Philippine Bible Society Led the rehabilitation of Philippine Bible 1979 to 1985. Served as General
August 2002 to 2006 Secretary 1979 to 1985. Board Member & Consultant from 2002-2006.

Member of the Board of Kabalikat Para sa Maunlad na Buhay (KMBI), TSPI Development Corp, Opportunity
Trustees of: - Microfinance Bank – all NGO microenterprise & microfinance organizations

Opportunity Microfinance Bank Founding Chairman & CEO. Led the organization and registration of OMB
February 2001 to June 2002 as the first microfinance thrift bank licensed by BSP in the Philippines

TSPI Development Corp. Executive Director , President and CEO of the largest microfinance NGO.
Feb 2000 to Feb 2001 Founding Chairman in 1981.

Asian Theological Seminary Vice President for Administration, Finance, Development & Communication
January 1999 to Jan 2000 ATS is a graduate theological seminary founded in 1969.

From 1985 to 1999 Lived in Bay Area in Northern California and founded and managed 6 small
family businesses: RBJ Airport Parking, RBJ Airport Shuttle, 3 Quick print
shops and RBJ Trading & Freight Forwarders. Served as Founding
Chairman and Deacon of Filipino American Bible Church of Alameda and
Hillview Baptist Church of Oakland, President & Founder of Fil-American
Conservative Baptist Church of America. In 1989-1990, I took a one year
Sabbatical from my business to manage the Lausanne II in Manila or 2nd
International Congress on World Evangelization as Operations Director
under Dr. Billy Graham and Dr. Leighton Ford. This world congress was
attended by 6,000 top religious leaders from 150 countries and was held in
PICC from July 12-24, 1989. Worked as Notary Public from 1990 to 1999.

From 1970 to 1985 Founded and managed RBJ Enterprises consisting of several small family
businesses: gasoline station, auto supply, restaurant, bakery, grocery store,
student dormitories and 3 commercial rental properties.
Served in Far East Broadcasting Co., Philippine Bible Society, Conservative
Baptist Association of the Philippines, Petron Dealers Association, Summer
Institute of Linguistics and Conservative Baptist Bible College, World
Concern, Far East Releif & Development Services, Medical Ambassadors,
Society for the Promotion & Distribution of Natural Resources (SUPPLY).
