00. THE BRAND

Textile designer Ana Romero was born in Lisbon, Portugal. She specializes in developing prints for the fashion market. Her colorful designs have been used by many brands in swimwear, sportswear, women's and menswear, stationary and gifts, furnishing fabrics, packaging and more. Having worked as a textile designer since 2008 and established her own studio in New York, she is now translating her fashion inspired prints into her own collection of home and lifestyle accessories. She believes in creating unique products crafted with the highest quality materials. Each product in the collection is carefully selected to become part of a lifestyle in which simple objects inspire people through outstanding design. Ana embraces texture, emotion and color, and strives to make her products vibrant and fashion forward, to mix innovative concepts with a timeless graphic expression. Ana Romeros first collection includes a selection of silk scarves, pocket squares, pillows and iPhone cases.

05. TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

- Ana Romero sells only to established retail stores and interior designers. - Minimum opening order: $500.00 - Minimum reorder: $150.00 - On all orders, 50% of the agreed total amount must be payed in advance and the remainant 50% upon delivery of the merchandise. - Make all CHECKS PAYABLE to: Ana Romero Design. - All shipments will be withheld on past due accounts. - We reserve the right to change all prices at anytime without previous notice. - We do not accept consignment agreements.

- Shipping charges are based on the actual shipping charge plus a handling fee - All products are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your oder to be delivered.

RETURNS, CREDITS, AND EXCHANGES

- All sales are final. - No returns will be accepted without authorization. - Any merchandise approved for return must arrive in saleable condition, free of price tickets, stains, etc. - All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, poly bags, etc. - Customers returning non damaged merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee. - If a returned item has clearly been worn or used, we reserve the right to refuse/deny the return or full refund. We also reserve the right to only process a partial refund in such case.

SHIPPING
- All domestic orders ship via ups ground unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. - A fee may apply to shipping and handling. Please contact us for a quote.
