Mr. Sartor handed Detective'Beardsley a gl.ass container that had Three (3) needles; a spoon, and one (1) baggy contalrrlng a white powder subslance, ono (1) baggy containing a brown pbwder'substance and one empty.baggl. Detective Barnard, Oficer Dalton and Officer Chapin performed a consent search of the residence and tocateO a *poon wlth methamphotamine on it, a plastlc baggy with methamphetamlne, a baggy wiih mariluan*and paraphernalia rolling paper8.
