JUNE CIRCLE OF 12 ONLINE POLL RULES AND AGREEMENT

No purchase or entry fee necessary to enter or win. Valid in the Davao Region - the online poll is open to all everyone in and from Davao region be it in Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, Compostella Valley, Davao del Norte or Metro Davao. Entry of this online poll constitutes your acceptance of the Official Rules and Agreement. The Top 100 Faces of Davao 2012 is designed to showcase Davaos finest. Davao is simply one of the most beautiful region in the archipelago. Thus, it is only fair we hail together with the best sights, the best faces. The contest is no way related to or endorsed by the Government of Davao. It is not affiliated or endorsed in any manner. The people (the voting public) will vote through the Facebook like button. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with the contest in any way. Prizes willbe awarded in accordance with this Official Rules and Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency, this Official Rules and Agreement prevail.

I - BINDING AGREEMENT
In order to enter the Online Poll, you must agree to the Rules and Agreement. Therefore, please read these Rules prior to nominate and joining the contest to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of your nomination or yourself as an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules & Agreement. You may not submit an entry and/or submit

yourself as an entry to the Contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in this Official Rules and Agreement unless you agree to this Official Rules and Agreement. These Rules form a binding an agreement between you and Davao EagleOnline (www.davaoeagle.com) with respect to the Online Poll.

II - ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to enter the Online Poll, a nominee must be: a. Nominated through Faces of Davao nomination form and/or passed the screening process set by the organizer. b. A Davao citizen or permanent Davao resident (Davao Del Sur, Davao Oriental,Compostela Valley, Davao del Norte or Metro Davao) ; enrolled to a Davao region school, college or university and/or working in Davao. c. Nominees simply have to like Davao Eagle Online's FanPage at fb.com/DavaoEagleOnline Members, administrators, partners and sponsors of Davao Eagle Online and the online poll are ineligible to participate. Those with existing modeling contracts that include exclusivity clauses may not join the search.

III- ORGANIZER
The Contest is created by Davao Eagle Online "Your Access to Davao Online" (www.davaoeagle.com), a blogsite that gives you the highlights of the entire Davao Region. A virtual hub for one of the countrys finest district; a cyber-vision of the latest and the best of what Davao has to offer. DavaoEagle is not just an ocean of words and photographs. It is a painting of what Davao Region is and will be.

IV - CONTEST PERIOD
The search for Top 100 Faces of Davao has four-levels:

1. Nomination Period. The Nomination Period is the first level of the selection process. The Faces of Davao 2012 Page (www.faces.davaoeagle.com/nominate) will be available for accepting nominations using a Google doc form. Qualifiers shall be determined via Facebook profile and must be recognizable by other FB users. Nominees will be added and be notified through a Facebook message by our Facebook Online Support Profile Team http://www.facebook.com/davaoeagleonlinesupport. SCHEDULE: June Circle of 12: May 21 to June 10, 2012

2. Selection Period. A screening team shall be deemed nominees and whichever qualifies for the Voting Period with the following criteria: a. Looks and Appeal - 70% b. Character and Background - 30% Decision of the panel of jurors is final and irrevocable. SCHEDULE: June Circle of 12: June 11 to June 15, 2012

3. Photo Uploading Period. For uniformity and fairness, all qualified nominees shall be required to attend a photo session with the Online Poll's official Photographers. Photos will be uploaded on the website www.faces.davaoeagle.com after the scheduled shoot and photo process. It will serve as announcement for those who will be qualified for the competition.

4. Voting Period. Qualified nominees from the nomination and selection process will compete each other. The profiles and photos of the finalists from the photo shoot will be uploaded on the www.faces.davaoeagle.com for online voting. SCHEDULE: June Circle of 12: June 18 to June 30, 2012

Extras WILD CARD 4 highest votes from the nominees of the entire duration of the voting period who is not included on the first Top 96 Faces SCHEDULE: November 30, 2012 FINALS After the Nomination period and Voting Period for 10 months, top 12 Faces for each month and 4 wild cards will compete each other. 100 Faces will be ranked base on accumulated votes. SCHEDULE: December 1 to December 29, 2012

SIDE NOTE: The Contest begins on or about on or about 12:00:01 a.m.Philippine Time on the start of the Voting Period and ends 11:59:59 p.m.Philippine Time on the deadline("end of Voting Period"). The website'sclock timer is the official clock for this contest. All dates for the next Circles are subject to change. V - HOW TO ENTER
To join, just simply visit www.faces.davaoeagle.com/nominate-2/ and fill up the form. Just follow the directionals.

VI- JUDGING AND VOTING

Top 100 Faces of Davao 2012 is a popularity contest. The nominees with the most number of likes using the FB like button will be the basis of the ranking.

Tie-breaker: In the event of a tie at any level of voting, Davao Eagle Online will reevaluate the tied contestants according to the Criteria until the tie is broken. The tied contestants will be put up for a re-vote amongst the voting public at the respective level until the tie is broken. Decisions of the voting public are final and binding. If a potential winner is unable for whatever reason to accept his or her prize, then DavaoEagle Online reserves the right to award the prize to another contestant.

VII - UPLOADING AND VOTING

The photos and profiles of the qualifiers willbe uploaded on www.faces.davaoeagle.com. The page should be ready to accept votes upon Voting Period. A vote tally will also appear next to the candidate. The vote tally is automatically updated after a vote is cast.

VIII - NOTIFICATION OF NOMINEES AND WINNERS

Becoming a nominee is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules. If a potential nominee is qualified for any reason, the contestant that received the next highest total score will be chosen as the winner. The potential nominee(s) will be selectedand notified by Facebook message. If a potential nominee or finalist does not respond to the notification attempt within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, then such potential finalist/winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential finalist/winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received based on the judging Criteria described herein.

IX - PRIZES AND RECOGNITIONS

Top 2 and 3 will receive P2,450 worth of scholarship grant from JSB Waves-Talent Corp, P1,000 worth of gift certificates from Pacific Spa including deep cleansing facial and diamond peel dermabrasion, P200 pesos cash prize from SLM, and Free manicure and pedicure gift certificate from Zuda. He/also also be entitled for free basic modeling workshop from JSB, Character session by La Vida Orchard Resort and photo shoots from JonSum Photographia, Sorronda Photography, BobCat Photography and John Moises. Top 4 and 5 will receive P750 worth of gift certificates from Pacific Spa. He/also also be entitled for free basic modeling workshop from JSB, Character session by La Vida Orchard Resort and photo shoots from JonSum Photographia, Sorronda Photography, BobCat Photography and John Moises. Top 6-12 will be entitled for free basic modeling workshop from JSB, Character session by La Vida Orchard Resort and photo shoots from JonSum Photographia, Sorronda Photography, BobCat Photography and John Moises.

XI - GENERAL CONDITIONS
All regulations apply. Davao Eagle Online reserves the right to disqualify

any Nominee from the Contest if, in DavaoEagle Onlines sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the Nominee has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens orharasses any other nominees, Davao Eagle, or the voting public.

XII - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

As between Davao Eagle Online and the Nominee, the Nominee retains ownership of all intellectual and industrial property rights (including moral rights) in and to the Basic Information and Photo. As a condition of entry, Nominee grants Davao Eagle Online a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, create a derivative work from, and publicly display his/her informationand the photo for any purpose, including display on the Top 100 Faces of Davao, Friendly.Ph and Davao Eagle websites.

XIII - PUBLICITY
By entering the Contest, Nominees agree to participate in any media or promotional activity resulting from the Contest as reasonably requested by Davao Eagle expense and agree and consent to use of their name and/or likeness by Davao Eagle Online. Davao Eagle Online will contact Nominees in advance of any Davao Eagle Online-sponsored media request for interviews. The Photos may also be used for press and media purposes and Entrant agrees to waive any rights and not assert any intellectual property rights that Nominee has or may have in the Photo. Davao Eagle Online reserves the right to publish the name and likeness of the Nominees on the Contest Site or through other media for publicity purposes.

XVI - ELIMINATION
Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by Nominees concerning identity, photo, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediateelimination of the

nominee from the Contest.

XV - INTERNET AND DISCLAIMER

Davao Eagle Online is not responsible for any malfunction of the entire Contest Site or any late, lost, damaged ,misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, or destroyed Photos or votesdue to system errors, failed, incomplete or garbled computer which may limitNominees/Public ability to participate/vote respectively. Davao Eagle Online isnot responsible for the policies, actions, or inactions of others, which might prevent Nominee from entering, participating, and/or claiming a prize in thisContest. Sponsors failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Nominees who violate the rules or interfere with this Contest in any manner. If a Nominee is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that Nominees eligibility to participate in the Contest.

XVI - INTERPRETATION
In the case of any dispute about the interpretationof the Rules, Davao Eagle Onlines decision as to the interpretation shall befinal and Nominee shall be bound by Davao Eagle Onlines decision.

XVII - CONSIDERATION
The Nominee agrees that the ability to participate inthe Contest and to compete for the prizes offered in connection with the Contest constitute, where required, sufficient consideration for the Nomineesobligations under these Official Rules.
