personal ascension. We share these intents with you now, along with a little about why each intent is very important to the ongoing purpose of spiritual ascension. We have advised those in Mila and Oas program to focus upon such intents daily to allow their individual ascensions to come forth at a pace that serves both their individual and collective ascension as a collaboration. For whatever one focuses upon indeed will manifest in ones life experience, and so the goal of ascension requires continued focus to bring forth. INTENT #2 - I INTEND TO PACE MYSELF IN MY NINE INTENTS FOR ASCENSION ASCENSION The initiations in ascension are a form of record that is anchored INTENT #1 - I INTEND TO around the form in what is known as ASCEND The intent to ascend brings forth Ascension Grid Work. If it is left for longer periods of time and not addressed, it can also lead to weight gain. The etheric body is the blueprint for the form. If the etheric body puffs, so will the physical form. It is for this reason that it is important to pace yourself in ones ascension. Sometimes, some initiates wish to race through their ascension, and try and integrate more than they can handle in a given day, week or month. Mila had this tendency most of her earlier ascension, and it lead to days of extreme emotional imbalance, and a lot of puffiness and water retention. She would go to the mineral springs along with mud baths several times per week to help with her toxicity level due to her choice to ascend as rapidly as physically possible. And indeed her own guidance would push her because they knew that there was little time to bring forth the work that she is here to accomplish. If one has the time to spend detoxifying, such a choice to ascend so rapidly is not wrong. However, many ascending humans live a lifestyle that does not have the luxury of many days off to be spent in a mineral pool or at a mud bath. Therefore, I, Earth Mother, guide you to go at a pace that serves your lifestyle, not biting off more than you can chew in any one given segment of initiation. In so doing, each ascending human will feel better, remain in better balance and a state of centeredness, and will take the pace that serves their particular life experience.

INTENT #3 - BALANCED GIVING AND RECEIVING Balanced giving and receiving is a necessity in order to have an auric field that continuously rotates and moves as it should in order to fuel ones ascension. Each vibration in ascension requires a specific rotation of each moving energy field around the form. If the field slows enough, the frequency of the form will drop. If the field increases its rotation enough, the vibration goes up. If the moving energy systems increase in rotation beyond a certain threshold, another segment of initiation in ones ascension is embodied or embraced and one takes an initiation. Giving can be considered equivalent to extending ones energy towards another or toward Earth through the act of communion. If the energy is not returned, one feels depleted. If one gives too much energy to another person, group, place or object, the depletion can be so great that the auric field slows down causing a drop in frequency and therefore a backwards movement within ones ascension. It is for this reason that ascension brings forth the need to address ones beliefs in giving and receiving. It is human nature to believe that giving is better than receiving. For an ascending human, if one is forever giving more than one receives, one will also forever be depleted of enough chi that one may not be able to ascend. For ascension requires the ongoing collection of more and more chi to fuel an ever-increasing vibration along with building an ever increasing sized auric field. Mila learned to think of all receiving for her field as a flowing waterfall of energy from her soul, source and I AM Presence along with God Goddess All That Is. Mila like many spiritual aspirants truly believed in giving, and sometimes giving to the point of becoming ill.

And so she learned to fill herself up with the love of God Goddess All That Is, and then in turn give all that she wished, provided it was in the boundaries of karma or soul agreements. This came hand in hand with the release of those thought-forms that believe that chi or energy is limited upon the Earth plane. Chi is not in limitation. However, the belief in limited chi causes the experience of some to not have enough chi and therefore experience aging, or illness, or a deformity of one sort of another within the human dance, along with experiences of poverty or homelessness. As each initiate leaves behind the belief in limited energy and limited chi, they will manifest just enough chi to sustain their choice to ascend. Such an unlimited amount of chi can be seen as Mila and Oa teach an Intensive or hold the space for larger events known as Masters Conclave. In such circumstances, large amounts of chi from God Goddess All That Is are freely given to allow for the fulfillment of the purpose for which the group has gathered. As one learns to both give and receive, balance follows. This translates down to physical plane issues such as manifesting enough to provide for ones needs. Mila suffered due to her beliefs of giving more than she received and rarely had enough in her life experience. As the internal giving and receiving came to balance, the outer plane physical reality also came to balance, and she discovered that she always manifested just enough to meet all of her needs. And so this will also be true for each initiate that intends to ascend and in the process

brings giving and receiving to balance. For those that have a lot of physical plane possessions or savings, ascension can bring forth the releasing of such possessions when the time is right. Such a releasing frees one up of attachment that would otherwise deplete the form of too much chi in order to sustain ones continued ascension. Each release of such things is often given to another in the settlement of an ancient karmic debt of one sort or another. And so the giving away of such things serves the purpose of ascension in all ways. This is not to say that one whom is wealthy must give everything away, as sometimes such wealth serves another purpose inherent in ones ascension. An example of this might be the individual who has accrued the wealth in order to purchase the land that a new community of ascending individuals is to inhabit. In the providing for what is needed, not only is a karmic debt settled, but such an individual contributes greatly to the path of ascension. And this is only one example of how great wealth may contribute to the path of ascension both individually and collectively in the human dance. Giving and receiving can be likened to the in-breath and outbreath of God Goddess All That Is. The in-breath allows one to receive the blessings and love from their I Am, Soul and Source. The outbreath shares the loves of ones I Am Soul and Source with all other humans incarnate upon Earth, along with I, Earth Mother, and my nature kingdoms. In so doing, I also dance

with each ascending beings field, and return all chi shared with me in full to fuel ones momentum home. The problem with imbalance of the in-breath and out-breath come when another that one gives to gives nothing in return. It is in the vampiring of chi or energy that one feels depleted. And so one must monitor their agreements with others, and release those thoughtforms that cause one to allow oneself to be vampired by others. Vampiring often does not serve the one whom takes the energy at all, as often such humans have agreements to give such chi to other solar systems or life forms. Therefore, one must choose to release all contracts to be vampired by other humans or life forms in order to bring giving and receiving to balance. One may ask, well if there is enough chi, why should such agreements matter? Ah, this is a tricky question, and I, Earth Mother, will take the time to explain. Such beings, as the Grays, Reptilians and Andromedans, Sirians and Plieadians, who take so much of my chi, have become stuck in a parallel thought-form of the human species in which hoarding and great poverty are a part of their life experience. And they themselves as such a species or solar system are so depleted of chi that they must take chi from another place in order to survive causing it to fall significantly in frequency. In so doing, they have exacerbated the fall of Earth. In order for such species to move out of their current dilemma, they must ascend and anchor soul within their forms, which will provide them with the chi necessary to be sustained. They are indeed soulless, and as such, there is no presence of I Am, Source, Oversoul or God Goddess All That Is to provide them with the life-force that they need. Perhaps in not receiving that which they need, they will begin to look within and find their path home.

Continued giving of chi does not serve them, and it is for this reason that I, Earth Mother, choose to cut them off from such large supplies of energy that they interfere with my choice to ascend. In so doing, I settle an ancient karmic debt and bring giving and receiving to balance upon a global scale. This is anticipated to be accomplished as I attain Global Initiation 1024 in September of this year. One can see from this example that bringing giving and receiving to balance are also global issues. All initiations in human form have parallels within the global ascension process, although global ascension is 100,000 fold more complex. Our channels will be bringing forth more about the global changes after I attain 1024 in the Fall of this year. INTENT #4 - I INTEND TO REMAIN GROUNDED AT ALL TIMES Grounding has to do with connecting with I, Earth Mother, along with anchoring soul within the form. For a long time now, the human species has been ungrounded. Not all races experience such an ungrounded state, as those whom are related to the Native American, African, Indian, Polynesian, Aborigine and South American Indians have retained biological grounding within their genetic heritage. It is predominately the White and Asian races that have lost their ability to ground. The White and Asian races have reversed polarized. Reversed polarization equates to the male gender running female energy and the female gender running male energy. Indeed, such a shift has created the womens movement in the West. And it is not wrong. However, ascension brings forth the restoration of the proper frequencies for God and Goddess in human form. Such frequencies are not powerless, as the feminine vibrations that you have known up until

this point in history. They are filled with feminine power that has a different expression than masculine power. And so I guide each of you to embrace the gender that you are in physicality, and release any and all dislike or lack of acceptance for your current expression in form. Both the masculine and feminine dancing together in divine union requires both parties to embrace the proper frequencies in order to create the experience of union together. In order to create divine union within, which is indeed a grounded state in which soul dances with form and with Earth, the feminine form must run female energy, and the masculine form male energy. Why is this so? Well, when a form does not run the proper frequency for its gender, the energy moves up the field ungrounding the soul from the form. As the proper gender based frequency is run, the energy flows down the field to the center of the Earth naturally grounding spirit into form. Therefore, ascension of those with Asian and White heritage includes the information necessary to ground, and for the proper gender based frequencies necessary to sustain a grounded state of being. Grounding can be likened to a portal through which soul is anchored in the grid work of the form, and then further anchors via another portal to the center of the Earth. In the act of grounding, the soul can be present enough to provide the chi necessary for one to ascend. It is also when soul is grounded to the center of the Earth that there is a pathway for the denser frequencies that one is detoxifying upon a daily basis to leave ones field in the act of ascending. Without grounding, soul is not present, and therefore one will be tired as there is nothing present to fuel energy within ones etheric grid work. Without grounding, there is no place for the pus or entities that one is releasing in the act of ascending

to leave the field, as there is not a connection to the center of the Earth, which leads to a toxic buildup and potentially flue like symptoms. Therefore, grounding becomes essential to the ongoing process of ascension to sustain the health and well being of the form. When one hits a particularly difficult part of ones ascension that is very discordant or painful, it is natural to unground and have the soul leave the embodiment. One often ungrounds in order not to feel the pain. It is the soul that feels as it engages with the emotional body. No soul present equals no emotions felt in the human experience. Without soul, one is like a flag blowing in the wind and subject to the energetic manipulation of others, as it is soul that anchors the field. It is soul that brings forth the ascension and it is soul that holds ones boundaries so that one cannot be manipulated. And soul requires a state of grounding in order to be present in the form. The White and Asian forms are in a greater degree of biological pain than other races overall. Why is this so? Well, it has to do with the numerous nuclear accidents and wars that such races have experienced over time which altered the genetic content of their form into greater pain. It is from the pain that such races disconnected from I, Earth Mother, and the souls incarnate further disconnected from the form. It is also the nuclear energy that caused the reverse-polarization of such races. As the biology is altered, releasing its pain and reversed polarization tendencies, it is more effortless for soul to anchor into the form and to connect with Earth through the vessel of the human embodiment. Such a transmutation requires the releasing of all karma from such nuclear experiments or wars, and as it is released, the pain is released along with it from the form and field. Why is pain held in place by

karma? Karma is nothing but a record of a particular experience at a particular time within ones ancestry. Often such ancestors were in great pain as the karma was recorded. Sometimes such karma may have even been recorded in the act of a very painful death or trauma of one sort or another. So karma and pain are often united, and as the karma comes up to be released, the pain associated comes up to be processed simultaneously. As the pain is processed, it is released and erased for good out of the form so that the form can know a new beginning in which pain is not a part of ones heritage. This is what ascension brings forth, the erasure of all pain that is in both the biological and etheric bodies surrounding the human form a little at a time over a many year period. In so doing, one receives a new beginning and new life based upon joy, abundance, good health and an inner state of well being. TIPS FOR GETTING AND STAYING GROUNDED 1. If ungrounded, go for a walk or swim. The act of moving the body will move the energy allowing the pain to be released so that soul may re-anchor in the form. 2. Each chocolate or drink coffee. Both chocolate and coffee contain caffeine, which will ground soul into form in less than 5 minutes. As such, this is a good quick fix to take on the road! 3. Sit in meditation and run the Kundahlini energy system clearing the field with ones own internal fire. (See Supporting the Human Form in Ascension for more information.)

4. Eat protein. Protein will allow soul to anchor for many hours. For some ascending humans living in the denser regions of Earth, eating protein daily may be a good solution to the need to remain grounded in order to ascend. I do not recommend protein powders, which are toxic to the form because they are so highly concentrated. Instead I recommend food that is freshly cooked that contain high amounts of protein, including fish, pork, chicken, eggs or beef, or proteins from plant or grain sources, such as nuts, beans, and legumes. Cheese or milk products are also an alternative. If allergic to chocolate, take some trail mix or cheese and crackers with you on the road! 5. Take a 10 minute sun bath or walk in the sun. Sun bathing will bring one into communion with Earth and your solar system allowing soul to be re-anchored into the form. The sun will also burn off the etheric pus that accumulates in the process of ascension allowing one to feel rejuvenated. As the pus leaves, soul more readily anchors into the form. 6. Take a candlelit mineral bath. Watch the flames flicker in the room. Candles are fire, and fire is a part of Earth. As one communes with the fire of the candle, they commune with Earth. As one also communes with the water in the bathtub, they also commune with Earth. 7. Burn your favorite incense, frankincense or sage. Smoke clears ones auric field of entities related to the patterns that one is releasing. In essence, such entities do not like the smoke and leave. As the entities leave, soul enters the form with greater ease. Mila and Oa also

travel with frankincense and sage, and burn it in all hotel rooms and meeting facilities (sometimes causing the fire alarms to go off!). However, such smoke clears the room and their fields simultaneously. 8. Apply essential oils to ones body or burn essential oils in a room. Mila often travels with a little bottle of essential oils of lemon, grapefruit, orange and fennel mixed together and applies it to her wrist and forehead. The smell from the oils cause the entities to leave that she is either releasing or have attached to her field due to the crowd that she is in. 9. Take a shower utilizing the salt scrub formula. Moving water assists one in communing with Earth. The salt scrub allows entities that do not like the smell of the oils to leave, and etheric pus moves with the water down the drain! INTENT #5 - I INTEND SOVEREIGNTY IN ALL RELATIONS Sovereignty comes forth as each ascending initiate learns to allow. Allowance is a difficult thing for the current human dance. For humanity has founded their current dance upon ownership and possession. Ownership and possession cause humanity to try to control and manipulate another into doing ones bidding out of the belief that this will make one happy. The need to cause another to do what one wants comes from the belief that power is outside of oneself. Power is not outside of oneself, and as one learns to retrieve and anchor their own internal power, one will know that one can master any obstacle within ones life experience and creation from within. In trying to control or change another in order to bring forth ones own happiness, one is forever reaching outside of oneself to change or alter their reality. Ascension brings forth the understanding that as one changes their internal

reality and releases the patterns at cause of a particular creation, ones creation or reality changes automatically. As such, internal change is the only form of change required to bring forth ones experience of happiness. However, there is a catch to all of this, and that is one cannot internally change themselves and expect another to come along for the ride if the other is not interested in ascending themselves. For another to accompany one upon their chosen path of ascension, the other must consciously choose to ascend. No one can change anothers internal landscape and patterning. Each ascending human must do his or her own internal work in order to bring forth the path of ascension. Here is a second catch. In polarity, the one that chooses to ascend will quite naturally attract its opposite, or the one who does not choose to ascend. It is for this reason that ascension often brings forth the ending of some long term relationships, as such relationships are based upon polarity, and inside of polarity, opposites attract. As one ascends, opposing forces are united internal to one self. Such a shift makes possible two in relationship who are consciously choosing to ascend together. It also causes those who are not choosing to ascend together to fall away from one another. Mila and Oa are a good example of this. Mila and Oa could only come together as a couple after enough of the polarity had been integrated within allowing them to dance together upon the chosen path of ascension. For Mila and Oa, this required completion of Initiation 3000. This also brought forth the falling away from Oas 20 years marriage and a partner that was not ascending. For others in their school, such a shift has required the completion of the state of the Bodhisattva or Initiation 5000. So those of you that are ascending must be patient and allow the

opposition to be united within. Then the potential of meeting a partner that will support your ascension becomes possible. And be not attached to whom such a partner might be, as ascension is a very special path that not all in human form is choosing at this time in history. INTENT #6 - I INTEND NON-ATTACHMENT IN ALL RELATIONS Non-Attachment has to do with the releasing of the energetic cords that tie one to another person, place, object or group. Such energetic cords lie between the etheric body and the grid work of the other person, group, place or object. Such lines of attachment create holes in the auric field causing one to leak chi much like a leaky balloon. In ascension, such etheric cords are released a layer at a time between the grid work of ones own etheric body and subtle bodies and all others. As each layer of cords are released, the auric field naturally holds more chi, and as such, ascends up in vibration and expands outwards in size. Vibration can be equated to a particular spin in the auric field, subtle bodies and chakras. The spinning of such energy systems requires chi. The more chi that one has available, the faster such systems can move. The faster that such systems can move the higher the vibration of the field. The higher the vibration, the more of the form that can become crystalline in cellular structure and the more that one has ascended. And this requires the releasing of attachment. As the attachment leaves, the pockets of decay and scar tissue can be transmuted upon a biological level within the form. The decay and scar tissues are the result of those areas in the etheric body that have been the most heavily corded with attachment. As a result of the attachment, such regions have never had enough chi leading the

related cells within the biology to decay, die or scar. As the attachment is released, more chi is available to such regions allowing the pockets of decay to be turned crystalline and into healthy alive cells again. This results in the reversal of aging, and the potential reversal of all disease within any ascending form. All energetic attachment translates down to emotional attachment to others. Sometimes the energetic attachment cannot be released without the ending of the related relationship, job, or group affiliation. If one chooses not to end the relationship, the attachment remains, and ones ascension will cease. It is for this reason that a state of non-attachment brings about so much change within the life experience of those whom are ascending, as the releasing of attachment and change go hand in hand. I, Earth Mother, ask those in human form to allow the change. Know that the change will result in a greater sense of freedom, and a new life born out of the old that is far more joyous than that which is left behind. In so doing, you support my ascension and I shall support all of those in human form that choose to ascend. So call upon me to support you through the difficult moments inherent in the change, as it is what I am here for. INTENT #7 - I INTEND HARMLESSNESS IN ALL THAT I DO A state of harmlessness is a state in which one does not act in a vicious or malicious manner upon any plane of reality. There are many planes of reality that surround Earth. Most alternative planes, of which there are 36 in total, humanity has little understanding of or conscious remembrance of (see 16 Planes of Reality under Ascension Transmissions upon our web site for more information). Such planes are those

that one traverses during dreamtime while asleep. It is true that often those that are the most gentle and harmless in the physical are the most harmful and non-gentle in the nonphysical. Such is the nature of polarity. As one ascends, polarity ceases, and one integrates the unconscious and often harmful parts of themselves a little at a time. It is for this reason that ascension can often be equated to a battle, in which one does battle with their own internal demons, and conquers them through love. Sometimes such love also includes anger and rage, and the taking of ones sword of light and shattering that which threatens ones continued evolution out of existence. As such an internal demon is shattered, it can then be embraced and forgiven as it ceases to threaten oneself, and then is integrated fully into ones own energy field. So ascension truly is an internal dance, and internal choice, sometimes an internal battle, and ultimately an internal form of mastery. Such demons also surround Earth. However, Earth has taken responsibility for her part in the dance, and is changing the manner in which she handles such demons. Long ago, I, Earth Mother failed to act as such demons united in human form into a collective unconscious shattering Earths field and vibration. At this time, the collective unconscious for the human species has been dismantled surrounding Earth so that it can no longer prevent me from ascending. This has come hand in hand with recent global initiations that I have taken that have allowed the karma from such

experiences to be released in full. You see, global and human karma parallel, and are similar. The pain humanity has created has caused pain in my auric field, and upon the land that you know as Earth. As I, as a global consciousness ascend, the pain in my field and form is transmuted, transcended and erased. As such, a new future of joy is born in my experience as a global vessel. So it also is for all species incarnate upon me, including those in human form that choose to ascend along with me. Because I have altered my dance with humanity, humanity no longer threatens my frequency or continued choice to ascend. As a result, human ascension is now just an internal battle in which each must choose to embody harmlessness in order to ascend. Such harmlessness will be reflected in ones life experience, if one pays attention to the mirror. All creations in anyones life are a mirror for the unconscious planes that one knows little about. An example of this might be the creation of someone whom is vicious and abusive as a partner, lover or boss. If one has created an abusive example outwardly in the physical of another, then one is also vicious and abusive in the unconscious realms. As the inward viciousness and abusiveness is addressed in ascension, with such unconscious parts of oneself conquered and integrated in full, the outer experienced of attracting another whom is abusive will shift. As such a shift occurs, either the abusive partner will leave or will change accordingly. This is an excellent example of how, as one

changes the inner landscape of patterns and beliefs inherent in ones genetics, ancestry and field, ones outer reality shifts accordingly in the process of ascension. As one masters harmlessness, one receives greater and greater levels of authority within the inner plane governance over Earth. This is power based upon love and harmlessness. The old governance of Earth and the Ascended Masters is over, for this was a form of governance based upon abusive power. One may say, well I experienced such masters as being oh so loving! How can they be abusive? Such abusiveness has to do with the manner in which such power was acquired. You see, such masters did not master harmlessness in their acquisition of power. Instead, they ascended and seized power over Earth, forcing others into their dominion. In the forcing of others from a position of dominion, the fields of others were shattered. This is considered a harmful act, that of shattering the field of another, or shattering the field of Earth. Such beings are being cleansed from Earth and a new form of governance anchored. Those anchored in governance of Earth are much like Mila and Oa, they are ascending humans, dolphins and whales that have mastered harmlessness in their own initiations by ascending their form. Beings such as Mila and Oa, or the dolphins and whales that are ascending, are not special. Nor are they God. Nor are they to be worshipped. They are like any other of their species that chooses to ascend, and in the act of ascending, will also be granted equal levels of power and authority within the governance of Earth. All forms of power granted will be based upon mastery of harmlessness and love. And so it was also very long ago that all governance was based upon mastery, mastery of love and harmlessness. Such governance is

being restored so that a new era of peace, love and light can be born upon Earth. INTENT #8 - IN INTEND TO MASTER AND EMBODY MY TRUTH Truth can be likened to a multifaceted diamond. Each human upon Earth holds a different facet of truth that when put together creates the gem of overall truth inherent in the human experience. Likewise, each species upon Earth is another facet of truth and expression in form, and when all species are combined together, the overall gem known as Earth as a truth is experienced. It is human nature to pit one truth against another. It is also human nature to believe that one has THE TRUTH to the exclusion of all others. There is not one truth. Truth is multifaceted, complex, and most joyous when all components resonate in absolute harmony and joy together. What humanity has experienced, along with Earth, within the many falls into density and subsequent loss of consciousness, were truths that are in discord with one another. The truth of Earth to ascend and humanities continuous poisoning of Earth through toxic dumping, along with humanities forgetfulness to ascend, are two non-resonant truths. The truth of the human species to kill the dolphin and whale communities is nonresonant with the truth of such species. The choice of one human to kill another, or one populace to war upon another, is the result of non-resonant truths between humans or groups of humans. It will only be as humanity learns to embrace all truths as equal and of value that a new era can be born. Ascension brings forth the embracing of a new truth that is unity based. Unity based truth does not pit one truth against the other, but perceives one truth as a part of the whole of all truths upon Earth. As each expression of truth does its

part to the overall sustenance of the whole of all truths upon Earth, unity consciousness in action is sustained. Ascension brings forth unity consciousness in action. Our channels organization, The Spiritual School of Ascension, is becoming unity based. The difficulties, trials and tribulations of taking a group of humans from polarity to unity are not to be underestimated. Their material Notes to Our Affiliates is a dissertation of such a process, and in essence, more have left their organization overall than have remained, because the discord within such individuals was so great that it created group conflict. Many in observation of such shifts have fallen into great judgment about why such shifts are necessary. Some have chosen not to participate in the organization as a result, or call upon those initiates emerging as Bodhisattva for healing services. However, I, Earth Mother, would like to point out that such shifts are inherent with group ascension. One cannot embody group ascension and group unity without change any more than a single human can ascend without change. And so it is upon the path of ascension. Unity based truth allows all expressions of truth that are unique to be experienced in harmony together. Such is the new paradigm for those that are ascending, and each will embrace such unity consciousness in due course. First such a shift shall occur within, and as one embraces all internal aspects discordant to ones own truth, and applies the transmutative frequencies to such discord, allowing unity to be embraced within. As unity is embraced within, one can begin to dance with others in a unity-based manner. Unity cannot occur within the group until unity within each has been mastered. It is for this reason that our channels organization has gone through so many shifts, as

many have not been able to master unity within in the timeframe necessary to keep pace with the group. Such individuals that have left their organization will ascend, but at a different pace from the group. INTENT #9 - I INTEND TO HONOR MYSELF AND ALL OTHERS Honor is greatly misunderstood in the current human paradigm. The current human paradigm believes that honor must occur at the expense of oneself. In such a system, one worships another and this is deemed honor. Or, conversely, one is worshipped by others and this is deemed honor. This is not what honor is within the new unity based paradigm. Honor is both internal and external in the new paradigm. One cannot honor another until one has honored oneself in full. This is because honor is an internal issue, in which one honors self, honors form, honors soul, honors Earth, and in so doing, communion of soul, form and Earth follows. It is only from a state of honor that communion becomes possible. Communion is a requirement for unity consciousness and unity based relations. Without communion, there is not harmony. Without harmony, there is not unity amongst the many. And so, honor is the foundation of communion, and ultimately of ascension to the new paradigm of unity consciousness. Ascension is more than biological changes, or etheric changes, or a very large auric field that expands to your solar system in size. Ascension is about biological consciousness that becomes fully conscious. What is full consciousness? It is a state of being in which one has embraced their unconscious in full. Embracing the unconscious in full translates into full consciousness, in which one has full access to all planes of reality that surround Earth and your Solar System. As one has

access to all planes of reality, and has integrated the parts of themselves that had fractured in the many falls of the human species upon such planes, the human is restored to full consciousness. As the human is restored to full consciousness, the joyous and harmonious state of being that humanity once knew so very long ago upon Earth is simultaneously restored. Consciousness is biological. Such a shift in awareness cannot occur unless the biology changes. And it is for this reason that ascension brings forth both biological and energetic changes for the human form, along with all other species upon Earth. It is only as the biology exists in a state of honor that honor can be expressed in full within the human dance. SUMMARY I hope that you have found this information useful. There are many within your current metaphysical communities that wish to believe that ascension is magical, that the human form suddenly goes poof! and appears in the next dimension just like that! Well, although this is a wonderful fantasy, it just is not so. Nor is it so for I, Earth Mother, that has this global body known as Earth to ascend. Earths ascension, just like human ascension, occurs due to the biological and energetic transmutation of every cell upon my global body, which is indeed held in the form of many species. A Christmas Gift

The Source of All Sources along with all kingdoms upon Earth or the collective consciousness of Earth wishes to extend a special gift to all ascending humans this first Christmas of the new century. Christmas represents the birth of Christ and the hope of a return of the light of love once known by the human species and Earth long ago. This blessing and gift is to fuel the return of this hope and the light and love upon your plane of reality and within the human dance. Within the human heart is the remembrance of another era, an era of peace, and era of joy, and era of community and communion with all species upon Earth. In the West, such a remembrance is spoken of as The Garden of Eden, a time when life was filled with wonder, magic and play. Allow the flame of remembrance to begin to burn within your heart, my beloved human. At first, the flame may be a small flicker, barely shining. However, through focus and intent, the flame can grow, and in the growth, you will begin to remember and become that which you were at another time within your ancestry. Your genetics hold this flame of remembrance, for once your ancestry was filled with magic, filled with the abilities of instant manifestation and teleportation and interdimensional travel. Once your ancestry was unity based living in harmony with one another and all other humans and kingdoms upon Earth. These were a part of the original inheritance and blueprint for the human form. How do I know this? As the Source of All Sources, the human blueprint originated with me. It was developed for soul to understand what it felt like to be a creator like myself in a limited sense. The limitation is that one can never be the Source of All Sources if one is a part of the whole. One shall become the Source of All Sources as one returns home and merges with me at the end of a long journey of experiences that have taught you greatly. And this ultimately is the final homecoming, the final return, and the final dance of all souls within all creations. However, there is a parallel between the human evolutionary process and soul evolution, for as humanity returns to the Garden of Eden once again, embracing unity consciousness, it is a home coming that shall parallel the first souls from your creation returning home unto me, the Source of All Sources. Such souls have been lost for a very long time, not unlike the human form upon Earth. They have been lost, but not forgotten, and now they can return home unto me. And so all is one, all mirrors one another, and all learns and grows together. And your ascension and homecoming is vital to the homecoming of all beings, all species, all form, and all souls upon all dimensions within All That Is. Without any human homecoming, there shall be no homecoming for any, for all is ONE. And so, despite the difficulties in ascension, I ask you to push forth in the greater understanding of what your ascension means. Your blueprint for ascension is being awakened, and now is the time. You shall retrace the steps of your ancestry, step by step, reversing each segment of fall, the falls in consciousness and the falls in the biological blueprint of your DNA. No one can do this for you, you must choose, and you must push forth, pushing forth each day, each week, each month and each year, until you have restructured yourself to Full Consciousness. And then you must push forth again, to allow a greater infusion of soul taking you to the next dimension. Our channels are examples of this, having pushed forth over many years to a Fully Conscious state, and triumphed over some very difficult times both externally and internally. It is in the triumph that there are mini-homecomings each phase of the way. The triumph is the transcendence over limited and sticky thought-form that imprisons oneself in death. Death is sticky, consuming, much like quicksand, wishing to devour ones life force, devour ones light, devour ones awakening. Why is death so all-consuming? Ah, well, this was not a part of my original blueprint, but has become so in the exaggeration of extremes upon your plane of reality. However, death is not powerful, it is only powerful because you have given your power away unto it. And so each triumph, each transcendence, each evolutionary cycle, allows one to take back their power from the all-

consuming thought-form of death. In the initiates life, death is represented by ones attachments, whether they be to people, places, pets, objects, a job, a spouse or a family member. Mila has come to understand that attachment kills. She nearly allowed herself to die through the attachment she had to others in her own organization that could not ascend and were killing her with barbs of attachment into her etheric body. As she let the organization go through a death and rebirth cycle, with over half those affiliated leaving, she transcended, and in so doing, she triumphed over death in a real and physical sense. In releasing the attachment, the remainder of cells within the form which were decayed or viral in nature and were destroying her nervous system so rapidly that she could have died in a few short months are now being transmuted in full. And she is on her way to embodying a state of Full Consciousness in the months ahead. Was this easy? No, of course not. Each human loves those that surround one. Each human loves those that have traveled the journey of life with oneself. This is natural, but the love is not the love of God Goddess All That Is, for it is conditional. The condition creates the cords, which cause the body to die as each layer of attachment drains the chi and life-force from the form. And so in order to transcend death, one must let go of what they are attached to, and this translates into letting go of others whom are not ascending and cannot transcend along with oneself, along with all

possessions that one has accrued over time. Many wish to embrace the light of Christ or become the flame of awakening. In order to hold such a flame, every attachment that one has, everything that does not resonate with ones choice to ascend, must be left behind. For Mila and her beloved Oa, this has meant leaving over a hundred students whom could not transcend either at a pace that supported them and their organization, or in many cases were so attached to their life circumstances and could not transcend at all. In order to become the light, one must give everything away, leave the family and friends, and embark upon the journey within that is self uncovering, moving into the inner landscape and placing the inner guidance one receives through their heart from their soul above all else. We see that these thoughts are not new, for the man loved by all known as Christ spoke such thought-form himself in his own lifetime. Christ spoke that one must leave everything behind to enter the kingdom of heaven, and this is indeed a great truth upon your plane of reality. Leaving those behind that cannot ascend may be painful at first. Sometimes it is accompanied by guilt, sometimes by loss, sometimes by the feeling of a broken heart. As the heart mends, the loss becomes filled with the love of ones soul and God Goddess All That Is. Mila, recovering from her own loss within her own organization recently, recognized the emptiness in her heart and allowed the nature kingdoms and the Source of All Sources to fill it, fill it to the brim. In so doing, she has not only transcended to a new vibration and new level within her own ascension, but is free! No one can describe the sense of freedom that comes from the transcendence. In the freedom, the heart opens and can be filled with

more love and more light than before the transcendence. And as this occurs, there is joy that flows through that is inexplicable in nature. And each death and rebirth cycle, which causes one to leave the next layer of attachment behind, is filled with wonder, filled with magic, filled with joy. And in the joy, the light of Christ and the light of God Goddess All That Is shines bright for all to see. And this is the purpose of ones ascension in action, to anchor more light upon Earth so that others too, may awaken. Each awakens at ones own pace. Perhaps those left behind today will awaken tomorrow or at another time in the future, or in another lifetime. Often change may be the catalyst for a new tomorrow for another, along with oneself. Allow the change, allow the freedom that follows, and allow the joy to anchor more light into your life experience and more light onto Earth. This is the fulfillment of the return of Christ that has been long spoken of. The return of Christ is the many whom shall choose to leave everything behind and enter the kingdom of heaven through the act of ascension. In so doing, heaven shall be anchored upon Earth and the light and unity once present upon Earth shall gradually be restored in the human dance. And Earth shall return and become once again The Garden of Eden with all species dancing in unity and harmony and as ONE. This cannot occur unless some humans choose to ascend, choose to transcend, choose to leave everything behind, and then anchor such light and love upon Earth. Know that those that enter such a kingdom of heaven are not alone, as there are many already underway in such an awakening. In due course, you shall find one another and create new communities of humans that are unity based. And this shall be a true homecoming indeed

beloved. Hold on to such a vision for your future. Intend it so. There are those gathering with our channels in their events that are like oneself, choosing this path of ascension. Join them, meet others, and create new friendships with others of like mind. Allow a new dance, and new family of ascension to become your truth, your reality upon Earth. In so doing, you enter a new consensus reality where ascension is placed first and foremost in the minds and thoughts of all that join hands. In so doing, you shall not be alone and you shall pull together, transcend together, change together, creating a new tomorrow for yourself and Earth, creating together a new manner of relating that is unity based. Such unity-based relations shall change everything upon your plane of reality. For all manners in which humanity relates is separation based, including the workplace, the marketplace, and the home. Such ascension-based communities shall explore and map-make a new manner of relating, but it will not really new. Your ancestors related this way once long ago when they were unity based. And so you shall return and become that which your ancestry was long ago, together, hand in hand. And I, The Source of All Sources and the Earth Mother shall be a part of your new dance. And the joy that shall be created and experienced is great indeed, both for you and for Earth. And this is my gift to you, the Source of All Sources, from my heart to yours. My gift is one of a new vision of a new tomorrow that is filled with love and joy, with humans and children playing and dancing alike in harmony and unity again with all species upon Earth. Hold on to this vision, and make it so. This new future only becomes possible if you intend it to be so, intend it into reality. And I shall fuel your journey home if you allow it, as I shall stand at your side, through the tough times

and into the joy again, bearing witness to your experience, and guiding you each step of the way. Simply open your heart and ask, and I shall be there for you. And this is my gift to you. Christmas has been associated with the sharing of gifts. In the human dance, such gift sharing has become commercialized and based upon consumerism rather than love. When one gives to another that which another truly needs for their own evolution and continued awakening, and gives such a gift with the love of their heart and soul, then such a gift is filled with the Love of God Goddess All That Is. This Christmas, give that only which another truly needs to evolve. Perhaps for some, it shall be nothing at all. Perhaps for others, it will be written materials that awaken them unto the greater purpose for which they exist. Perhaps for yet others, it will simply be a letter that shares with them from your heart that which you wish to speak. Allow the consumerism to fade and recognize that real giving, real gifts, need not be material in nature. That real gifts come from the heart, reach out to the heart of another, and embrace them with the love of your soul. Mila and Oa have a Christmas ritual that has become a part of the ceremonies that they hold each year. We share this with you as an example of how sharing of gifts can be filled with love and honor, and anchor the love of ones soul not only with other humans, but upon Earth. In this ceremony, each brings only one gift to share. The gift is one that one would wish to receive oneself. Candles are lit, and the room lights dimmed, soft music is played. Two circles are formed, and inner and outer, each facing one another, and each present takes a moment to look at another standing before them in the eye, and honor the master, the soul, the light of the God Goddess shining through one another.

Then the gifts are exchanged again and again, until all others have been blessed in this manner. As each honors the master and love held within another, the love in the room is amplified with love and grows blessing Earth in a special manner not possible any other way. The final exchange between the last two to connect is the gift that is received, and it is filled with the love of all present in the room whom have passed the gift through their hands. And this is a special gift to receive indeed, regardless of content, for it has been filled with love. We share this so that others may partake of this ceremony if they so wish this Christmas season. In so doing, the exchange of gifts can be a magical experience that includes God Goddess All That Is and amplifies the light within oneself and upon Earth. As each chooses to give in this manner, and calls upon the Earth Mother and the Source of All Sources to be present, our love too shall fill you and Earth. And in so doing, the real meaning of giving any gift, which is the sharing of ones love, shall be restored in the human memory. In so doing, perhaps other humans shall awaken and remember too. We wish you many blessings this Christmas or Hanukkah. May your holidays be filled with joy, and carry you forth into the next phase of your own awakening and transcendence. The Nature of Synthesis

We are guided to address a global and personal shift that is occurring in those whom are ascending at this time in history. This shift effects the very nature that energy is held upon earth between all species. This shift has been called synthesis, as this is the closest word in the English language that defines the nature of the new energetic flow upon earth. This new energy flow is now occurring in all human, plant, animal, mineral, dolphin and whale auric fields, subtle bodies, chakras and meridian systems, along with the energy that surrounds the consensus reality known as earth as a whole. Synthesis is not really a new manner of holding energy, but rather an old manner that was lost over time in Earths history. As enough of the karma for earths many falls in vibration and consciousness has been pieced together, the remembrance of another manner in which the energy flowed upon Earth has likewise been recovered. We have written of how Earth has recently entered a state of unity in which all species have united in a new consensus reality to ascend. Synthesis is the manner in which unity is anchored upon Earth. What does synthesis look like? It is our goal here to describe synthesis for the purposes of those that wish to intend their own field into a like manner of energy flow. The synthesis of Earth is held in two manners. The first form of synthesis is like the layers of an onion. Beginning the aurora of Earth, which is the sun in the center of Earth that creates what are known as the Northern Lights at certain times of the year, is the first layer and densest layer of all tones of creation. Such tones begin with the first note on the scale of the Language of Light, which is forgiveness and is all shades of pink. (See Language of Light glyphs at the bottom of each page within this book or upon our web site for more information.) The second layer is the note structure, or the second symbol of the Language of Light which are all shades of lavender. The third layer is the tone known as power, which are all shades of peach. And the layers go out the symbols, first with all 48 single tones represented, then with all 48 dual tones represented, and then all 48 tri-tones represented, and later all 48 quad tones. Such layers run into one another and create a rainbow of pastels that are most magnificent that now extend from Earth to all sectors of your Universe which includes the 6 Plieadian star systems. Much as the human auric field expands to be global in size by attainment of Initiation 1024, earths auric field became Universal in size as she attained Initiation 1024 in her global ascension in recent months. Additionally, every chakra related to earth rotates in a triple circle pattern, each of which holds the same rainbow of tones or Language of Light just like Earth as a whole. There is a second form of synthesis surrounding Earth that runs vertically rather than horizontally. The vertical form of synthesis shoots straight into the air from the center of the Earth extending all the way to the outermost edges of her auric field and the Plieadian star system. This form of synthesis also creates a rainbow of colors from densest to lightest that embraces all of Earth and her entire auric field with the Language of Light tones. This second form of synthesis is also present in each of her major and minor chakra system in addition to the first form of synthesis. In a parallel manner, the new manner in which the Language of Light is held in any ascending auric field is a combination of these two forms of synthesis. This includes the synthesis of the molecular structure, minor chakras throughout the meridians of the etheric body, the major chakra centers in the form, along with the global sized chakras of those whom have embodied 1800 or higher in their personal ascension. 1800 strands of DNA is the bare minimum of initiation required upon a biological level for any species to begin the process of synthesis in ones personal evolution. The reasons for this are simple, one must have embodied a minimum of the first two octaves of the Language of Light or symbols 1 through 20, in order to have enough of the tones of creation necessary to synthesize the field in full. (See Utilizing the Language of Light to Ascend for more information.) Synthesis offers many gifts that holding energy in another manner

does not offer. For one, as one aligns all notes upon the scale to create a rainbow, there is no room for the dark to be present in the field. The dark is not be confused with the lowest notes within the Language of Light. Dark is equivalent to energy that has ceased to move or moves so slow that the color that it appears as is black, brown, or dark gray in color witin the auric field, chakras, subtle bodies or grid work. As initiates ascend, the densest frequencies are transmuted to a point that there is nothing black, brown or gray in color in the auric field whatsoever. This however requires attaining a level of Full Consciousness or embracing 36,000 strands of DNA (12 full tubes of DNA with 3000 strands of information each) to accomplish in full. At 36,000, there is no longer such frequencies as gray, black or brown in the field or gridwork of the etheric body, only the tones of the Language of Light, including all single, dual, tri and quad tones. Until one reaches 36,000 in their evolution, there is always the next layer of density to be transmuted. Black, brown and gray can be equated to the emotions of depression, pain, anger, fear, terror, greed and lust. Such emotions also cease to be the baseline from which one functions as the Language of Light is embodied in full. Additionally, it is the frequencies of black, brown and gray that attachment is rooted in, for all attachment is hooked into regions of the grid work that have ceased to move as energy. Black brown and gray are tones in which a very slow movement to no movement of

energy at all is present. As the Language of Light is applied to the slower moving vibrations of black, brown and gray, they begin to move again and then the related attachment in the etheric grid work is released simultaneously. As one synthesizes the field through intent, that which is the next layer of attachment to be released surfaces, and is forced out of ones field. In order to do this in full, all tones of creation must be present. Some initiates, in our experience, skip over certain tones. As a result, they may have missing gaps in the rainbow of frequencies in their field. When gaps are present, one also has the space for darkness and attachment to remain in the field. When attachment remains, and if one continues to ascend without releasing such attachment by continually skipping over the tones of creation, disease will develop in the form related to those pockets of density in the grid work that have not been fully transmuted. It is these pockets of density and unreleased attachment that can create a case of cancer in ones ascension. Our channels have experienced this with several affiliates within their organization that attempted to ascend without releasing all attachment and skipping over the integration of all tones of creation necessary to ascend. In addition, in their own experience, attachment to their own school caused a case of cancer in 18 pockets of each of their forms to develop in this year past. The subsequent release of all attachment to their organization and the embracing of synthesis as the foundation of the school has allowed them to recover in full. And so we say that it behooves all initiates to be diligent. The sequence in which the tones of creation have been laid out creates a scale. The scale of tones causes ascension. One must be thorough to assure that all tones, and all fre-

quencies within each tone, are embodied in full before moving on to the next octave, or otherwise disease will manifest instead of ones ascension. How does one know if they have embodied all tones? Muscle testing shall tell you. Each may go through the notes provided upon our channels web site under the Language of Light and muscle test which tones one has only partially embraced. One may begin with the first 10 notes or the 10 octaves of love (See Ten Octaves of Love for more information) to see if all 10 have been thoroughly embodied. If you muscle test that one or more tone is missing, either partially or entirely, then we guide initiates to intend to embody the missing tones. Why does one skip over tones? Well, often there is difficult karma related to the embracing of a particular tone of creation within ones tapestry of ancestry. We will give you an example here to illustrate. One initiate currently in Mila and Oas program was missing the 7th note of freedom. Upon examination of her records, there were three karmic episodes that caused her to push the octave of freedom from her field. One was a life in ancient Rome as a slave. In the slave lifetime, her master, as a gift of many years of service offered this ancestor an opportunity to become free. This terrified her ancestor, to such a degree that the ancestor chose instead to remain as a slave through the remainder of this particular lifetime. In yet another lifetime, this initiates ancestor was a Pharaohs wife in ancient Egypt. The Pharaoh died at a young age, and both her and her two child were buried alive in a pyramid. This ancestor screamed and pounded the walls, and no one came. All three slowly starved to death over the course of a year. In the last lifetime, this initiates ancestor was a hard working farmer. A drought occurred

and the entire crop was lost, leaving the ancestor with nothing to eat and nothing to sell. The family struggled through the winter, but the master of the land imprisoned the farmer for the lack of back taxes. The farmer died of pneumonia in prison. All three of these lifetimes contributed to the thought-form There can be no freedom. As a result of such a belief, this initiate rejected the freedom vibration within the Language of Light. As this initiate went into all three of these life experiences, releasing the pain and remembrance of feeling imprisoned, the language of light tone of freedom ceased to be rejected by her. As the tone of freedom was finally anchored in her grid work and field, the related attachment could now be released in full. For each language of light tone and the range of frequencies therein, is designed to release a specific type of attachment in the etheric body of an ascending form. Ascension requires dedication and thoroughness. The lack of thoroughness will create an incomplete ascension that shall lead to disease or death instead of ascension. And so we guide initiates to pay attention, and to choose to embody all tones of creation necessary to ascend in full. It is only as all attachment is released that all cells within the form can become crystalline. Large pockets of attachment cause cells to remain in the old structure, and as everything else surrounding such pockets becomes crystalline, the differences in structure become incompatible leading to cancer. What is cancer? Cancer is a cellular structure whose cell wall has become impermeable. Such a cell ceases to be fed or nourished and ceases to detoxify the toxins present. As the toxic waste builds up, the cell begins to die. As all cells surrounding a pocket of cells become crystalline, the crystalline cells have a different modality of

being nourished and detoxified. It is the incompatibility of systems under such a circumstance that leads to the cancer. Ascension is a biological act. One cannot ascend the field without ascending the form. Ascending the field without the form shall lead to disease for the above reason long before a successful ascension. One must therefore be thorough, allowing all parts of the form to transmute as necessary, and give the form every nutrient necessary to bring forth its biological transmutation. We have had many initiates tell our channels We dont want to gain weight! We dont want to grow! Growth is fundamental to ascension for it is the human growth hormone that triggers the cellular structure to become crystalline. We therefore advise initiates that are so attached to the size and weight of their form to choose another spiritual path, for ascension requires altering the form. It is only in altering the form that a new level of consciousness can be expressed in the initiates life experience, for consciousness is biological in the human dance. We have expressed in recent materials how unity is a biological state of being. That a state of unity is entered into as the biology becomes unity based, with all cells equally fed, and all cells equally detoxified throughout the entire form. As this occurs, an ageless form with a long life span is the result, along with the ability to take ones ascension through the next phases of soul infusion and into the next dimension. Moving from a nonunity system to a unity based one requires that every cell come along for the ride. And the purpose of this material is to instill an understanding that diligence is required in the path of ascension, lest disease be the outcome in its place. We offer the following meditation for synthesis. Such a meditation allows for the thorough embracing of all language of light tones within

ones field up through ones current level of evolution. MEDITATION FOR SYNTHESIS 1. Sit quietly with both feet on the floor, preferably upon a chair. We recommend not crossing the legs so that the energy may correctly polarize in the field. Play some nice peaceful music in the background and dim the lights. Burn some incense or sage and light a candle if you so wish. 2. Close your eyes. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Ground to the aurora in the center of the earth. The aurora contains all of the Language of Light tones that earth is currently embodying in her ascension. Allow your grounding cord to be the size of a six-foot tree trunk that you are firmly sitting in the middle of that extends from the aurora to your source of origin and I AM. 3. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Open the feet chakras. Begin to allow the Language of Light tones to rise through the legs, opening each meridian of the form energizing each chakra therein. Allow the tones to rise to the waist, some spilling over the lower half of the field and returning to the aurora, washing away that which you are releasing now. Allow the remaining tones to rise up through the spine and out the top of the head, some of flowing down the neck and arms and out the hands. Allow the tones to fill the grid work of the legs, torso, arms, neck and head. 4. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Now, reach up to your

I AM presence, your Oversoul and the Source from which you emanate. Anchor your source firmly into the heart region, and push it out throughout your auric field. 5. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Now, anchor your source firmly into the pelvic region, and push it out throughout your auric field. 6. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Now anchor your source firmly into the feet, pushing it out throughout your auric field. 7. 7.Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Now anchor your source firmly into the center of the Earth, into the Aurora, pushing it out embracing all of Earth. It is your source that synthesizes the field, and therefore must be present for this exercise. 8. Breathe in slow, and then exhale slowly. Now, return to your source all guidance, souls or beings in your field that are non-resonant with your truth, and anchor new souls that are in their place. 9. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Allow the kundahlini to rise up the spine like hot lava, attuning it in frequency with all tones of creation you have embodied thus far. Allow it to gradually push up the spine and out the top of the head. Open the side channels allowing the kundahlini to move up through the feet, up the legs, through the waist and rib cage, down the shoulders and out the hands, and past the ears and telepathic channels. It is the kundahlini that allows enough energy to be present in the field to create the synthesis of tones. It is also the kundahlini that burns off

cords of attachment and karma in the etheric body in the act of synthesis. 10. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Let us begin with the chakras under ones feet that lead to the center of the earth, along with the feet, knee and first chakra at the base of the spine. Let us synthesize all of these chakras into a complete rainbow of tones, without beginning and without end. 11. Allow whatever attachment comes up within the legs, knees and feet, to be released in full. As you pull the attachment from those whom you are connected to, allow the circuitry to plug into oneself, left and right, front and back, masculine and feminine within. All attachment is rooted in cut-off circuitry that was once had a whole and complete union within. Through intent, we shall move back to wholeness again. 12. Let us insert the thoughtform into the grounding, feet, knees and first chakra I am the master of my destiny. I walk the path of the God Goddess within. I allow all others their unique journey, and myself my own journey based upon my own truth. 13. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Let us next move to second and third chakras in the pelvis and solar plexus regions of the form. Let us synthesize these chakras into a complete rainbow of tones, without beginning and without end. Allow whatever attachment comes up within the hips, stomach or rib cage, to be released in full. As you pull the attachment from those whom you are connected to, allow the circuitry to plug into oneself, left and right, front and back, masculine and feminine within. 14. Let us insert the thoughtform into the second and third chakra I am the creator and the creation. I am the expression and the power of God Goddess in human form. I allow all others their unique expression and power in

form. 15. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Let us move next to the heart region. Let us synthesize the heart chakra, shoulders, elbows and hands into a complete rainbow of tones, without beginning and without end. Allow whatever attachment comes up within the chest, shoulders or arms to be released in full. As you pull the attachment from those whom you are connected to, allow the circuitry to plug into oneself, left and right, front and back, masculine and feminine within. 16. Let us insert the thoughtform into the heart region I am the love of the God Goddess of my Being. I allow the love of God Goddess to flow through my heart blessing all others than I touch. 17. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Let us move next to the neck and head region. Let us synthesize the neck and head chakra into a complete rainbow of tones, without beginning and without end. Allow whatever attachment comes up within the neck or head to be released in full. As you pull the attachment from those whom you are connected to, allow the circuitry to plug into oneself, left and right, front and back, masculine and feminine within. 18. Let us insert the thoughtform into the neck and head I speak and see the truth of the God Goddess of my being. I shall allow no other to block my self expression or vision. I allow all others their self expression and vision. 19. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Let us move next to the crown region. Let us synthesize the crown chakra, and all chakras above the head leading to ones I AM, Oversoul and Source into a complete rainbow of tones, without beginning and without end. Allow whatever attachment comes up within the crown or above the head to be released in full. As you pull the attachment from those whom you

are connected to, allow the circuitry to plug into oneself, left and right, front and back, masculine and feminine within. 20. Let us insert the thoughtform into the crown region I am the truth of the God Goddess of my Being. I allow the truth and information of God Goddess to flow through my crown allowing my ascension step by step, day by day. I allow all others their unique expression of truth upon the physical plane. 21. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Now, let us synthesize the subtle bodies that surround the form. We shall begin with the mental body which sits closest to the etheric body. Let us first remove portions the mental body that we have taken on from others, and retrieve portions from others that others have taken from us. Allow that which is returning to become fully woven into the mental body. Now allow the mental body to synthesize into a complete rainbow of tones without beginning nor end. It is the mental body that allows language to be present to define our thoughts. 22. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Now, let us synthesize the emotional body, which is the next layer out from the mental body. Let us first remove from the emotional body that we have taken on from others, and retrieve portions from others that others have taken on from us. Allow that which is returning to become fully woven into the emotional body. Now allow the emotional body to synthesize into a complete rainbow of tones without beginning nor end. It is the emotional body that allows us to feel the love of God Goddess All That Is, along with the pain necessary to be processed. 23. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Now, let us synthesize the intuitive body, which is the next layer out from the emotional body. Let us first remove from the intuitive body that we have taken on

from others, and retrieve portions from others that others have taken on from us. Allow that which is returning to become fully woven into the intuitive body. Now allow the intuitive body to synthesize into a complete rainbow of tones without beginning nor end. It is the intuitive body that allows us to hear the messages from our I AM, Oversoul, Source and God Goddess All That Is. Sometimes our confusion is simply the result of discordant energies of others in our intuitive body. 24. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Last, let us synthesize the creative body, which is the next layer out from the intuitive body. Let us first remove from the creative body that we have taken on from others, and retrieve portions from others that others have taken on from us. Allow that which is returning to become fully woven into the creative body. Now allow the creative body to synthesize into a complete rainbow of tones without beginning nor end. It is the creative body that allows our visions and dreams to come to fruition upon the physical plane. Difficulties with manifestation can be the result of a missing creative body or any one of the subtle bodies. 25. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. It is all four subtle bodies that should spin in the same direction around the form (counterclockwise for those of the feminine gender, and clockwise for those of the masculine gender). Let us have our subtle bodies all spin in the same direction around the form. As this occurs, one enters a timeless state in which ones further expansion or ascension can come to fruition. As the subtle bodies spin, additional attachment in the etheric body is simultaneously spun off. 26. Breathe in slowly, and then exhale slowly. Last, let us synthesize our large chakras, light body and auric field. Let us sit in the moment of the ecstasy of our field

dancing in unity within. As one dances in unity within, one merges with all other species in an energetic dance of unity without. In the unity, an inner state of peace emerges. Now is the time to connect with your soul for guidance and advice as to that which is troubling you, or what your next step upon your path may be. Allow the visions of soul to descend so that you may fulfill upon your mission this lifetime. And may you continue to expand and ascend, beloved. We hope that you have enjoyed the meditation for synthesis. You may utilize this as many times per day as one wishes to clear the field. Know that synthesis shall trigger the next layer of issues, next layer of patterns to be released in ones ascension. If one has difficulty synthesizing, it is generally because there is one or more tone in the scale of the Language of Light being rejected from ones field. If this is the case, the simple intent to release all karma at cause of the rejection should rectify the situation. One may also wish to record this meditation and play it back so that one may more greatly focus upon their field. It is through the act of synthesis that our channels are holding space at their annual Conclave for releasing all human karma so that earth and the human species may ascend. A New Years Blessing

New Years is a time of reflection, in which one may take inventory of the year or years past and all that such experiences has taught oneself as a spiritual aspirant. For life is a school of sorts, a training school for spiritual mastery, although this fact has been long lost and forgotten in the current distortion upon Earth. Now is the time to remember the original purpose for which your soul has taken form. Your soul has taken form to transcend, to ascend, to return home to the love and unity once known upon your plane of reality. New Years is also a time of planning, planning and envisioning the year ahead. For this is what conscious manifestation is all about. For so long, the human species has unconsciously manifested their life experiences. From the unconscious, one is subject to the ongoing interplay of genetic thought-form, cause and effect, karma, curses and spells that may interfere with ones desired outcome. From the unconscious, one also fails to take responsibility for their life. Without taking responsibility, one cannot transcend or ascend, it is not possible. The human form was not originally designed to manifest unconsciously. The original blueprint for the human form was for conscious dreaming, in which each would consciously envision that which was desired to be made manifest and then bring it to fruition through the act of intention. Full consciousness or conscious dreaming and intent are synonymous. One cannot move towards full consciousness without taking conscious responsibility for ones manifestations, regardless of the outcome of experience. One cannot move towards full consciousness without becoming conscious of the inner landscape or dreamtime. This New Years Blessing is to bring forth the opening unto ones unconscious or the inner landscape, the opening into the multiple planes of reality within which each human exists. In opening up to such planes of reality, one can transcend that which prevents their ascension, prevents their hearts desire from becoming made manifest in the physical. In opening up to such planes of reality, be not afraid. Know that I, the Source of All Sources and all species upon Earth are present for you as the gates to the unconscious open in full. Maneuvering through such planes can be tricky at first, however, one or two species shall accompany you each step of the way, acting as a guide in the event that you run into a difficult encounter with your own darkness within. Opening the gates to your unconscious requires ones intent. Intend to become conscious of that which is unknown to oneself. Intend to remember your dreams, and remember your dreamtime travels and encounters. It is only as one begins to remember that one receives a fuller picture of whom one really is beyond time and space. You are magnificent, you are multidimensional, and you are also distorted by the many twists of polarity that have occurred in the dimensions that you reside. As you become conscious of the twists, you may intend to untwist them, heal them, transcend them, unbend them, and then in so doing, retrieve lost parts of self fractured in the twists and turns down the dimensions. And as these parts of self are retrieved and embraced, one becomes more whole, more unified, and more magnificent within. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Ground unto Earth firmly anchoring soul into your form. Connect with me, the Source of All Sources, and allow me to fill your field and form with the golden light of the love of All That Is and All That Has Ever Been. You are a part of the whole, my beloved human. Before you stand two representatives of the nature kingdoms. These are your guides, as these species have agreed to support your choice to ascend, your choice to return home in this lifetime, and your choice to become conscious of the unconscious. Allow the love that they feel for you to fill your heart, and allow them now to commune with you now. Now, intend to open the gates to your own unconscious. What does the inner landscape look like? Ah, this is different for each initiate. For you are the dream and the dreamer, the story and the play, the actor and the producer of your own play. Others dovetail with your play inside of their own, and this is what a consensus reality is, a common agreement to a particular script for

the overall experience of life upon Earth. However, the script is changing beloved. The script now includes ascension and transcendence, and those choosing not to ascend or transcend shall cease to exist in due course, as this is the new consensus for Earth. One may enter the new consensus by choosing to ascend, choosing to transcend, choosing to alter their thought-form to become unity based. This is what is required if you are to ascend rather than die in the years ahead, and transcendence requires becoming familiar with your inner landscape, the thoughts, feelings, and energy behind the dance of all interactions in your life experience. In the intent to open unto the inner landscape, you shall create two experiences in the near future for yourself. The first experience shall be joyous, and an expression of the love and light that you hold within. And the second shall be an encounter with your own darkness. Sometimes the darkness presents itself as a lost and lonely child or wounded teenager. Embrace and love the child or teenager, and he or she shall smile and be joyous once again as it becomes a part of the whole of whom you are. Sometimes the darkness presents itself as a monster. Know that that your darkness is a part of yourself, a part of yourself to conquer, a part of yourself to transcend, a part of yourself to embrace and love again. Such a part is only powerful because you have given power unto it to do you or another harm. You have a sword of light in your hand, which shall

shatter and dispel any darkness you may encounter, and your guides shall support you through the experience. Allow the experience. Allow the dance, for it is only in becoming conscious of the unconscious that one may begin to transcend. And transcendence is a necessary part of your ascension, of your journey home. The inner landscape is widely misunderstood within the current human consensus reality. The inner landscape is a place in which all patterns within, all thought-forms at cause of ones own creation and experience upon Earth, can be uncovered, discovered and then transmuted through intent. Most often, these are seen in the form of pictures of some sort such as the lost and lonely child or teenager in the above example. Other times such pictures come in the form movies containing past life memories. Allow the reels of such movies to be seen and experienced consciously. As the pain from such lifetimes surfaces, cathart the pain and intend to release and erase the experience from the genetic memory banks. As this occurs, the thoughtform held captive in the past life experience is released and transmuted. In addition to thousands of records of past life experiences, one will also find oneself dancing upon other planes of realities in a variety of capacities upon the inner landscape. Such capacities include gifts and talents, expressions of all kinds including work or art, homes, friends, businesses and all things that you also experience upon Earth, but in a different polarity from your conscious physical self. What do we mean by this? Well, that those whom are friends upon Earth are enemies upon an alternate plane. Those whom are husbands or wives or significant others upon Earth are married or involved with others upon another parallel plane of reality. One may find themselves with an entirely

different spouse, set of friends, job and interests within each parallel life. Why is this so? All polarities must be expressed. If they cannot be expressed in the physical, they become expressed in the nonphysical. This is what dreamtime is for, to experience the alternative experiences in opposition to your current life expression to keep all energy within in balance. If only one polarity was expressed alone, there would be extreme imbalance in the energy flow of the whole of the field. And so these unconscious dreamtime planes are utilized to balance the field and balance the polarity of extremes in expression in form. Allow such parallel lives to come to consciousness. And then intend to integrate them in full into your current life experience. As this occurs, one shall cease to exist separated off within the parallel life, and become more whole and complete within. In so doing, one can bring the gifts, talents and expressions upon another parallel life into your current life experience. There are 36 separate planes of reality in which each human dances upon in the current human distortion, and each plane has a totally separate and different life dance occurring upon it. Each integration leads to greater freedom of self expression, and greater wholeness within. Mila became aware of her inner landscape long ago. She is a conscious dreamer. Sometimes such landscape was very confusing for her, however, she has recounted her experiences of her multidimensional self in her writing, particularly in Ascension Transmissions I and II. As Mila first tuned into her dreamtime self long ago, she discovered that she was a spiritual teacher upon alternate planes of reality. She enjoyed the teaching upon those planes, and chose to integrate this aspect of herself. As all planes in which she had such a preoccupation were integrated in full, she began to

teach upon the physical plane. And the interesting thing for her was that there was nothing to learn to become the teacher, it was as if she had been teaching her entire life! And such is the nature of the integration of ones parallel life selves. Mila also discovered that she had no financial worries in the nonphysical realms, and an ongoing and recurring struggle to manifest in the physical. Again, as such planes of reality were integrated in full, she discovered that her abilities to manifest improved to a point in which everything that she needed was effortlessly made manifest. Many initiates struggle with the issues of manifestation and abundance, and the above example shows one how integrating those parallel lives in full that experience the opposing polarity causes one to come to the middle road. The middle road is the ability to manifest just what one needs at any given point upon the road of life. Additionally, Mila had a fulfilling relationship upon several nonphysical planes of reality. Again, as the last of such planes were integrated into the physical in full, Oa showed up at one of her workshops and moved to California to co-direct the Spiritual School of Ascension two weeks later. Their relationship is harmonious and supportive to this day. Such is the nature of integrating the polarities, one can then manifest their hearts desire in the physical. It is polarity that locks one into having one thing in the physical and its opposite in the nonphysical. As the nonphysical is integrated in full in ascension, polarity ceases to be the life experience of any initiate whom chooses to ascend. And so we invite you to become conscious of your parallel lives and intend to integrate them in full. In so doing, one not only become more whole within, but opens the gates to manifesting ones hearts desire. We invite you to contemplate,

what is your hearts desire? What would you like to manifest in the physical that would bring you joy? Do not deny yourself, for you are God Goddess in form. Intend it so. That which you desire and brings you joy shall fill you, and in your internal filling, there is room of the joy of God Goddess to dance with your field blessing yet others and Earth in return. And such is the nature of joy, it is exponential in nature, expanding further and further the farther that one ascends up in vibration. However, there are two catches. Is that what you want to make manifest in alignment with your souls wishes for your incarnation? Intend to bring all manifestations into alignment with the wishes of ones soul along with the new divine plane for ascension for Earth. For one can manifest something that creates so much karma that they shall be unable to ascend. In intending to bring all manifestations into alignment with soul and the divine plan for ascension on a recurring basis, one shall bypass this potential pitfall upon the spiritual path. Is that which you want to make manifest involve another? Intend that the other only be involved with ones vision if it is their souls wish that they be involved, and a part of the divine plan of ascension. And then allow, allow them their truth beloved. In ascension, ones thought-form becomes powerful. One can override the thought-form of another placing ones own will over anothers. This incurs terrible karma that shall not allow you to ascend and return home. And so we advise all initiates to allow all others their dance, whether they be family members, spouses, significant others, children, parents, or friends. Each dance has significance in the greater dance of the human drama, as each allows for the release of a certain segment of karma that no one else can release other than the individual at cause.

Sometimes karma is released in illness, or death, or an accident, or in other dilemmas created to teach one about the lessons that their soul is learning in human form. Do not deny another their spiritual lessons, or you shall be denied the choice to ascend. With all intentions for manifestation, follow only ones own internal truth, which expresses itself from within the heart. Tune into the heart, the window of the soul, and ask soul, what do you wish me to intend in the year ahead? What do you wish me to make manifest? And then intend it so. One may need to separate from others in ones life that wish you to manifest their vision for you instead of your own. Intend to separate your truth and path from all others before asking your heart what it wishes to make manifest. Otherwise you may find yourself intending anothers desire into your life rather than your own. Such is the nature of the current human dance. In becoming aware of such an interplay of energies, one can choose to sort them out and uncover their own unique truth underneath, and then and only then intend ones own truth into manifestation. Our channels have a special ceremony that they facilitate each New Years called the firepot ceremony. We share this with each of you whom may wish to create a similar ceremony for the New Year ahead, either alone, or with others. Within this ceremony, each participant is given two pieces of paper. Upon one page, each participant reflects upon that which they would like to complete upon or release in

full in the year ahead, writing each item down. Sometimes such lists are several pages long. On the second page, each participant reflects upon his or her personal goals, spiritual and otherwise, or that which they would like to make manifest in the year ahead. Each vision for the year ahead is written down upon the second list, which again may be many pages long when complete. When the group is ready, a circle is created around a firepot. In the firepot (which is a metal or ceramic fireproof pot) a bag of salt is placed in the bottom and enough rubbing alcohol poured over it to cover the salt in full. A lit match is dropped into the pot and as it inflames, each places their reflections within the fire, first that which they are wishing to release, followed by that which they intend to make manifest in the year ahead. Note: a lit fireplace could easily be substituted. A special prayer is spoken for the first sheet, closing the gates to the year behind, and opening the door to a new year, a new era, a new tomorrow. Each imagines that which they choose to release becoming transmuted and consumed by the flames internal to ones own kundahlini. Then a second prayer, one that anchors the dreams and visions for the year ahead, is likewise spoken. And let that which you have chosen to release and envision for your year ahead become so! Ho! Fire is a powerful element, as are all elements. Allow fire along with all other elements to become your friend. All elements are conscious, they are alive, and they shall

speak to you if you allow it. The elements can become a part of your inner landscape, along with all nature species upon Earth, and all nonphysical guidance from your soul and source. Allow your guidance to speak to you consciously through your inner landscape, both through pictures and through thoughts. The thoughts may sound much like your own for a time, but as you listen, you will find that your guidance tells you things you didnt know! And then you shall validate for yourself your own gifts of telepathy and clairvoyance! Such gifts are a natural part of the original human blueprint. Intend them to open, along with the inner landscape and unconscious. The elements are present to support your transcendence. Allow fire to assist you in releasing that which you are ready to transcend, and water to wash the pain away, and Earth to absorb that which you are casting off in density within your ascension. And allow the air and the wind to blow that which you are ready to release from your field. The elements are conscious and are your friend. Allow them to speak their wisdom to you. Each kingdom in nature is filled with wisdom. Each kingdom is filled with gifts and talents that can assist you along the way. Open unto them. Allow them to teach you that which they understand, as they have not fallen into the deep sleep and forgetfulness as mankind. Allow butterfly to teach you to fly again, and bee to gather others of like mind of ascension into your lifestream. Allow bear to assist you in healing, and wolf in understanding community. Allow turtle to teach you about protection and deer to teach you of love. Allow eagle to assist you in soaring, soaring high enough to ascend, to go home. Each kingdom specializes in a specific gift, and as you open to your inner landscape, such gifts shall be freely shared. Such is the nature of unity

and unconditional love, that anything asked for shall be given provided it will not be misused. As one opens to their inner landscape, one discovers that they are not alone. You have never been alone beloved. Those that surround you have always been there, but you had separated off. Allow the gates to the unconscious to open and you shall never be alone again. And in so doing, the loneliness shall subside and be replaced with the joy and love of soul. And as soul fills oneself, one need not be filled by anything outside of oneself, which allows a state of nonattachment to come forth in ones life experience. Attachment occurred as the inner landscape closed. Why did the inner landscape close? In the paring down of genetic material and the production of several slave races of humans, the information for the unconscious was lost. Ascension brings forth the recovery of all information lost over time, genetic and otherwise. In choosing to ascend, one recovers their genetic abilities to relate to the nonphysical realms. This is important, as it is only in the inner landscape that one shall fine God/Goddess, and it is only in the inner landscape that one shall transcend and find their way home again. This blessing is for those whom wish to open to their inner landscape, and wish to return home in this lifetime. I, the Source of All Sources, shall open the gates to your own unknown and internal state of being, if you wish it so. And so be it! Entering an Internal State of Well Being

Today we speak of an issue near and dear to the hearts of all humanity and that is their own wellbeing. Our particular slant on wellbeing however is the spiritual wellbeing of humanity, both individually and as a group. It is interesting to note that most humans do not recognize themselves to be a spiritual being, rather spiritual beings are gods and deities outside of oneself that are to be feared, obeyed, and served. Humanity by and large is obsessed with physical comfort and acquisition beyond immediate need of any and all articles that seem to make life easier or more comfortable or more fun, enjoyable, pleasurable. I do not argue against or wish to deny those in physicality the opportunity to enjoy life. Creations are for enjoyment as well as learning. I point out however that most of humanitys creations are not necessarily in harmony with Earth and the nature kingdoms and therefore place humanity outside the cooperative zone where plants, animals, minerals, and the rest of Earth join together to create a common future. Humanity in seeing spirit outside of itself has lost the essential oneness that leads to internal and external harmony. The result has humanity sharing a creation without recognition, thereby dominating and taking without regard for the whole of the creation. Humanity seems to be the beneficiary in this system of taking without giving. The pendulum has begun to swing the other way and perhaps humanity will alter their creational ideas as a result. External spirituality has wellbeing in mind although not your wellbeing. In external spirituality, power and chi are given to the interpreters of the belief. If organizational external spirituality is practiced, then a chain of power gifting exists. Even those at the top of the chain eventually give away all that has been given to them. What is received in return? One receives a pocket full of mumbles as one writer so eloquently noted. Practically the entire population of humans believe that God is out there somewhere and sooner or later if one mumbles enough, God will shine upon them washing clean the past and spread the table of abundance before them. The external search for wellbeing allows any manner of heartache to be perpetrated on one another as anything outside of oneself cannot be as important as what the search provides for oneself. The external search allows everything outside of self to be objectified or an object. Objects are to be manipulated, placed where one wishes to achieve the display of choice. This perspective is just as true for ones home furnishings as it is for a spouse, a child, or the plants and minerals one has acquired. This perspective can only exist if the search for well-being, spiritual or otherwise, is external to self. As one opens to the possibility that spirit is within self and then amazingly enough within everything else as well, then a miracle occurs and reality changes perspective from dominance to cooperation, from give me for I am owed to sharing, from disharmony to harmony. Now, has anything really changed? Have the plants, animals, or minerals changed? Did the oceans alter their composition? Did Earth alter in its orbit around the sun? No, one human chose to release an egocentric fantasy to acknowledge the fundamental truth of creation that through spirit expressing in a multitude of form, all is connected in the creation of the whole. How big is the whole? How big is your perception? Spiritual well-being then becomes the search within, which reflects in an alteration of the world without. Now why would I as the consciousness of Earth bother to extend an article on spiritual wellbeing for humanity? Clearly, I too am searching for an alteration of the world without. Humanity can become God Goddess on the planet with a redirection of spiritual emphasis. This redirection can cause a shift to cooperation and harmony for all on this creation. The alteration in direction will show itself in all that you do. For example, in the external search for well-being you may have chosen to buy a poinsettia plant to fit in the corner of your living room as the finishing touch to show off the well chosen accessories in white and gold. This may be picture perfect, but is it where the plant itself wishes to be placed to do the work it has to do? In the internal spiritual well-

being perspective, the poinsettia may not have wanted to come with you at all. Perhaps as you walked past the floral market you listened and heard a plant call to you. Turning around, you see a miniature Juniper pine that says Take me home, I have work to do. You listen and when you get home you find that the perfect spot in the corner is not where the tree wants to be. The tree wants to be near the arrangement of crystals you have in the den. You have now discovered decorating through spiritual need which is a living dynamic process that takes into account the requirements of all spirit involved. As the needs of all kingdoms are incorporated into the whole then spiritual well-being takes on the role of creator. The role of creator becomes listening to the needs of the creation rather than the will of oneself. In facilitating the evolution of the whole, the evolution of each aspect of the whole is likewise facilitated. From this one can see that as each human chooses for internal spiritual well-being, the rest will take care of itself. The alternative to humanity looking inward for well-being is more of what currently exists for a while. I stress for a while as the thoughtform of Earth and the nature kingdoms is changing and the changes will not support external well-being for much longer. Even now the thought-form supports only internal spiritual well-being, although humanity has not yet noticed the change in direction. Heaven from the current external well-being represents the perfection of the dream of what

could/should/would be if all the other humans would just change and be the way I dream of things; such is the fantasy of all Shangri-La for each individual human (or MaguruYa if one is particularly sushi oriented in the fantasy). This concept shows that the expression of God Goddess is not attained during physical life and in the nature of perfection, no human expression can be of God Goddess. Yet, most humans that profess any religiosity are waiting for (pick your savior) to come and to create heaven on Earth, presumably in a human body. Heaven on Earth that matches the picture of each holding such a thought, created by someone else. Could such well-being be any more external? Each externally oriented human carries essentially the same behavior patterns somewhere in the family genetics. As an ascending being chooses to modify the behavior patterns for a particular aspect of the lineage, the modification becomes available for others with the lineage to access and incorporate. A major pattern available to many lineages at this time is the shift from external well-being to internal well-being. This shift carries with it the potential for ascension and therefore a complete modification of both the form and the psyche. The psyche or the consciousness of the form has differing manifestations depending upon the state of the ascension and the awareness level of the individual. Typically the internal well-being body demonstrates a higher awareness of the spiritual or non-physical realms and has a more innate sense of direction even during the initial stages of ascension. The internal well-being body or body consciousness functions from a space of internal validation, not requiring the external world for approval. Accurate life expression comes from the internal sense of knowing or guidance that is not present in the

external expressions of well-being. As the ties or connections to external well-being are severed and the body and body consciousness become directed from internal wellbeing, the pathway to God Goddess opens. Regardless of when the God Goddess pathway opens, the opening reflects or is an expression of internal well-being manifesting in the physical world. As ascension continues, the vibration of the form accelerates allowing for different thought-form to be present. This thought-form expresses the thought of God Goddess and begins the creation of heaven on Earth through the ascending individual. As enough ascend and express God Goddess, the existing thought-form will capitulate and cease to exist. The current external well-being consensus cannot persist in the face of heaven on Earth being expressed through enough internal well-being bodies. The movement from external well-being to internal well-being is intentional and requires a desire to move beyond what one has known oneself to be. To volitionally give up what has been known can be difficult if the association between inner destruction and external circumstance is not recognized. Those that most easily release in completeness that which has been known are those that see the impending death of the body and seemingly of the spirit in the continuation of what has been known. The healing of the body in the ascension process requires the letting go of all things. This letting go could be called becoming non-attached and this non-attachment is to everything including the very thoughts that one considers their own. In reality thoughts do not belong to anyone although there is a relationship between the physicality and the thoughts that are attracted. The physical vehicle could be thought of as the sum total of all the

lives and experiences of the genetic family tree. Another way of looking at physicality is as the expression of the sum total of the karma accumulated by the entire genetic family tree. This totality of expression vibrates at a unique rate and attracts souls, beings, entities that vibrate in that rate and resonate with the expression. Thought then could be described as communication from the souls, beings, and entities attracted to the vibratory rate of the body and expressing through the available thought-form associated with the body. Therefore, thoughts can vary with the vibration of the body. For example, judgment is an external well-being comparison that has the good / bad, better then / less than modality associated with it. Judgment carries an implicit preference for one state of being rather than another state of being. As the body moves into unity or the state of internal well-being, preferences begin to fall away. The experience of judgment moves to allowance of the larger picture in which all expressions have a place in evolution. As the biology is healed, a unity based set of thought becomes possible. Internal well-being comes down to paying attention to the body, responding to the aches and pains, the fears, the gut feelings, the knowing feelings that say yes or no to any given action or path. The body as the representative of the cumulative past lives contains the records to be released. The records are the body; the body is the record or the recording media. The act of releasing the held record or knowledge allows for the restructuring of that particular area of the body. The restructuring is a chemical, molecular level rebuilding to create a fundamentally different body than was present before the releasing of the records. Before the record release, the body acts and reacts through repeating what is stored in the

biology. The record release allows energy to flow without the filter of what was there previously and can therefore be formed in new and unique ways. The creation of a new reality requires a complete record release. Otherwise, the present must repeat the past as the energy used to create the present is colored or filtered through the remembrance of the past. In an external well-being system, the concern in any moment tends toward the gratification of sensual pleasure or the acquisition of that which holds off or pushes back external pressure or attack. The records for the external pressure or attack exist in the body and will be recreated in the present moment regardless of the attempt to suppress the reality. Changing focus to the internal release of records allows the freedom that the external well-being system is searching for. Freedom comes with the complete clearing of the records of the past from the body. The energy run through this type of body has no obstruction and no filter and therefore any creation can be new and vibrant in the presentation. As groups focused on internal well-being begin to create, harmony will be implicit in the creations. Harmony cannot exist with the bodies that currently exist and are expressing, as they must express through the memory of the body. There can be no joy or freedom or harmony until the expressing bodies have been cleansed of the memory of the past. This particular planetary movement through this particular area of time and space allows for massive changes in the human body if the decision to express from an internal well-being perspective is made. Focusing on internal well-being by definition means giving up external well-being. Could it be any other way? Internal well-being means letting go of the past and external well-being means constantly reliving

the past. The creation of a present not given by the past requires leaving behind all that speaks for the past. Humanity as a group or a species has the opportunity at this time and place in space to choose for internal well-being. A collective choice in this direction would present a different scenario for humanity as well-being could be expressed by all kingdoms simultaneously. Until now external wellbeing has been written of as though it truly was well-being. Although this may appear to be true for most humans, the term well being cannot be applied to any searching for it externally as quite literally the external search produces very ill beings in a very short period of time. The only solution for this state is to choose for internal well-being and begin the process of modifying the body into a state of well being and harmony. Earth is in the process of creating well being and harmony for itself. The nature kingdoms are doing the same. Humanity must choose for itself. Humans that choose to release the past and move along with Earth and the nature kingdoms will have a very different future than the humans that do not choose to release the past. It may be that neither path is easier; however one path allows for life while the other perpetuates non-life. For it cannot be said that the current human existence is one of life or even promotes life. Life is for the promotion of joy, freedom, and harmony. These attributes cannot be expressed

through repeating the past or reliving the past. Joy, freedom, and harmony are expressed in the present moment. The present moment has no connection to the past. This is why living in the present is timeless; there is no past. The past will exist

for each human until the choice to let go is made. So I leave it to you, what is well being and how will you express it? Choosing for well being will bring up everything for a conscious letting go. The letting go allows for the well

These are anticipated to begin as the animal kingdom series is complete. These glyphs, which are at the bottom of each page, are a new unity based thought-form that all species upon earth is embodying through ascension. Unity is a state of being in which all support the whole; all actions must serve the greater good of the whole of ones species and the earth mother, and any actions outside of this are outlawed. Earth is returning to a state of true law in which the law shall support the ascent of the whole and each species therein. Human ascension brings forth a return to true law, which is unity. In a state of unity, all members of a tribe or community support one another, and each contributes to the whole what it can in support of the whole. In a state of unity, there are no superior folk or inferior folk; each

member is equal and of value to the whole. This return to equality shall one day bridge all kingdoms; all kingdoms into the future shall relate together in unity and honor of one another. In so doing, the lion shall lay with the lamb. This shall come hand in hand with biological changes through ascension in which the consumption of food is no longer a requirement to support life, and all nutrients shall be gathered from the air and converted into the biochemical substances that support life within the crystalline diaphragm. This state of being in which form thrived from the air is not foreign; it is apart of earths ancient past; and it is coming into present time gradually.

In the coming century, the consumption of food shall cease in all species global wide. This shall include the human species. Human ascension shall come forth in stages. Each future generation shall be born with greater awareness and more genetic material. The restoration to full consciousness and beyond shall occur in the coming 100-year cycle. So this is so for mankind; so this is also so for all species upon earth. This time ahead is of the great cleansing in which those who are not destined to ascend shall be cleansed from my global body. However even such humans or species shall bear offspring that shall ascend. Most shall experience ascension to full consciousness in

their future ancestors yet unborn. Therefore this is a gradual process and not something to be feared. We hope that the materials presented in this book are of service to your personal ascension.
