4. Use a scorecard approach to build a strategy for

continuous improvement of Q-C-D performances
5. Implement a Q-C-D measurement initiative (action plan)

in their organisations
Reference will be made throughout the programme to David Drennan’s highly

acclaimed book ’ “12 Ladders to World Class Performance” and Ramli Abu
Hassan’s first book “Revolusi Aksi” plus Ramli’s new book (second book)“The
QCD Factor”-to be released soon.
Participants will be given extensive opportunities to review and share
experiences and approaches from their organisations.Lectures,workshops and
