drbardash@gmail.com I realize that some of my patients may not know much about me outside of the dental office.

I wanted to take the time and tell you about something very dear to my heart. Recently I traveled to Ghana, Africa to volunteer with the HHAF. The HHAF allows impoverished people nationally and globally to receive free medical care from highly capable physicians. The children and adults who have this treatment undergo a spectrum of care from general dental work to full facial surgery to mend deformities. Over the past several years, a team of volunteers including myself has been concentrating on helping the disadvantaged people of West Africa. The Health and Humanitarian Aid Foundation is an organization that has given me a tremendous sense of accomplishment and humility. The efforts of the team not only change the lives of those we help, but alter our own lives for the better as well. My team consists of surgical and clinical physicians. As part of the medical team I serve as the Director of the Dental Outreach Program. Annually, the team partners up with Ghanian hospitals to better the nations healthcare system. HHAF is unique in the fact that they work specifically to the needs of the people in the region we visit. ### About Dr. Jody Bardash: Dr. Jody Bardash attended Yeshiva University and graduated with a bachelors degree in History and Education in 1985.
