JOB ANALYSES:
The Job analyses for specific or routine jobs are already set the standard. Job analyses for each job separately, and the same are announced through out the year for following reason. Additional people for new branches Replacement of people of those people who got retirement or resign job

Job description
If a new job is to be announced, the job description is prepared under a meeting held by the vice president of human recourses department, in which the job descriptions for the new jobs are set after discussion with the heads of the concerned departments. The job descriptions thus prepared, are forwarded to the higher management, which are set as standard after the approval from the higher management.

Job advertisement
After the analyses and description of job then they advertise through news paper (DAWN, JUNG) and also on website of bank. The main purpose of advertise through news paper is to give chance everyone for apply Note: All candidates should register their self online

Selection
