Annexure 2 Format of Undertaking to be issued by Vendor / Concessionaire to Spencers (to be printed on their letter head) To Spencers Retail Limited Duncan House 31, N.S. We would like to inform that we have registered with the Labour Department and obtained requisite permissions. The above Promoters are employed on our rolls and we are remitting & paying the statutory deductions (both employee and employer) without limiting to Provident Fund, ESI, and Bonus. We will be submitting the documentary evidence remitting the above payments as and when demanded by you. Further, we undertake to comply with all the labour laws, rules without limiting to employment and payment of wages. We also undertake the responsibility of the Promoters behavior and their demureness during the deployment in the store.
