On the Consultation day, Dr. Puyat can and will further explain how the autologous stem cell treatment fits into your therapy, along with key nutrients given Orally, and Patent-Pending Treatments for Parental (Intravenous Infusions), Intramuscular and Intra-articular Injections, and Intranasal Aspiration. Our Intranasal Aspiration of stem cells is used to treat neurological conditions and any other condition effecting the Central Nervous System (CNS) whereby the stem cells are administered through the nasal cavity akin to a nasal spray in order to circumvent the blood brain barrier. This technique is a state-of theart technique which is very effective yet non-invasive. Our comprehensive Autologous Stem Cell Treatment all takes place within four (4) days. It consists of: o First day: Initial Interview and Consultation (an interview, physical, standard history) which lasts from 1-hour to 1 1/2 hours. Afterwards, the physician will provide a preparatory infusion to help make the stem cells more responsive to treatment. o Second day: Takes about 5-8 hours and includes an intravenous supply of antioxidants and/or preparatory IV drip, and the harvested stem cells from adipose tissue and bone marrow. o These autologous stem cells are then concentrated, expanded, and manipulated. o Stem Cell and Progenitor Cells are re-introduced into one or more areas (including either Systemically - Intravenous, Intramuscular, Intranasal - especially localized for brain damage and quick access to the brain while avoiding the BBB; Locally at

the site of the problem, via catheter, lumbar puncture, or via Intraperitoneal administration). If needed, the doctor will adjust the preparatory cocktail to allow the opening of the BBB, allowing the passage of substances through this barrier to infuse the brain and spinal cord. o Third day: A Lymphatic massage (included) is provided to help with circulation and local/systemic Nerve/Muscle Stimulation o Fourth day: 2nd Re-introduction of the Expanded and Manipulated (DiseaseSpecific) Stem Cells. Because our philosophy is to treat and heal the whole body and not only simply the symptoms, we will adjunct the stem cell therapy with custom-compounded formulations and therapies consisting of nutritional and herbal support, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurvedic Medicine as we may deem necessary for you as an individual.
