Article Writing Guidelines The article must contain and follow strictly the following sub topics.

The overall number of words must not more than 4000 words including the references. Title must less than 12 words followed by the authors details (name, affiliation, h/p and email)

Abstract - normally between 100 to 200 words, but not more than 250 words - Briefly explain the topic. Must contain information on introduction, objective, methodology (tools used), significant results/findings and conclusion. - No abbreviations and no citations/ quotes. Keywords - At least 5 words. Please not to list all the words from the title. Introduction - Normally not more than 2 pages (single spacing). - The introduction must portrait; problem statement/ the need of the study, the relevant literatures, objective and research question or/and hypothesis. - How to do the review on literatures? Research that has been done globally followed by regional and then Malaysia and your location if there is one. If there is no research has been done locally, the author must explain the gap in the literature and justify the need of the current research and how this paper is differs from the others. - Sub topic are optional - The number of references should be 10 to 15 only with the most current ones. If you are planning the submission on 2012, must have the year 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008 in the text. Methodology - The format is the same as the outline of the Master and PhD thesis, the only thing the explanation is in brief. The standard sub topics will be; research design, participants, tools/measures, procedure and data analysis. - In the sub topics, make sure the sampling process, the reliability and validity are well explained. Results/Findings - Explain the findings correctly. Be crisp. Clarity and precision is important. - Illustrate with figures, tables or graphs - If you are planning to merge the sub topics of Result and Discussion, you must compare and discuss your findings with previous literatures. Otherwise you may explain the comparison in the sub topic of Discussion

Discussion - This sub topic is needed only if you are planning to separate the sub topics of Results/Findings and Discussion. Conclusion - Must more than 1/3 of the paper. 1 or 2 paragraphs. - Must related to the objective and findings of the study - Explain what is the unique of the study and the contributions - Include practical implications, recommendations and future work. References - make sure follow the APA format.

What are the reviewers expectations? - Originality whats new about subject, treatment or results? - Relevance to and extension of existing knowledge - Research methodology-valid, clear, sufficient & reliable? - Clarity, structure and quality of writing does it communicate well? -Sound, logical progression of argument - Theoretical and practical implications - Recency and relevance of references - Adherence to the editorial scope & objectives of the journal - Are conclusions valid and objective?
