1. Proposed Capacity of the Project (per day):

i) Quantity of Cow dung to be processed: @ 1 MT @ 20% TS ii) Raw Biogas generation: 36 m3/d iii) Biogas potential of the cumulative substrate: 200 m3/ton TS

2. Brief Description of Scheme:

a. The feed is received at the input point of the feed preparation unit. b. The feed is sorted out for any kind of impurities such as plastic bags, stone chips etc and oversized partials. c. Proportionate water & required culture is added to the feed & kept for a designed time in anaerobic biogas digesters. d. Biogas is produced in proprietary technology of high solid bio-digestion as per the designed time and rate. e. The biogas from the digesters is collected in the gas storage system &can be used as per clients requirements.

3. Availability of Feedstock and clients responsibilities:

a. The specified quantity & quality of feed to be supplied at the inlet point of the feed preparation system by client. b. Any and all Liaison works related to the site development.

4. Biogas digester design

a. The technology used in the biogas generation is Proprietary High solid bio-digestion.

b. The technology is developed specially for handling solid feeds, agro residues. c. Using the said technology we have various advantages over existing technologies prevailing in the market. i. Water requirement goes down by 20% ii. The digester size reduces by almost 50% compared to conventional CSTR technology.

5. Biogas Utilization:
For Power Generation S.No 1 2 3 10kw 5Kw 2.5Kw Load 6Hr 12Hr 24Hr Time (Approx)

6. Post treatment of Digested Slurry:

a. The digested slurry from the bio-digesters will carried to the Slurry filter where Organic manure will be separated from excess water. b. The Digested Organic manure will be made available to the Client at the Slurry filtration unit. c. The filtered water is partly recycled and disposal of the remaining Effluent will be clients responsibility.

7. Utility requirements:
a. Water: Max. 2 m3/d. The water will be made available by client in specified quality & quantity. b. Power: Approximately 4 kW will be captive consumption. c. Required nutrients will be made available by clients such as DAP/SSP/Urea.

8. Land requirement:
a. The land requirement for the proposed project will be approximately 100 sq. mtr. b. The land should be of regular size & shape to be made available by client.

9. Commercial Component:
Total EPC for Biomass (Gobar gas)= 13Lakhs* + Applicable Tax *Government subsidy can be avail around Rs 2Lakhs for this project.
