Becky’s Famous “Sour Cream Potatoes”

INGREDIENTS:
32 oz. bag of frozen Hash Browns
½ cup melted Butter Topping
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
12 oz. grated Cheddar Cheese ½ cup melted Butter
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Salt
½ small Onion chopped
→ Mix first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl. (Do
not thaw hash browns). Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam
and then spread potato mixture in it. Mix topping to-
gether and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes uncovered.
