Abstract Differential heating of the earths surface and atmosphere induces vertical and horizontal air currents that are affected by the earths rotation and contours of the land cause the generation of wind energy, which is as an alternative to fossil fuels, is plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, and produces no greenhouse gas emissions during operation and can be converted into a useful form of energy, such as using wind turbines to make electricity. In our project, turbine is installed on the roof of the train. When wind strikes the shaft of the turbine the blades starts rotating which produces current which is converted into AC with the help of an alternator which further lit on the Leds
