System Innovation Romania aligns Fluorocarbon UK Romanian Subsidiaries with SAP Business One

Fluorocarbon Polymers SRL and FBS Prestige SRL have implemented SAP Business One in order to optimize and standardize the internal processes in accordance with Fluorocarbon UK group policy. According to the company officials, the first advantages are related to the increase of the data visibility: reports based on real-time updated information, extra ease of use and elimination of redundancy by introducing data in a single system. Fluorocarbon Polymers SRL is the local subsidiary of Fluorocarbon UK who is over 50 years the largest fluoropolymer processor and global supplier of PTFE, polymer related components and semi-finished materials to market leaders throughout the world. FBS Prestige SRL, a unit of Fluorocarbon with subsidiaries in UK, Europe and Middle East, designs and manufactures industrial solutions for bakery industry, specific equipment for the food industry.

Collecting data from multiple systems, without having a solid, common and coherent information base: each subsidiary used different stock management, accounting and reporting systems.
