Amigurumi Penguin Pattern

I also made this little penguin for my friend Darlene. It is the simplest pattern available on my site thus-far. She decided to name him Olie the Penguin, so Olie is approximately 4 1/2 inches tall.

Abbreviations used:

Body: (in black) Round 1: 6 sc into magic ring (6) Round 2: 2 sc in each st around (12)

Round 4: sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st, around (24)

Rounds 6- 9: sc around (30)

Now you can start to put things together. First, I attached the tummy:

I then attached the beak and arms. For the pupils, I used a glue gun to attach small circles cut from a sheet of black felt. and tada, your penguin should be finished!

I hope you enjoyed this pattern, and I do plan to make a more detailed and realistic penguin in the future, but cute is good too ^_^
