This Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract is for Multi-Vapor Compression (MVC) systems and is valued at $140 million. The systems use MVC technology to desalinate and recycle wastewater generated from enhanced oil recovery system. Direct Quality Responsibilities include: Authoring of the Project Quality Manual, the Project Quality Plan, work instructions and forms. Auditing, selection and continued surveillance of vendors from North America, Europe, the Middle East and Western Asia. Training of project requirements. Raising the awareness of fabricators to the unique special care and handling of Stainless Steel, Austenitic Ferritic Duplex and Super Duplex materials. Application of ASME sections V, VIII, IX &; ASME B31.1 and ASME 31.3 for piping and the American Welding Society (AWS) requirements.
