(2min) Set Induction Ask the students if they have ever done circuit training before. What are some exercises they have done in their circuit training? Management: Assign partners to the students by having 1 girl and 1 boy together. Activity 1 (25min): Circuit Training (15 stations) I will have the students split up into partners and give each group a number 1 through 15. I will go to each station and explain how to do each one. Each group will start at the station with the same number given to them. They will have 25 minutes to complete as many stations as they can.
