Chart 1 This chart is prepared from the May 2006 to May 2007 projection developed from our modelspace emotive tension summations of all values. These emotive tension sums include all of the immediacy values, the shorter term values, and the longer term value sets. Please note that we *expect* the longer term values to change with each data gathering effort as we move closer to the time frames indicated. The first item for your consideration is the light blue box at the left side of the chart. This box is being used to indicate the boundaries of the current 'emotive tension release period'. Please see the ALTA 1206 Introduction article for further details. As we are all here now, so to speak, we can each, individually, feel the effects of being within this release period. Remember how these last weeks/next weeks feel as this will be pertinent for the other box, green this time and off to the right, which marks our next 'release period' beginning on the Ides of March and extending into Summer, 2007. The feeling of these current days stretching through to September 6th will replicated, and magnified within the next release period. Now, let us note that the current release period has a total span of emotive tension released on the order of .00061 units-of-emotivetension, while the Ides of March release period, in just that small, 2/two month segment shown on the chart (from 3.15.2007 to 5.12.2007) will have a tension release level of .000998 units. And that does not cover the remaining weeks of the release period drop. We will be able to ascertain the totality of the unit drops once we have the long range values from the data gathering process. We will try a new technique in which we pull sums from the long range data set as it is arriving in order to populate the modelspace with the extend emotive tension summation values which we *think* may allow us to generate a meaningful chart in part 3 of this series. Returning to the chart above, please note the 'you are here' circle in red within the 'current release period' box. This 'you are here' red circle is indicating the point at which we believe most subscribers will be reading this material. What is important is actually the next grapheme annotation to the chart, the blue circle which is labeled 'next emotional tension release bubble'. Based on the last of the immediacy values from ALTA series 1206, and the first stage processing to clear out the modelspace prior to loading the results of the ALTA 307 processing, we are able to forecast the arrival of some rather interesting linguistics for the time period indicated by the blue circle, which is to say, August 1 through to the 10th of the month. During this time, we note the arrival of rising, negatively emotively charged aspects of 'climate', 'weather problems', 'weather patterns', 'volcanoes', and most ominously 'plates shifting'. This latter is the dominant aspect for a linguistic set which includes 'earthquakes'. This structure is not usual. In prior instances of 'plate shift' or even 'pole shift' aspects appearing, these have been subordinate to 'earthquake',

rather than the current, reversed ordering. It gives one pause to see the structure develop this way. Further, the last of the immediacy value processing from ALTA 1206 as also presented us with 'political jumps' as an aspect during this time. This aspect has supporting aspect/attribute sets going to the idea of 'erratic/unpredictable/unexpected' which is a primary aspect supported by 'political movement/alteration{of} alliances'. Likely this influence is what is driving the Blair/Bush meeting. If so, it will be only the first of a whole series of 'rapid/sudden/jumpy/jerky' re-alignments within the global political landscape just as we approach the 'hardening of the attitudes' which is a prelude to the 'conflict' meme going meta data layer as of August 31, 2006 at {currently} 9:23 pm UTC. One further element showing is the formation of a Terra entity based structure headed by 'hurricanes/storms' in which the supporting aspect/attribute sets go to the imagery of 'storms echo' with temporal associations which are linked from the 'release bubble' in early August out to the 'dog days' or about one-half a month away. The indications are for the previously seen 'violent terra response/event /storms' which was shown in ALTA 1206 as being on, or about August 24th. We need to also note and to harp {ed note: obscure pun intended} on the idea that energies, external to the solar system, are incoming and affective of all elements within the solar system, including the very fragile consciousness of humans and other animals here on earth. The push from 'contention' to 'conflict' which we have forecast over the last three ALTA series is occurring in a more blatant fashion than even our most extreme linguistics had shown. The energies currently 'powering' the changes affecting all things including planetary plate movements *are* indicated within our modelspace as continuing, even accelerating over the course of August and into Fall. As may be imagined, given the deplorable state of global human behavior, our data is continuing to project that the remainder of Summer of 2006 will continue to release emotive tension. We expect to see gathering 'clouds of exacerbated tensions' floating around through the various segments of human social order for the month of August. This release will act as a floor in supporting the rapidly building emotional tensions to come. PLEASE bear in mind that the dominant aspect for all meta data layers will be 'conflict' as of August 31. This aspect seems to dominate all the way through the next 13 lunar months, and may extend beyond that time. We should be able to obtain a better mental picture of the meta data layers by part 4 of this series. The point is to remain aware of the 'conflict' pressures around such as to avoid becoming a victim of the processes. The first lessons taught in any good martial arts dojo go to the signs of dangerous situations developing such that one may avoid the rest of the process. Unfortunately the conflict is playing out at the level of nations, and larger group affiliations, and thus some may not be avoidable. However the awareness that circumstances are 'primed' to have 'conflict' manifest may facilitate a more intelligent response than merely being caught up in the process. Yet another few words on the meta data layer formation. At the moment we stand poised to observe the manifestation of the 'conflict' meta data layer. It is currently manifesting within our GlobalPop entity, as has been shown for the last 3/three ALTA series, and as is evident on the ground, there is a whole lot of conflict manifesting out-and-about within the world. We take some satisfaction and warning from our projection from the Populace/USofA that 'conflict' will soon manifest there as well. Also the 'conflict' layer is a rising meta data structure which appears to subsume many of the other meta data layers including 'secrets revealed', 'duality', 'restricted movement' and 'encounter with scarcity'. We note that subsumation does not reduce the growth or affect of these meta data layers. There is some suggestion that these subordinate meta data layers will both feed the 'conflict' layer and be fed by it later. The basic message from the meta data layer view of the modelspace is that 'conflict' will soon involve Populace/USofA and, theoretically, will manifest within developing circumstance within the actual populace of the USofA. Eyes open, as this is likely to be very visible, and visual. One more note about 'conflict' as a meta data layer. We find much from the Terra entity to suggest that some large segment of the global human population will soon be 'in conflict' with 'climate change'. Bearing in mind that our work *always* errs on the side of the more extreme view linguistically, the data suggests that much of this 'involvement with conflict' within the Terra entity will be quite actually at the level of 'physical existence' or 'survival'. Hmmm. That is some really really bad weather changes. We note that our multi-year focus/obsession with 'sudden catastrophic climate change' is now starting to pale compared to the manifesting impacts of the situation. Further, the Terra entity is showing that the Summer 'unexpected event/circumstances' will manifest with 'violence' and will begin the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer going vertical within the Terra entity. This last argues for an interpretation of the aspects/attributes sets as going toward a 'change {in} attitude/beliefs {which is} forced {by} climate manifestations'. Providing support for 'strange changes' coming, we note that the Terra entity starts off its "clean and correct" positioning within modelspace with an existing structure which is indicating that, oddly {ed note: remember this in reading the next paragraph}, 'plates shift' and one of the first 'precursors/signs/indicators' will be a 'great water' which is, again oddly, shown as 'receding' or 'disappearing'. There are no clear indications that this will be either ocean water or fresh water. The only clarity that we have points to a 'large water' or 'great waters' which will 'disappear' or 'regress to vanishing' or 'recede beyond reach'. All of these are within the alternate descriptors for the primary aspect. Yep, I am aware that our Terra entity shows a 'tsunami' later in the Fall, but for now, the base loading of the modelspace is indicating that 'waters recede beyond reach'. What makes this particularly troubling is that it is subordinate to 'plates shift'. Much of the aspect/attribute sets of the modelspace are pointing toward an interpretation of 'unreality emerges' or alternatively as 'surreal merges {with the} reality'. The dominate aspect of this linguistic set is being driven by longer term value sets and is projected from the modelspace as being dominant at least through to the Ides of March if not beyond. This feeling of 'surreal manifestations' is curious within the data set as it seemingly points to 'actual manifestations/emergences' of 'things/X/unknown' which are 'beyond real'. Perhaps our interpretation of this last aspect/attribute set is off and an alternative should be offered, however, the linguistic set is as solid in pointing to its primary aspect as any we have encountered, in spite of the primary aspect being 'surreal/unreal/beyond_real'. Hmmm. Now that doesn't bode well.

We have previously held forth the idea, generated from the behavior of modelspace these last few years, that 2006 is to be a 'pivotal' or 'fulcrum' year. Contained within the last of the data from ALTA 1206 is the idea that August is the 'pivotal' month within the year. After August 31, or at least so indicates modelspace, the 'new reality' will begin emerging. It would seem from indications that much of humanity won't be pleased. Especially, as indicated by the ThePowersThatBe entity, *most* of the 'elite'. Anyway, more on that in later parts of this series. We need to note that as our timing clues are built around the lunar calendar, the actual pivotal month is defined by the full moon in early August and continues to the full moon in early September. We not that the upward trend line of the chart above begins just as the moon begins waning. This 'surreal manifestation period' shows up then, as beginning on or about September 5. It seemingly comes into being, that is, 'impresses itself upon manifesting reality' following a very stressful (lunar) month. Within the stresses of lunar August, especially for the ThePowersThatBe entity, will be a period following August 8th {ed note: very late UTC time at 11:42 pm} when 'secrets revealed' seems to manifest with a vengeance within that entity. And even at the levels so indicated, later in 2006 and early 2007, the force of 'secrets revealed' will multiply exponentially within this entity. Much of the data set within the 2/two populace entities, for very late August, and the first 5/five days of September will be setting up a base within the Markets entity {ed note: as indicated by cross links} from which echoes will begin to manifest after the mid point of September. Noting the level of cross links covering the Markets entity, we are led by large bundles of them back to the Terra entity where we find that 'violence' manifest by 'sudden' and 'shocking' weather which 'appears within minutes' will be the base from which the proximate cause of September/Fall markets woes will emerge. Further, the impacts of the 'sudden weather/climate change' will 'shift populations' as well as being connected {ed note: note directly, but temporally} to developing 'plate shift'.

Procedure/Process - Data collection begun In the ALTA 307 series we have added a number of new, non English, non Roman alphabet words with a concentration on scientific terms spread across a number of disciplines. We expect that this new direction will yield interesting results as we had noticed in previous runs that the leading edge in developing science, at least as is indicated by linguistic clues, has left the Anglo-American, English language set. A large percentage of the science terms go to space sciences or planetary sciences with a focus on geology and various 'earth sciences'. Data collection is well underway and the processing on the immediacy values has begun to populate the modelspace. Conclusion: ALTA 307 Introduction - Manifesting Circumstances Suck, Doofuses on Parade, Get ready for next week We can note with sadness that the shooting at the Jewish Federation building in downtown Seattle yesterday (July 28th)is one of the first appearances of the 'conflict' meta data layer manifesting within the Populace/USofA. We expect that the month of August will bring more of such incidents, and others of different kinds, all of which will be centered in 'conflict'. Much of the 'conflict' will seemingly arise from either the Middle East emotional contagion, or the soon-to-escalate Mexico confrontation. In both cases it can be seen that very large themes are playing out within the daily details as ThePowersThatBe desperately try to impose/maintain control over the general populace in spite of rapidly escalating levels of 'awareness' in some, and 'contention/rebellion/revolution' in others. The brutal reality of human-on-human violence believed by many to be directed by the 'invisible hand' is escalating to the point that pundits of all persuasions are crying 'world at war'. Even the casual observer of current events is able to note the developing convergence of all of the forces/influences which the Bushista cabal has unleashed within the Middle East. The Bush War of Aggression on Iraq, begun as we continue to note when 'aggression/tension' was the dominant meta data layer, has and will continue to morph into the hot center of the pan cooking the stew of emotional tensions in the region. The data set now indicates that the 'river of blood, fighting retreat' forecast in 2003 by the modelspace at the beginning of the war against the Iraqi's is now nearly upon us. As predicted by modelspace and the Bushista and Populace/USofA entities, the Iraq war will soon be overtaken by the spreading contagion of 'revenge, war' leading to very dire circumstances for both the Expeditionary Force of the USofA military, as well as the Israeli occupation of Palestine. In the case of the USofA forces on site in Iraq, the data sets have always led to an interpretation of a 'dunkirk' Dunkirk style rescue of heroic proportions and huge costs. This is seemingly much more probable than not as the Iranian Shia' population is now ascendant in the region as a pan-farsi {ed note: the modern version of the Persian language which unites central Asia around Iran} confederation is emerging as a counter power-block to USofA imperial hegemony. As the Israeli Mistake progresses in its course, the ripples of 'conflict' will echo back and forth within the 'bowl of contention'. We can expect that the impact of the spreading manifestation of 'conflict' will impact all things globally and most immediately will begin with 'oil, energy'. We are convinced by the data set that much of the rise of the emotional tension sums shown in the chart above as beginning on September 5/6 are driven directly by rising costs of all necessary goods for all humans globally relentlessly driven by spiking energy costs, as well as the expected tsunami of destruction as the globalism based world economy fails. This dismal projection is amplified by the other prime driver of emotive tensions, the Terra entity with its projections of large scale 'conflict' with the forces of climate change also impacting humans.

As to the period of the next week, the early data sketches a picture of rising tensions amid a failing Bushista administration whose 'accomplishment' between the first and the 10/tenth of August will be to demonstrate just how 'lame, stupid, incompetent' they can be. The indications are for a Katrina style 'response gone bad' and 'stupid speaking' doofus scene which sets up an 'echo of shame, failure' which reappears in late September emerging in the froth of 'afflictions' affecting the Markets entity. Further depressing notes are that our very early ALTA reports from 2003 {ed note: correct me if I am wrong, Geo.} show that up to 75/seventy-five per cent of the populace of the globe was at risk of a 'sun disease'. Further, that this disease would 'drive people insane'. Over the course of the next 3/three years we have had repeated statements arise within the data set to the effect that the 'sun disease' of 'madness' would develop in to a primary driver of fear based emotions and would present humanity with some horrific choices as time progressed. Within the last year we have had further refinement to the 'sun disease' descriptor set which contained such references as 'worm in the mind/brain', and 'sloughing/shedding/molting'. Taken in toto it can now be interpreted as the 'sun disease' being a reference to the "morgellons" parasite and its impact on human population. If the interpretation is accurate, then we expect that as the emotive tension building period ratchets up in September and through Fall/Winter, the issue of 'morgellons' will rise to the top of the emotional heap, second only to the manifesting 'conflict' meta data layer. Further, there are indications from past data sets that the issue will come to rest at the core of a great wave of 'secrets revealed' which begins to manifest with seriousness in late 2006. The implications are that the morgellons parasite/disease will actually act as a 'triggering event/circumstance' which has been shown to shift the whole of the populace entities with decadal long impacts projected by previous longer term data sets. Much of this area is bound inextricably to the 'revolution' meme also shown as 'powering up' this Fall. In setting up the modelspace for the first round of processing, it was nearly impossible to not note the set-up of the Bushista entity. It would appear from these early immediacy values that the next week out until August 5 will be an especially potent bit of 'fantasy destruction' within the Bushista entity as some very large 'inconsistencies/mistakes' are 'denied {into} growth' which results in 'ineptitude shining' and 'fantasy shattered/rendered'. Whatever *new* ineptitude will emerge from the Bush administration this next week will be replayed/echoed between mid-August and September 5 as the 'israeli mistake' continues to manifest 'violence and conflict'. It would appear that co-incident with the 'economic' impacts shown emerging in the last half of September, a 'lull' in the conflict of 'israel vs. everybody' will occur. Our last data set had shown this lasting until December of 2006 when once again an 'attack' would be the focus of the 'conflict' energy. We note that the data from previous runs suggests that the December 'attack' by Israel on parties as-yet-unknown will not end well for any Israeli, and will precipitate 'disaster' for Bush et al. We also note that the longer term value sets from the 1206 run are suggesting that the 'israeli mistake part deux' in December will involve Israel in conflict throughout all of 2007, with a 'denouement' occurring in Summer of 2008. Much destruction is indicated. Also of note is the continuation of references for significant health problems to beset the Chief Dick, aka 'vice' president Cheney this Fall. The indications are that the Chief Dick's influence on anything material including his own bowels to be limited by the end of Winter. We expect to be posting Part 1 of this series by end of the day, August 6th. This will coincide with the end of the pending week and will provide us with a very good linguistic base set, given the nature of the 'release period'.
