Democracy is the system that rules nowadays all the world basically.

It is a freedom based system in which the human rights resides with the free market and of course the possbility of people to entreprise their own ideas and values , and convert them into real businesses. Democracy was invented by greeks but has found it s deepest meaning in the the American society which is called the motherland of democracy. In Romania democracy was like a mirage that had disappeared for about 50 years and than came back trying to change mentalities and economic toughts of the population. I m a lucky student, that was born in a young promulged democracy 20 years ago.I don t know the other life , like my parents usually use to call it, because I never lived in a such era.I know the past from books and movies and not from my own soul.I m a total supporter of democracy because I m a liberal in my way of thinking.I think that we, as human beings happen to be created liberal and creative, and democracy offer us the territory of free acting and developing ourselves. Moreover, democracy creates an economy that is fundamentally based on our own initiave and our own knowledge. That means that you can make money with your own ideas and you are not anymore constrainght of working in the public system. This basically withstands any kind of favoritism or familiar preferences because the good and well prepared ones are always getting out of the mediocrity and winning their bet with life. By the other way, democracy is of course a way of thinking that combines phycology with economy and of course with sociology.I think that a human being can compare a system with another one only living in both of them.I think and marge on the superiority of democracy because I ve talked with many people that lived under the both regimes.most of them appreciated democracy as being a celebration that every nation should implement and communism as a weapon that attacks you when you never expect.I m living in the my country so I face the reality of everyday street. It s of course , not perfect, but at least I see a cosmopolit city, I see people that are happy when starting their day with a coffee, I see people happy when buying a cloth from a commercial center,THEREFORE I SEE HAPINESS from very simple things. In communism , MYPARENTS told me, people were happy with a bar of chocolate a month or with a leaf of bread every tree days.I think this is outrageous and not acceptable for any human being, so from this point of view I truly support democracy. The nostalgics always refer to the fact that on those times, everyone had a job , received from the government a flat nd had the opportunity of buing once in a lifetime a car.But this, with the price of fear, with the price of being listened via phones and cameras all the time, with the persecution from police and other institutions, with the fear that maybe one of your friends may ruin you existence by telling you off to Securitate that you said something bad or made a joke about the regime . Concluding, I m going to quote Eleanor Roosevelt that once said that the dreams belong to thos who believe in the beauty of their dreams and also that every poem ends up in wisdom. This is indeed true, because democracy is like a poem that ends up telling you that if you good enough you are going to make it and that our lives are like a battle struggling within fire and accomplishment.By the other hand we must believe in the beauty of our dreams that thing happening mainly if qwe are allowed to , and democracy offers this right to all its components.
