If the PTUN accepts the legal challenge filed by Granat, it is possible that the remission in sentences granted by President Yudhoyono could be revoked. Moreover, Yusril has announced that if the PTUN rejects the case or rules that the Presidential remission of sentence was legal, his group will appeal the PTUN ruling. Yusril added, I think there is sufficient reasons for the courts to overturn the two decisions by the President. A spokesman for the President, Julian Aldrin Pasha, told the press that he had only just heard of the suit filed by Granat and was unable to comment until given a chance to review the basis of the complaint. Pasha did, however, say the Presidential decree granting a remission in sentences for the two convicts met all administrative procedures and was not in opposition with the National Constitution that grants the Chief Executive such powers. www.balidiscovery.com the governor identified the need to reduce waiting time at halts, having personally waited 42 minutes for his bus instead of the advertised 15 minutes. Mother in law
A big game hunter went on a safari with his wife and mother-in-law. One morning, while still deep in the jungle, the hunter's wife awakened to find her mother gone. She woke her husband, and they both set off in search of the old woman. In a clearing not far from the camp, they came upon a chilling sight. The mother-in-law was standing face to face with a ferocious lion. "What are we going to do?" his horrified wife asked. "Nothing," her husband replied, "The lion got himself into this mess, let him get himself out of it."

There ain't no water deep enough to float a boat within 100 miles of here." He says, "I won it and I'm a-gonna keep it." His brother came over to visit several days later. He sees the wife and asks where his brother is. She says, "He's out there in his row boat", pointing to the field behind the house. The brother heads out behind the house and sees his brother in the middle of a big field sitting in the boat with a fishing rod in his hand . He yells out to him, "What are you doin'?" His brother replies, "I'm fishin'. What the hell does it look like I'm a doin'?" The foundation said in a statement that costs had exceeded returns from interest and investments on the capital over the past decade, making it necessary to lower the prize money from the previous 10 million crowns. "It is the Nobel Foundation that is responsible for the prize money remaining at a high level over the long run," said Chief Executive Lars Heikensten. " We h a v e m a d e t h e assessment that it is important to take necessary measures in good time." He was reprimanded last December for publicly stating he would never be able to get back into the Australian side while Clarke remained on the selection panel. Katich was replaced by, among others, fellow New South Wales team-mate Phil Hughes. But despite the young opener's mediocre form, Katich was never recalled to the Test line-up. He began his Sheffield Shield career with Western Australia but joined the Blues in 2002. Katich was recently axed as Blues skipper as New South Wales looked to blood younger leaders, but he maintained his exemplary record in Sheffield Shield cricket, hitting 483 runs and averaging 43.90 last season. The opener notched over 19,000 first class runs over his career. "Simon's contribution to New South Wales cricket was quite simply outstanding," Cricket New South Wales chairman Harry Harinath said. "Not only was he a superb batsman, with a state and international record to rival the best, but he was a brilliant leader who was respected by all who played with him," he said.

Dear Martha, I have been with my boyfriend for three years. We have a great relationship and he is lovely but he has a very upsetting habit: if we are out and he sees an attractive woman, he will stare. This makes me feel ugly and unattractive. I once told him to stop, and he became angry and defensive, saying he wasn't looking. I get the feeling it is a compulsion. Should I accept that this is what some men do? Or is it the sign of a cheat? Julie Dear Julie, Apart from how it makes you feel, don't you find it embarrassing that he does this to other women? I hate it if a man is clearly with a woman & he stares at me I feel sorry for the woman. It's so insensitive not to be aware of your feelings or those of the other women he stares at. You say the rest of the relationship is 'great' but how great can it be dear, when he's making you feel 'ugly & unattractive' on a daily basis? Perhaps his behavior is making you feel like you couldn't do better? Martha

Australia has named an unchanged team for this weekend's second test against Wales in Melbourne on Saturday, despite concerns over the fitness of tighthead prop Sekope Kepu.
Kepu strained a tendon in his forearm during the 27-19 victory over the Six Nations champions in the opening match of the three-match series in Brisbane last weekend but has been named in the starting line-up, subject to a fitness test. "We are hopeful that 'Keps' will be good to go, but we do have a contingency plan in place if we need it," Wallabies coach Robbie Deans said. The 28-year-old Briton produced a superbly judged race to wipe away all fears hanging over the event after a weekend of protests and police action in the city to seize his first win of the year. Police reported the arrests of around 30 protesters in the hours before the race as Canadian students rallying for months over tuition hikes used the Formula One showpiece to highlight their cause. Late Saturday, shield-wielding riot police had pushed back and chased hundreds of protesters amassed in the downtown shopping district, making 28 arrests. The event itself passed off smoothly, with Hamilton's triumph coming five years to the day after he had claimed his maiden Formula One victory at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and his third win at what must be one of his favourite circuits. It was his 18th career victory and it hoisted him back into serious contention for the drivers' title in this year of unexpected results and unpredictable racing. He now leads the standings on 88 points ahead of Fernando Alonso on 86 and defending champion Sebastian Vettel on 85. Australia's Mark Webber finished the race in seventh place. Frenchman Romain Grosjean of Lotus came home second after an equally well-judged race to finish ahead of third-placed Mexican Sergio Perez of Sauber. 2012: seven different winners Australia: Jenson Button (GBR) Malaysia: Fernando Alonso (ESP) China: Nico Rosberg (GER) Bahrain: Sebastian Vettel (GER) Spain: Pastor Maldonado (VEN) Monaco: Mark Webber (AUS) Canada: Lewis Hamilton (GBR) Defending double world champion German Vettel of Red Bull finished fourth after a late second pit stop ahead of two-time champion Alonso of Ferrari and sixth-placed Nico Rosberg of Mercedes. Webber was seventh in the second Red Bull ahead of Kimi Raikkonen, the 2007 champion, in the second Lotus, and Japanese Kamui Kobayashi of Sauber and Felipe Massa for Ferrari. "Winner, winner! Well done you guys, thank you, thank you," said Hamilton on the team radio during his slowing down lap after finishing clear of Grosjean by more than 2.5 seconds. Hamilton's McLaren team-mate, 2009 champion Jenson Button endured another troubled race and finished 16th while seven-times champion veteran Michael Schumacher was forced into early retirement by mechanical problems with his Mercedes. At the start Vettel made a clean getaway from his 32nd pole position. Hamilton and Alonso followed him in file order through the opening laps and the order remained unchanged until lap 16 when the defending champion made his first pit stop. This gave Hamilton the lead and he produced a turn of speed in the clean air to make sure that when he came in two laps later he remained in control. Alonso took the lead this time and when he came in he rejoined ahead of Hamilton, second behind Grosjean, but only just - and Hamilton, in fine form, set him up for a thrilling passing move that he executed on the back straight on lap 21 to regain second place and, in effect the lead. This was turned into reality when Grosjean pitted on lap 22 and the 2008 champion Hamilton began to build a lead that stretched to more than four seconds ahead of Alonso before it was reduced before he made a second stop for fresh tyres on lap 51. Hamilton rejoined in third behind leader Alonso and Vettel, both on worn rubber, and using his fresh tyres he swiftly reduced their
