In high school I played football, basketball, and ran track. I know and understand the physical and psychological benefits of being physically active for myself, and, now, I want to share that knowledge with other people to help them achieve their fitness goals. Learning how to push yourself and stay dedicated to fitness are the main obstacles that people face, but after you conquer them you will find yourself reaching and surpassing your fitness goals for success.

If you work hard and follow your program, your goal is always within reach. If you practice this with our help, this will surely increase your success. Being healthy should be fun and so should working out. We will make sure that each workout is hard but fun. I like to push my clients to the limit of their abilities and then beyond. My attitude towards fitness with my clients is this; whats the point unless you are willing to push it to the edge? Lets face it; the majority of us are here for other reasons in addition to our health. We are looking to accomplish something-always trying to look better and get stronger as well as get healthier. It wont happen unless you push it to the edge every time. Ask my clients; each and every time, they are challenged and pushed to the edge. Sometimes further (sometimes into the garbage can!). This ensures consistent improvement in all areas of a fitness program. Come and take the challenge!

Motto: Your biggest challenge isnt someone else. Its the ache in your lungs and the burning in your legs, and the VOICE INSIDE YOU THAT YELLS CANT, but you dont listen. You just push harder. AND THEN YOU HEAR THE VOICE WHISPER CAN. And you discover that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are. I have been involved in physical activity since I was a child. I was the female athlete of my class and was involved in Volleyball, Track and Field, and a State Gymnast. I know what hard work and dedication can do. I have taken my love for fitness and made it my career. I look forward to everyday that I get to work with my clients to build their confidence, strength, and endurance. I love when my clients realize that they are capable of so much more than they ever thought they could achieve, and the surprise on their face when they say they are having fun while working out!!!

Motto: The effort you put into your workouts will directly reflect your results. If youre at the gym you might as well use the gym. Put everything you have into each and every work out. There is a difference between going to the gym 3-5 times a week and actually using your time at the gym 3-5 times a week. I have always been a very active person. Growing up I was in every sport I could possibly be in and wouldnt miss a P.E. class. After moving up to Cedar Falls for College, I would use the gym to get workouts in on a regular basis. Im not the type of person that can sit in the office all day...physical activity is very important to me. I work with many clients to help them understand the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. With high levels of energy, motivation and a positive attitude, I help my clients reach their goals faster than they had expected and help them do it in a safe and natural way where they will keep it off in the end.
