DANPER TRUJILLO SAC DanPer Trujillo SAC is a company set up as an international joint venture with Danish and Peruvian

capital. They began operating on February, 1994; the processing plants are located in the city of Trujillo and Arequipa. DANPER focuses on the agro-industrial production of preserved asparagus, artichokes, red piquillo peppers, and vegetables in general, as well as fresh and frozen asparagus, with great success.

POLICY OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT - ISM

DANPER TRUJILLO S.A.C. is a company dedicated to the growing of vegetables and to the processing of vegetables and fruit for exportation in the modes of fresh food, cans and frozen; that assumes the challenge of growing and developing into a sustainable form as the only way of being proyected in the long-term, distinguishing like pillars of such sustainability, the good economic, social and environmental performance, and assuring a legitimate trade in its operations. For the indicated reasons DANPER TRUJILLO S.A.C. signs the following principles and commitments that set up the Policy Integrated System of Management:

1. To direct its steps to the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its customers and ultimate consumers, guaranteeing economically competitive and of consistent quality, harmless products and services that allow us to keep and increase our rentability and participation in the international market. 2. To promote the quality improvement of the labor and personal life of each member of the human team that forms the company, maintaining safe work environments, with the protection and training of its collaborators in order to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, violence acts, smuggling and drug trafficking, considering training as the best way of prevention. 3. To strictly fulfill with the rules, laws and regulations which voluntarily adhere to the quality fields of the product, environment, security and occupational health. 4. To minimize and/or to eliminate the environmental impact negative, significant generated for our operations, incorporating technologies, equipments and processes according to the environment, personal security and the current legislation. 5. To implement and to improve the methods of rational usage of the resources in order to maximize their efficiency, minimizing the waste generation. 6. To promote the constant improvement of the ISM through the planning, implementation, control and action-making.

OWN FARMLAND CERTIFIED BY USGAP AND GLOBALGAP DanPer has been the owner of the Compositan and Muchik farms since the year 2003. These have been strategic investments that have allowed us to achieve vertical integration, consolidate our growth in exports and guarantee that our clients receive prompt service with first quality products. STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH SUPPLIERS We maintain important strategic alliances with the producers of diverse crops. These complement our program of raw material supply. DanPer has always had a clear development policy with raw material suppliers, offering them credits and technical support, guaranteeing in this way a continuous supply of high quality raw materials to serve our growing international demand. PROCESSING PLANTS We apply in them preventive quality systems such as ISO 9001 and HACCP, which are internationally certified by NSF International; they have contributed in a decisive way to increase our productivity along the years. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT Our Research and Development area is in charge of designing, developing and validating new products based on our raw materials or the raw materials in our surroundings. This work is carried out in close coordination with the Sales Area, taking into account our clients requirements and offering them the best alternatives in products of international quality. In order to get it, the main actions we carry out in R+D are: - Design, development and validation of new products looking for have a diversified, differentiated and high value added production. - Study of new technological options and their incorporation into the different processes. - Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovative design proposals for their use.

- Validation and adaptation of new crops or new varieties in the case of existing crops. - Development of research to improve the conditions of nutritional management in the different crops to ensure the quality of our products from raw material.

INTERNATIONAL MARKET DanPer Trujillo S.A.C has developed a direct marketing sales policy for its foreign clients in the worlds 5 continents. This entails always having had to monitor market requirements closely, in order to satisfy its needs. The prestige and credibility attained by DanPer among its clients by means of the process of direct marketing and a strict fulfilment of its contracts, has always been supported by a clear and well-defined quality policy. In that sense, our marketing reflects long years of organized and vigorous work that has taken us towards excellence in quality, leading us to achieve the ISO 9001 and HACCP Quality Certifications for the food processing plants and USGAP and GLOBALGAP certifications for our farmland. The range of products that DanPer now has to offer the world market are: preserved white and green asparagus, artichokes, red piquillo peppers, jalapeo peppers, string beans and fruit; as well as special products such as asparagus salad and tapenades. We also export fresh asparagus to the most demanding markets in Europe and North America.

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

DANPER transforms perishable raw material in safe and high quality foods in order to meet the need of consumers. So, we have the policy to establish initiatives to minimize and/or eliminate the significant environmental aspects and impacts generated by our operations by means of the use of technology, equipment and process according to the Environmental, Personal Safety and law in forced related to International Standard ISO 14001:2004 that the company have current certified. A key environmental priority is the use of water and energy.
