Description
Police video shows the first time Cleveland investigators went to question a mother about her child, who was later found murdered and buried in the backyard, according to WJW. In December, a man called with a tip, saying 5-year-old Jordan had been buried behind a house on West 80th Street in Cleveland.
When Shana Elliott took the stand Thursday morning, she admitted: "I'm guilty." Elliott, 22, says she was intoxicated and should not have been driving the evening of Aug. 2, 2016 after a day of tubing on the San Marcos River. On that day, Elliott, who was 21 years old at the time, allegedly drove drunk and ran head-on into a car on State Highway 21 killing 23-year-old Fabian Guerrero Moreno and injuring his pregnant wife, Kristian Nicole Guerrero.
A man who was shot multiple times while trying to rob a liquor store is now speaking about the alleged crime for the first time. Last month, Tulsa police say 36-year-old Tyrone Lee walked into the Forest Acres Liquor store and pointed a sawed-off shotgun at the mother and daughter who were working. Surveillance video shows that Lee immediately goes to the register and grabs the cash. via Knit
