6 - COMMITTEE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTEGRATION OF GENDER Genre committee and the fight against GBV was legally created with 78 members (including 42 women 36 men) and chaired by a woman who is a Deputy Mayor Mission: Promoting Gender, conducting activities related in the Community Action Plan

MONITORING AND EVALUATION : Each committee meets once a month, for sectoral assessment The Executive Board shall meet once every two months to consider the reports of four committees and suggest recommendations

Overall assessment made by the Gender committee made a comprehensive evaluation every six months (in the Action Plan)

1. The Action Plan developed in a participatory way guarantees the adherence of all in the process and ownership

2. Enormous advocacy work were done without having mobilized substantial financial resources 3. This Action Plan agreed becomes a binding document for the municipality, becomes a decision for Partners and Donors to the financing of activities consistent 4. The constitution of the committee in charge of gender empowers stakeholders and ensures the sustainability of actions

Concrete actions for the Gender and the fight against GBV be taught in schools from primary schools
