Several counters are counting per Scheduling Priority Indicator (SPI), where SPI is given in the range 0 15. In the formulas below these counters have been denoted SpiXX, where XX is 00 15. TTI2, Transmission Time Interval 2 ms in the formulas below (TTI = 0.002) TTI10, Transmission Time Interval 10 ms in the formulas below (TTI = 0.01) Priority Queue (PQ) perspective, in order to catch Multi Carrier performance counters must use measurements as experienced by the PQs (or the end user). For these counters it is not relevant in which cells resources were allocated in order to result in the measured quantity. RBS counters with PQ perspective are aggregated measurements of the serving cell set and are only reported in the serving HS-DSCH cell. For example the pmAverageUserRate counter measures the average data rate experienced by PQs. The average data rate of a Multi Carrier PQ is therefore the aggregated average data rate of the serving HS-DSCH cell set (primary cell and secondary cell) and it is only reported in the pmAverageUserRate counter in the serving HS-DSCH cell of the UE to which the Multi Carrier UE belongs to. As a consequence, counters with a priority queue perspective do not reflect the situation in the cell but rather a way of grouping PQs belonging to UEs with the cell as their serving HS-DSCH cell.
