TOEIC Speaking Responding to Questions using Information provided

This part of the TOEIC test is very similar to the previous part of the test but you have to respond to questions about some information that is provided on the test sheet, therefore you have to use your reading, listening and speaking skills together to provide a suitable answer. Again there are 3 questions, the first 2 easier and the last one generally harder. Questions 7 and 8 are generally easier questions to answer and usually have a simple questions structure which can be fully answered easily in a one or two sentence answer. Question 9 is generally a little more difficult to answer and will require you to give a more detailed answer, this can be your opinion on a certain subject, a description of an event or item, etc You will have 30 seconds to prepare before the first question is asked, use this time to read the information that you have been given. You will have 15 seconds to answer Questions 7 and 8 and 30 seconds to answer Question 9. The information given will contain information about times, dates, prices, etc. The general information could be about business conferences, travel plans, travel itineraries, business workshops but could be about other things too.

Certain Pieces of Information These questions will ask for a certain pieces of information. You will have to look at the information given and find the correct information needed for answering the questions. Q. Could you please tell me what meetings Simon Cowell will present today? Q. Could you please tell me what lectures there are after lunch? Q. Last year I listened to ___________. Will he be here again? Order of Events There are many ways to ask these questions, they will often ask you to explain what will happen in the morning, afternoon, after lunch or all the events that will happen on the schedule. Practise Questions
A. Could you tell me who will introduce the new vegetarian products at this seminar?
