PROJECT CONTROL SYSTEM

The project control system is the repository for all documentation
associated with a project. This is a real time web based application. It provides complete
visibility on the project to all who need access to that information including the client, the
local manager , the technical manager and the programmers assigned to the project PCS
also manages time reporting, quality assurance check list, and testing management at all
stages of the development process.
The main aim of developing this project is that it can effectively
handle the time, the man power and resources associated with the project which reduces
the cost of the project.

Responsibilities
• During the initial phase in the project, I was handling preparing Understanding documents
of the requirement, Coding and testing of small defects/enhancements.
• Preparation of test plan and test data for extensive system testing.
• Preparation of code review documents to ensure high quality of work delivery.
• Worked on debugging, runtime analysis.
