Lease Renewal Agreement

Parties This Lease Renewal Agreement (herein after referred to as Renewal Agreement)is made and entered into on May 11, 2012 by and between Dorian M. Rothschild, 60 Arthur St., San Rafael, California, 94901 (herein after called as Lessor) and Ryan B. Jagger, 35 Palm Circle Dr., Corte Madera, California, 95422 (herein after called as Lessee). Premises Address: 35 Palm Circle Dr., Corte Madera, California 95422 Type: Duplex Original Lease Dorian M. Rothschild and Ryan B. Jagger had entered into a lease agreement for the Premises described above on June 16, 2011. (Herein referred to as the "Original Lease"). The Original Lease expires on June 01, 2012. All terms, conditions, and provisions of the said Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated by attachment (as Exhibit A). WHEREAS, Dorian M. Rothschild and Ryan B. Jagger desire at this time to further extend and amend said Original Lease as hereinafter set forth. WHEREAS, it is therefore mutually agreed that the "Original Lease" shall be further extended and amended as follows: Renewal Terms And Conditions That both Dorian M. Rothschild and Ryan B. Jagger hereby agree to extend the Original Lease for a further term of 1 year months. The renewed lease will begin on the June 02, 2012 and end on June 01, 2013 (herein referred to as the Renewal Term) That Ryan B. Jagger shall pay a monthly rental of $900.00 plus applicable sales tax for each and every calendar month throughout the term of this agreement. For the Renewal Term, Ryan B. Jagger agrees to pay Dorian M. Rothschild the above agreed rent per month on or before the 3rd day of each month. All of the terms and provisions of said Original Lease except as herein modified, are to remain in full force and effect and are made a part of this Renewal Agreement.
