What materials do we use? Find more objects made of these materials. We use paper to make model aeroplanes. You can fold paper. It is easy to cut paper. We make lots of things from wood. Wood is hard, but you can cut it with a saw.

Keys are made of metal. Metal is hard.

Glass is smooth and transparent. It also breaks very easily.

Students find classroom objects made of each material. Bring items from home, and place them in a feely bag. Ask: Is it hard or soft?, etc. 1. Students label with numbers.
