ASTRONOMICAL WONDERS SCENE: 1 INT. inside MISSION CONTROL - NOON (ALEX,STEPHANIE,TRISTAN AND LONDON ARE GOING TO THEIR GOODBYE CELEBRATIONS, THEY ARE BEING CELEBRATED FOR GOING TO THE MOON) ANNOUNCER: Today we will be introducing four life changing people. Alex, London, Tristan and Stephanie. They are astronauts! But not any astronauts, they are the first people who will go to the moon! SOUND: CHEERING ERUPTS ANNOUNCER: Please, please, calm down they will come out soon. More specifically, they are in the back room getting ready now. SOUND: FAINT CHEERING IN THE BACKGROUND ALEX (EXCITEDLY AND NERVOUS) I cant believe were going through with this!I mean we will be the first people on the moon... Hopefully! Im so nervous! TRISTAN (SOOTHING VOICE) Dont worry Alex, everything is going to be fine, well be in the record books for eternity. LONDON (EXCITED) That would be so life changing, and wow.. I cant describe it, but lets get out there and get ready for this. ALEX Lets go. (THEY START HEADING OUTSIDE, ALL EXCEPT FOR STEPHANIE) STEPHANIE (OUT OF BREATH) WAIITTTTTTTT! TRISTAN Nobody could understand you, what did you say? LONDON The spaceship kind of drifted away and now I dont know where it is... ALEX Your so stupid! We asked you to stay in the spaceship and watch it, but no you have to go off and do you own little thing. LONDON Im sorry, but I wanted to see the moon too. I am part of this team too you know. STEPHANIE Boys! stop bickering, we have to do the only thing that we can .since we have already planted the flag, so lets go in the direction of the spaceship.. I mean we cant fall to earth can we now, its our only option..London, do you know which direction it went in? LONDON Yes i do it went that way. TRISTAN Lets go then, SOUND: ALEX AND LONDON BICKERING AND A FAINT RUMBLING

SCENE:4 EXT. SPACE (THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO FIND THE SPACESHIP, AND A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS HAPPEN AND ALEX DIES) SOUND:RUMBLING NOISES AND FAINT SOUNDS OF CRASHING TRISTAN Guys, did you hear that? It sounds like something is falling down like rocks crashing or something. STEPHANIE Oh oh guys, this can only mean one thing and it is bad. ALEX Steph? What does this mean... STEPHANIE Well you see, there is no proper way to put there is a meteorite shower about to happen this because even though you guys doubt me, research and this is the most common season showers to happen. LONDON Well, what do we do? STEPHANIE SOUND: RUMBLING GETTING LOUDER Alright, we have to try and get out of here as quickly as possible, stay together and let nobody out of your sight. If someone gets injured then we take them back to the spaceship even if it slows us down. Were all in this together okay? Now lets go. SOUND: VERY LOUD RUMBLING LIKE ROCKS CRASHING TRISTAN Guys where is Alex? (Panicking) He was right here like two minutes ago, he couldnt have disappeared, where did he go... (getting louder) Alex? Alex? Where are you? ALEX! LONDON Guys, there is something down there it looks like Alex but he looks injured. Lets go and help him. TRISTAN Im sorry Steph, but we have to go. You stay up here and wait for us while we go check on Alex. SOUND: SWISHING SOUND FROM THE SPACESUITS LONDON Alex, Alex are you okay? ALEX (FAINT WHIMPERING) Go without me... I am dying... LONDON No Alex please, stay with us. I know we have had our differences but why did this have to happen to you? We are a team we are not complete without you please stay with me. ALEX (GROWING FAINTER) Just one thing, take me back with you..... SOUND: WHIMPERING TRISTAN Come on lets go back, well take him to Stephanie and then she will help us. STEPHANIE What happened? Is Alex okay? Is he alive? LONDON Im afraid we lost him Steph. ((HALF AN HOUR LATER)) LONDON The spaceship cant be far weve been going in this direction for 30 minutes now. TRISTAN Just look around see if you can see any signs of our ship. STEPHANIE Guys! look over there is something white it could be our ship we could be saved! (excited)

TRISTAN It is our ship! We found it we will be saved now all we have to do is get Alex in there and come back home and were fine. SCENE: 5 INT.+ EXT. SPACESHIP + CEREMONY (THEY RETURN TO THE SPACESHIP AND RETURN TO EARTH, HAVING TO SHARE THE HORRIBLE NEWS ABOUT ALEX. ) STEPHANIE Have you started auxiliary power units? TRISTAN Check STEPHANIE Have you activated the flight recorders? LONDON Check STEPHANIE Activated main engine hydrogen burn off system? LONDON Check were ready to take off guys MECHANICAL VOICE 10,9,8,7,6,5 TRISTAN Lets go back down guys. MECHANICAL VOICE 4,3,2,1 LONDON And were heading back! SOUND: ENGINES ROARING SOUND: SILENCE SOUND: FAINT CHEERING, GRADUALLY GETTING LOUDER LONDON Were back! Now how do we break it to them? TRISTAN Ill do it, ill go talk to his family. SOUND: CHEERING DROWNS OUT, HEARS FOOTSTEPS (CONTINUED)

TRISTAN Danielle? DANIELLE Oh hi Tristan, how come you are here and not my husband? (getting worried) TRISTAN Well you see the thing is. Your husband died while in action. We were trying to get back and a meteorite hit him. DANIELLE Oh my gosh, thats horrible.. Can I at least see him? (Sobbing hysterically) TRISTAN Of course he is over here. ANNOUNCER: Here we have it guys, 3/4 of the life changing astrononimical team that went into space. How does it feel to be back? STEPHANIE It feels great, but we want to take this time to remember Alex. He was a friend, a husband, a father and lots more and we will all miss him teribly. That is why we have remembered him dying while helping change the world! We will always love you Alex. SOUND: CHEERING ERUPTS SOUND: SAD MUSIC NARRATOR: And with that, the four astronauts started their "normal" lives again. Im just kidding, they couldnt live a normal life. They were heroes celebrated around the world. From that day on though, every March 2 people would gather and remember Alex and his crew as the brave soldiers who tried to change the world.
