Abstract: The content and the faction of the A sianism thoughts were numerous and diverse in the Japanese modern tim es. Fac2
tion of breaking away from A sia andfaction of p romoting A sia were the most important rep resents among them. This disserta2
tion compares the sim ilarities and differences of the two theories from the civilized view and the national view. These two theories
which seem opposite, in fact have the general character. They both set out from Japan special theory, and attemp t to establish Ja2
pan the rule status in A sian. They are for the outside and inside, echo mutually. They control the social consciousness at that
tim e during the modern tim es, moreover become the direction of the Japanese governments foreign policy in different tim e.
