Interpretation: Table 6 shows the value of Cronbachs Alpha. The Reliability range is (0-1) and acceptable value or range is 0.6. In this table three variables are less than 0.6 and two variables are close to 1, therefore our data is reliable. Table 7

Interpretation Table 7 shows us the Model Summary. It shows the value of R, R square and Std. error of the estimate. The value of R = 0.295 it shows that a mediator correlation is present. The value of R square is 0.87, so its means that independent variable is bringing 8.7% changes in dependent variable. The adjusted R2 is an improved estimation of R2 in the population. Durbin-Watson statistic indicated that no auto-correlation exists in the data, as it lies in the range that is 1.5-2.5

a. Predictors: (Constant), LF, TSL, TL b. Dependent Variable: EP Interpretation

The table 8 establishes the goodness of fit of the model. From table 7 we can see that sig. value is less than 0.05 which proves that the model is significant and that the independent variables have a relation with the dependent variables. In this table the regression sum of square value is less than the residual sum of square but the value of F is 3.624 which mean the model has goodness of fit to explain the relationship. a. Dependent Variable: EP

Interpretation Table 9 shows the values of beta for all variables in the model i.e. Gender, Education, Experience, Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Lasses Faire Leadership

as Unstandardized beta shows that the items are measured on same scale and standardized beta for different scale. Our scale for items was same so we see values of unstandardized beta. Beta values show the individual variation in dependent variable due to each independent variable. T tells the strength of relationship, here the Experience has low value of t (4.037) at significance level and valid predicator, this would mean that this variable contribute more towards employee performance. Similarly Lasses Faire Leadership has t value (2.774) which is also significant and contributes more
