A Case Study
Recruitment Management for a global leader in consumer finance to support its new set-up in two locations. Through these central locations, Client had planned to augment its sales by tapping the customer base across length and breadth of Indian regional landscape. Client Situation:
A leading consumer finance company with a remarkable presence in 50 countries and total assets worth more than US $ 105 billion wanted to increase their regional operations in India. The client has decided to set up its infrastructure in Delhi and Chennai which will cater to pan-India back office and sales operations. The customer service staff had to be the best in verbal communication with excellent command on local dialect; identified languages were Bengali, Oriya, Gujarati and Marathi. The people in Sales role were required to be an aggressive personality with 1 or 2 years of experience in collections. In total client had to recruit 230 people for its customer service and sales department in a span of 30 days for which the RPO assignment was undertaken.

Elixirs RPOSure Solution


Elixir through its RPO Sure team helped the client by providing the appended solutions: Internally the experts in identified languages were handpicked and a team was formed to champion the project Helped in defining the CTQs parameters associated with the Job Description and compensation benchmarking was also been consulted. A Governance Model was drafted and incorporated to track the On - Time deliverables and to streamline the process flow, also it ensured that the loopholes are being filled in at the right time. Sourcing & Screening Strategy was build in with the help of the Elixirs Delivery Team with the consent of the RPO Team and the entire process mapping was done. A well versed Interviews Process Flow was exchanged with the client to avoid ambiguity Travel to various cities was done and Preliminary Assessments & Interviews were conducted by Elixirs Team, to ensure that the funnel should consist only of the outright talent. Onsite Interview Management & Coordination support was provided to the client, to ensure the streamline process flow and any avoid any hiccups. Since the recruitment was for 2 locations, travel arrangements for selected candidates was done and monitored closely by the Elixir team.

Stringent search with diversified locations Challenge of convincing for relocation for a job with new market entrant; team undertook counseling sessions with parents of bright candidates for the customer service role. Restricted timelines were to be managed in accordance. Clients team was present only during the second round of interview and hence it required precise market knowledge and research to tap the right talent to present for the next rounds
