END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (as ei ther

an individual or a single entity) and the vendor of the software product (" OSLoader.com") for the use of the software product OSL2000 Boot Manager (hencefo rth referred to as "Software"). The "Software" includes the computer software, o nline or electronic documentation, or any other associated materials. By downloa ding, installing or using the "Software", you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, insta ll or use the "Software". GRANT OF LICENSE This EULA permits you to use the "Software" on one system per license. This EULA requires that the "Software" be licensed, either individually, or as part of a group. The "Software" should either be licensed to a specified number of systems , or as a Site License for a specified number of systems at a single physical lo cation, or as an Enterprise License for a specified number of systems within a s ingle organization. COPYRIGHT All title, trademarks and copyrights regarding the "Software" (including but not limited to any text, images, photographs, illustrations, animation, video, audi o, and music incorporated into the "Software"), the accompanying materials, and any copies of the "Software" are owned by the software vendor. The "Software" is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the "Software" like any other copyrighted material. Except as otherw ise expressly provided, the software vendor grants no express or implied right u nder the patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. In short, the "Software" is licensed, not sold. Also, the "Software" can be free ly distributed in its original form and you can make as many copies as you want. RESTRICTIONS You may not modify, rent, lease, lend, license, sell, enhance or pledge the "Sof tware". You may not disassemble, decompile or reverse-engineer the "Software". You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the "Software" by more than one user. You many not adapt, create derivative works based on the "Software". The "Software" is licensed as a single product, and its components may not be se parated for use on more than one computer. You may not remove or obscure the "Software" copyright and trademark notices. You expressly agree to protect and take the necessary precautions against the un authorized use, translation or decompilation of the "Software" and its associate d materials. You shall comply with all applicable laws (local and/or international), statutes , ordinances, treaties, codes of conduct and regulations regarding the use of th e "Software". WARRANTY THE "SOFTWARE" IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF A NY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FO R A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The software vendor does not warrant or assume responsib ility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the "Software".

LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SOFTWARE VENDOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCL UDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATI ON) RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE SOFT WARE VENDOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In short, the software vendor assumes no liability for damages, direct or conseq uential, which may result from the use of the "Software". TERMINATION The software vendor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the "Software" and all associated materials.
