Thicke v. Gaye - Blurred Lines lawsuit

Pharrell Williams, Robin Thicke and Clifford Harris v. Bridgeport Music, INc., Frankie Christian Gaye, Marvin Gaye III, Nona Marvisa Gaye Robin Thicke fired the first shot in the lawsuit against Marvin Gaye's estate, seeking a declaratory judgment that his hit song "Blurred Lines" does not infringe Gaye's "Got to Give it Up." Gaye's estate filed a counterclaim for copyright infringement.
