Adjustable Height Cover Strip This profile forms a profile system with a smooth surface where no securing screws are visible. They can be used as edging for laminate and parquet floors or as junctions to other types of flooring. They can also be used to hide any other junctions or expansion joints.

Made from aluminium with anodised surface finishes in gold, silver, bronze, and champagne, as well as with decorative wood finishes in the form of PVC foil in light maple, maple, beech, oak, antique oak, rustic oak, kempas, cherry and merbau. Level Floors Expansion / Transition

Floor Must Be Drilled
Can ramp up to a 10mm drop between floors. Profiles automatically adapt to the height of the flooring without any need for fine adjustment. The plastic plugs are flexible enough to compensate for height differences in optimum fashion. The profiles themselves lay very flat and harmoniously match heights with any flooring, e.g. at junctions between two flooring materials in a doorway. The smooth surface of the profiles without annoying screws provides the perfect edging for any floor. Profiles are also available with self-adhesive backing to eliminate need for plastic plugs. These profiles require no specific maintenance. Any dirt can be removed using normal cleaning materials. However, the cleaning materials must be free of hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acid, and should not scratch the surface.

Tremco illbruck have many years experience at resolving issues with floors in factories, hospitals, laboratories, kitchens and more. The Rapide range can be trafficked after as little as two hours meaning that downtime is minimised. The floors are both functional and decorative, and the same systems can even be applied to walls by specialist contractors. The systems are often scattered with quartz aggregate or with flakes to provide different decorative finishes. The quartz system provides a more slip resistant surface than the flake systems. The methacrylate technology permits traffic after only two hours whereas conventional polyurethane or epoxy systems may take up to two days to cure. The chemical resistance of the Rapide system is also outstanding The Tremco Rapide System can be used on dry or damp concrete, ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, and even asphalt; however, existing floor coatings need to be completely removed.
Primers
Rapide Primer No.50 The primer for application to dry porous substrates. The product cures in 30 minutes for over coating and is available in 50 kg and 180 kg units. Rapide Primer No.51 The primer for application to ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, metal and other non-porous substrates. The product cures in 30 minutes for over coating and is available in 180 kg units. Rapide DPM Primer The primer for application to damp substrates, typically concrete. The product cures in 30 minutes for over coating and is available in 50 kg units.
Ancillary Items
Rapide Initiator The initiator is mixed with all of the above rapide resins to initiate polymerisation and harden the resin. Available in 2 or 25kg units, the addition rates vary with product and temperature (refer to product data sheets). Filler M Rapide Filler M is a light grey free flowing powder for use as a filler with the Rapide Trowel Grades to improve abrasion resistance. Available in 25 kg units. Natural Sand No 7 & 8 Used to promote adhesion between the Rapide Primers and Resins. May also be used to create a non-slip finish when using Rapide Primer and Sealer as a thin coating system. Available in 25 kg units. Pigment Available in 400 g units in a range of standard colours. Fleece A polyester fleece used to reinforce the system on substrates where enhanced flexibility is required. Available in 50 m lengths by either 200 mm width or 1050 mm width. Quartz Aggregate There are four blends including blue grey, green grey, light grey, red grey. Special blends can be created on request. Flake Aggregate There are five blends including Light Grey, Blue Grey, Blue, Green, and Beige. Special blends can be created on request.
Trowel Grades
Rapide Trowel Grade Typically mixed with Filler M and laid at 3-4 mm thickness. Provides a suitable surface to scatter the quartz or flake into. Pigment may be added to provide a coloured background to enhance decorative effects. Available in 50 kg and 180 kg units. Rapide Flexible Trowel Grade Provides additional flexibility to absorb impacts and vibrations and crack resistance. Typically mixed with Filler M and laid at 3-4 mm thickness. Available in 50 kg and 180 kg units.
Sealer
Rapide Dry/Chem Typically applied to enhance the abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and the ease of cleaning. Euronose Tile Stairnosing Standard - 25mm Wide

Designed for light commercial and domestic use the standard profile is provided with a complete insert of PVC and have an antiskid tread surface. The tread surfaces can be replaced with the appearance of wear. Euronose standard tile stairnosings not only protect the front edge of the stairs but also visually enhance the staircase. The standard profiles are provided with a 5-year guarantee on the PVC-Top. The profiles consist of an aluminium carrier profile and a PVC lining. The invisible bottom part is made of hard plastic, the antiskid surface of soft plastic. The width of the profile is of 25 mm. The Euronose standard profiles were developed for the application in areas which are of reduced use. This includes domestic areas and smaller size offices. The profiles are resistant against chemical stresses which generate during the laying of tiles. Damages by bending or scratching are improbable in case of normal use. Available in:

Designed for business and public buildings. The application is recommended for where a high level of foot traffic is to be expected. Designed to be - resistant to stresses, anti slip and to be visually appealing. The profiles were designed so that the tread surfaces can be replaced. Thus optimum safety can be provided at all times. The edges of the stairs are also permanently protected.All versions correspond to the maximum safety standards. The stair profiles are also authorised for application in working areas with skid risk. The profiles consist of an aluminium carrier profile and PVC tread. The invisible base section is made of hard PVC, the slide-blocking surface of soft PVC. Width is of 35 mm. The profiles are tightly imbedded into the lining, the tread surfaces however, can be replaced with the appearance of wear. Protects the front edge of the stairs but also visually enhances the staircase. Provided with a 5-year guarantee on the PVC-Top. - Available in:

Pre formed angles are used to give a neat finish on the exterior facing edge of stairs. Used in conjunction with Euronose Stairnosings, the angles cover the raw visible edge of the flooring and complete the finish. Acting as a protective edge to the flooring they are both functional and visually appealing.

ES10 is an extremely versatile nosing, suitable for use in almost any situation. The beveled front means the profile can be applied to all three types of stair - 90 degree, raked back or bullnose. The rear of the nosing has three distinct height possibilities: 3mm sheet flooring can be slipped underneath and up to 7mm flooring can be butted to the back, making this a truly versatile all round nosing. The profile is available in pre cut 1.25 mtr sections only, and comes with a pre-drilled base and lock in insert, applied after the profile has been fitted. Non - Slip stair treads are rebated into timber stairs and provide a neat non-slip finish. Rather than using a stair nosing which can spoil the look of a wooden stairs, the treads can are fitted into the stairs and maintain the attractive appearance. Manufactured from the same material used in our Euornose stairnosings, these non slip treads will give a lifetime of use. Although any of the four dimensions listed above can be applied, we recommend using the 38mm wide x 4mm treads as they are most suitable.

PVC Skirting profiles are available in two options: - Set In: The profiles are fitted to the floor and butted and welded to resilient floorcovering to provide an impervious seal.
