Inspectors' training- 14th till 18th October 2012 Batna

A Five- day Inspectors' Training took place at Dar Mourabi Batna from 14th till 18th October 2012. The training aimed at finding common observation and feedback tools to be used by middle school inspectors all across the country. During the programme 3 UK experts gave input sessions on: • What language should be used while giving feedback on the lesson? • What criteria should be considered before, during and after class observation? • How should reflection and critical thinking being adopted by both inspectors and teachers? In addition, the inspectors went through real classroom observations with different teachers from Batna throughout three days. On the final day a Steering Group was elected to follow up the great work done during the programme. Sponsored by Anadarko, The project is collaboration between British Council and Ministry of Education in Algeria.
