World Music Charts Development Conversation

First Email Reply Michael Atkinson (Avenue Social) Hello Angel, Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Avenue Social. Having reviewed your inquiry, I understand that you are looking for a custom Facebook application which would allow users to vote on their favorite team, band, etc. The application will feature a leaderboard or top100 list and the participants' standing will be based on their votes or likes. The more likes an participant has, the higher their standing on the list will be. I would like to know if you will be entering the participants manually on a list? or are you looking for these participants have individual profiles maintained by users of the application? A fan page is one of the best mediums to socialize with people on Facebook since the reach is unbelievable! With over 901+ million users on Facebook a simple application could turn into a money making machine. Please let me know your feedback on the aforementioned information. Based on your response I will be able to provide you with an accurate quote and timeline. Feel free to share any questions or concerns that you may have. Please feel free to browse through our portfolio of applications and fan pages we have developed at www.avenuesocial.com I look forward to a favorable response and hope to hear back from you at the earliest. Kindest regards, Michael Atkinson _____________________________________________________________________________ First Email Reply Fbio Correia (Jason Relinquo) Hello Michael, Thank you for your fast reply! I am, indeed, looking for a custom Facebook application which would allow users to vote on their favorite band. The application will feature 4 important aspects: the first would be a leaderboard/top100 list (General) and of each category (Pop, R&R, Rock, Metal, Hip Hop, etc), which would be updated daily or weekly (costumers option, to choose daily update or weekly update notification); the second aspect (Top100 Evolution) would be to determinate the evolution of each band, in General and of each category, according to the amount of Likes they had the previous day or week, and the amount of Likesthey got the next day or week (daily or weekly), in order to determinate their evolution and compare it to other bands (to see in % their growth, in how much time, etc.); the third aspect would take record of The Talking Peak, which means that it will take note of the bands that people are talking the most. It will be updated daily or weekly; the fourth and final aspect will highlight the bands that have the most growth in terms of Likes and The Talking Peak, in order to promote fast growing

bands. It will be updated daily or weekly. I will give you an example (picture bellow, although its incomplete, you will get the point): http://i46.tinypic.com/2vai2x0.png now about if I will be entering the participants manually on a list, well That would be very hard to do. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of participants, most likely. Is there any way to do it automatically? Any Facebook tool/function? If not, lemme know. I was thinking something "linked" with the participants in order to update with the application the higher their "Likes" get, or something like that. Anything to improve my idea will be much appreciated! And also critics. Thanks, Jason Relinquo _____________________________________________________________________________

Second Email Reply Michael Atkinson (Avenue Social) Hello Jason, Thank you for your response. I appreciate the detailed description of your requirements. My team and I have a good understanding your concept and have also reviewed the image that you sent. I believe this application will be highly engaging to the users as it provides a lot of information about their favorite bands as well as a chance to help their fav. band out by liking. However, I do have a question regarding the liking process. Since this application will showcase a daily or weekly update of the bands' reach and popularity as the bands in the application will continuously gain likes from users. Would a user have the opportunity to place a single like or would they have a chance to place one like in the app on a daily/weekly basis? In reference to the backend list, we can extract the from a website which contains the relevant information or we can either have users input suggestions or recommendations to the admin on which band should be added. We can program the app in a way that whenever a new band is added in a specific category, the voting or liking mechanism of the application would automatically start. Please let me know your thoughts on the same. I look forward for your response at the earliest. Best regards, Michael _____________________________________________________________________________ Second Email Reply Fbio Correia (Jason Relinquo) Hello Michael and team, now that was quick!

Thats was a good question, regarding the liking process. If one user only has 1 opportunity to Like the same band, then the whole project would be viewed as just something semiinteractive. Only one shot. BUT, what if in the other hand, they could Like on a daily or weekly basis? Wouldnt that be moreinteractive? Seems much like a Interactive vs semiinteractive thing now. To be fair, I guess that only 1 person should be able to vote a single time in the whole process (1 Like, but countless bands regardless if its daily or weekly). For example, Eminem has about 56.000.000 Likes on his official Facebook Page. Converted to our application, that would continue to be 56.000.000 Likes. We would just Hmmm Follow the band as she grows/gets more Likes, with or without our application help. We would be somewhat promoting the musicians/bands, as well as triggering a sense of healthy competition among fans of different bands, and satisfying their needs for their band's charts positions. However, I would favor the most profitable way. If you know what I mean (whatever gives the most money). Because this can be a massive tool for promotion, propaganda, Ads Revenue, whatsoever. We could import the DATA from: http://pagedata.appdata.com/pages/leaderboard/-/-//fan_count/desc/67 Seems like they have everything we need to start. Hopefully you guys could understand me (Im from Portugal; my English isnt really the best). _____________________________________________________________________________ Third Email Reply Michael Atkinson (Avenue Social) Hello Jason, Thank you for your speedy response. Yes, I agree with you on the liking process. I think users should only have one opportunity to like one band, otherwise it would be rather difficult to track the growth of the bands and it would also be confusing for the users as well. Once the application is developed you can certainly use it for Ads revenue, promotions, etc. My team and I appreciate the example that you gave. It was helpful to us in understanding the functionality of the app. However, after reviewing the page, it would not be possible for us to track how many users are talking about a specific band as the "People Talking About This" feature is provided is analytics gathered from Facebook itself. Hence, this feature will not be possible for us unless we are using a band or celebrity's fan page in the application. Since we will not be a fan page for each participant, we cannot extract the necessary data for the 'people talking about this' feature. Last question, how would we get the list of participants? Would we be extracting the list from an existing website, would we have users add bands(participants) from their end? Or will you be inputting new participants in the app? Once we are at a mutual understand in terms of the work flow of the app, I will be able to provide you with an accurate quote and timeline for the same.

Please let me know your thoughts on the same. I would also like to know how soon you are looking to get started so that I can brief my development team about your project. Feel free to share any questions or concerns that you may have. I look forward for your response at the earliest. Best regards, Michael _____________________________________________________________________________ Third Email Reply Fbio Correia (Jason Relinquo) Hello again, Regarding the People Talking About This feature, cant we use this link to update it (tracks down Top Talked About on Facebook on a daily and weekly basis): http://pagedata.appdata.com/pages/leaderboard/-/-/-/talking_about_count/desc/67 Now regarding the participants list, it would be wise to extract the list from an existing website (link bellow), and whenever a new band is added in the same link: http://pagedata.appdata.com/pages/leaderboard/-/-/-/fan_count/desc/67 This is just an example of an existing website that contains what we (supposedly) need. Doesnt mean it has to be that one. Whatever external link suits you better, I suppose. We should also add a tool which would allow us to manually add new bands, in case the external source (list of bands) is not up to date, or doesnt recognize a new band. So all in all, we should extract the list from an existing website and also add a tool to manually add new bands. _____________________________________________________________________________ Fourth Email Reply Michael Atkinson (Avenue Social) Jason, We can certainly extract the data that you have referred to below from the reference website provided. However, I would like to know if you have access to this website's database as we will need access to the website's database in order for us to pull the required data. Also, in reference to the backend tool, yes that will definitely be included in our package as we will provide you with an Admin Panel or backend CMS panel would would allow you as the admin to manually add additional bands at any given time. This admin panel will also enable you to view app analytics, user demographics and behavior. Please let me know your thoughts on the same. Looking forward to your response. Hope to hear back from you soon! Regards,

Michael _____________________________________________________________________________ Fourth Email Reply Fbio Correia (Jason Relinquo) Michael, Unfortunately, I do not have access to the websites database. So I guess that the The Talking feature will be put aside, for the moment being. Also, a friend of mine gave me a good suggestion: to also add a TOP1000 worldwide and TOP100 Nationalwide (TOP100 from each country). Example: WORLDWIDE TOP100: World Music Charts [TOP100] (General) World Music Charts [TOP100] (For Each Category) World Music Charts [TOP100] (Evolution) World Music Charts [TOP100] (Highlight) WORLDWIDE TOP1000: World Music Charts [TOP1000] (General) World Music Charts [TOP1000] (For Each Category) World Music Charts [TOP1000] (Evolution) World Music Charts [TOP1000] (Highlight) NATIONAL TOP100: *insert country name* Music Charts [TOP100] (General) *insert country name* Music Charts [TOP100] (For Each Category) *insert country name* Music Charts [TOP100] (Evolution) *insert country name* Music Charts [TOP100] (Highlight)

EXTRA INFORMATION: Also, would a TOP10000 (Ten Thousand) broaden our horizons? Such massive income of new bands would be ideal to promote newcomers (new bands, new musicians, etc), without compromising the other TOPs (TOP100 WW, TOP1000 WW and TOP100 NW). So that everyone would have the opportunity to see more than 100 or 1000 bands on a sidelist, not part of the core, but there nonetheless. This would also open wings for your suggestion: the users actually taking part by adding new bands which abide by the requirements (enough to enter into the TOP10000, which the Likes have to be higher than the n10000 artist/band). So, if a band matches the requirements to enter the top10000 (higher Likesthan band/artist n10000), the user can add it to the application and it will automatically enter the TOP10000 side-list. Almost fully updated by the users themselves.

I Hope you understand my point. _____________________________________________________________________________ Fifth Email Reply Michael Atkinson (Avenue Social) Jason, Thank you for your response. That sounds like a good idea. We can definitely integrate the multiple top list in the application for the users to vote on. However, since this application will be solely dependent on bands and their votes or likes, we have not yet identified a source from where we can obtain the bands' data. Please let me know if you have a source for the extraction of data. If not, it should not be that hard for you to acquire this data online. Now we are at a mutual understanding of your concept, I am fully confident that we will be able to cater to your requirements well. I have discussed this application with my analysis team and we are excited to develop this application with you. I have also mentioned our business terms & milestones below for your review: Milestones: Mobilization - Project is initiated and a dedicated team of individuals are allocated to your project, which consists of a project manager (primary point of contact), designers and developers. Scoping Phase - Documentation on the Scope of Work (SOW) document is begun. The Scope of Work document entails a detailed description of all features that will be implemented. After the SOW document is completed, we will send you a copy for your approval. Any changes that are required to be implemented within the application/game can be discussed then. Designs Phase - In this process, wire frames and mock ups will be created and sent to you for your approval. After you have approved of the designs only then are they implemented. Development Phase 1 (Alpha) - In this stage, we will development a lite version of the application/game for your review. This is taken to ensure you that the designs, features and game engine are satisfactory. Once you have approved that the Alpha version of the game is to your liking, we proceed forward. Development Phase 2 (Beta) After you have approved Alpha, development of Beta is started and then we integrate all the features that are to be integrated in to the application/game. Launch - Before the game is launched, a quality assurance test is run to ensure that there are no bugs or glitches. After which, the game is launched. Business Terms: Mobilization - 20% (Due after execution of contract) Scope Of Work - 10% (Due after scope has been approved) Designs - 30% (Due after designs has been approved) Development - 30% (Due after development has been approved) Launch - 10% (Due after application is successfully launch)

Cost and Timeline: As per our discussion, we will be able to cater to your requirements in a timeline of 8 weeks with an associated development cost of $8,000 for the development completion of the project. Our development team is very flexible as we understand that you have your work schedule to maintain, that's why our team will require your time only at the beginning and end of each milestone, only to review the work already completed after discussion with you. At each milestone we will require your approval on the work done. Based on which, we will proceed forward according to the directions we have from you. Our services are also inclusive of life time bug free support, ROI depictions, scalability and we will also provide you with analysis on viral loops to increase your fans and user base growth. Please let me know your thoughts on the aforementioned information. Feel free to share any questions that you may have. I look forward for your response at the earliest. Regards, Michael Atkinson
