1. All the walls and the doors in the flat are freshly decorate with magnolia paint. There are no spots on the walls and the doors. 2. The flat has been professionally and thoroughly cleaned before the start of tenancy 3. This inventory documents is accompanied by a CD which contains the pictures and video footages to depict the current state of the flat. 4. At the end of the tenancy the tenant must ensure the following a.
