MANAGERIAL STANDARDS:

As members of the Fairmont Food & Beverage Leadership team it is imperative to exercise effective, professional and detail oriented workmanship. It is our duty to ensure that our colleagues are empowered and recognized, and that the Fairmont brand standards are being adhered to. These standards will detail the expectations put forth for members of Fairmont Food & Beverage management. VISION: We are the foremost employer of creative, knowledgeable Food & Beverage people who are passionate about their business. We demonstrate a compelling sense of energy and dedication to consistently provide every one of our guests with an exceptional, memorable dining experience. DEFINITION: Managerial Standards are those that provide members of the management/leadership team with the essential tools and know-how to effectively lead their staff and business, while at the same time ensuring Fairmont standards adherence and profitability. The managerial standards, specifically impact all F&B outlets and departments, including Culinary, Banquets, In-Room Dining, Refreshment Centre and Gold Floors.
